Holiday rentals with beach access in La Maddalena

We had a wonderful week in a beautiful location and enjoyed all the amenities that the apartment offered. Not being in a main resort suited our needs perfectly. We were very pleased with Simone’s support throughout our stay.

We had such a lovely stay at Dora’s place! The apartment was in a great location , close to many beautiful beaches , and it was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. Check-in was smooth, and we really appreciated having access to the kitchen during our stay. Dora was absolutely wonderful always friendly, responsive, and full of great recommendations. She helped us arrange a dinner at a local restaurant for my friend’s birthday and even made sure they could bring out a cake and sing happy birthday, which was such a special touch. She was also very flexible with check-in and check-out, and her communication throughout was excellent. We felt really well looked after and would absolutely recommend staying here. Thank you, Dora!

Beautiful view of the local Bay. Exactly as described.

We had a great time at Luigi's beautiful house. It was very spacious and had everything you need. The huge patio was amazing and literally stepped strait onto the swimming pool. It was spotless and comfortable. There were 5 of us 4 adults and a child. The beach was a 5-minute walk. 5 minutes to a well-stocked supermarket. The town centre was 5 minutes away. We took up Luigi's recommendation's of restaurants and places to eat and were not disappointed every one was exactly as he had described. Great host very helpful and responsive. I would not hesitate to recommend and if I return to Paula I would definitely stay again.

Ein unglaublich schönes Juwel etwas außerhalb. Die Einrichtung war geschmackvoll und hochwertig. Ghislaine ist eine sehr herzliche und zuvorkommende Gastgeberin. Trotz der Sprachbarriere konnten wir uns via Übersetzungsapp gut abstimmen. Die Außenanlage, der Garten und der Pool sind traumhaft schön. Die kleinen Aufmerksamkeiten von Ghislaine runden das Bild perfekt ab. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Nos gustó mucho el departamento, la cama es muy cómoda y el departamento impecable, la vista es impresionante y realmente vale la pena. Tiene todas las comodidades q necesitas, incluyendo quitasol para ir q la playa algo que nos salvó 🫶🏻 los datos que nos dieron muy buenos, no había muchas escaleras lo q se agradece en Italia después de tanto andar con maleta y estacionamiento al lado de la entrada muy seguro. Queda cerca del puerto lo que es perfecto para los tours, cerca del centro y a 4 min del supermercado en auto. Realmente tuvimos una estadía muy linda y agradable. Volvería de todas formas.

We recently had a 3 night stay at Manuela's lovely home. From the moment we arrived in Golfo Aranci we were blown away by how beautiful the town was. Manuela's home was absolutely spotless!!! Everything from the floors, linens and outdoor areas was pristine clean. The bed was very comfortable and there is large wardrobes to store your belongings. Off the bedroom is a sunny terrace with a laundry so we were able to do washing. The home is even better than the photos provided on the Air BNB site. The view from the apartment is stunning. We sat on the back terrace morning and night watching all the activity on the water. The home is very relaxing and peaceful. We walked to the beach and supermarket easily and Manuela provided a great folder full of information about the town and maps of where everything was. Whenever we needed to contact Manuela she responded quickly and was absolutely lovely. Our only dissapointment was we didn't stay longer!!!! We loved everything!!

Wir sind schon zum 2. Mal hier haben uns wieder sofort wie zu Hause gefühlt. Alles ist mit viel Liebe eingerichtet, sodass man auch drinnen eine schöne Zeit verbringen kann. Der Strand ist unmittelbar unter dem Fenster der Unterkunft, sehr idyllisch und ruhig. Das kleine Städtchen Palau ist gut zu Fuss erreichbar und auch die Insel Maddalena ist von dort gut mit der Fähre zu erreichen und einen Besuch wert! Wir haben schon für nächstes Jahr gebucht :-)

Beautiful apartment to stay in. Well equipped, comfortable beds, the terrace is a lovely place to sit and the view is spectacular. Porto Istana beach is the most beautiful of all the beaches we visited, crystal clear waters, and only a few minutes walk away from the apartment. It was really useful to have tips from Marco about the area, including places to visit, such as the walk around the coast to Porto San Paolo, and La Tavernetta Beach Bar. (Highly recommend!) Martin and Monica were contactable if we needed anything. Lovely people, so friendly and so eager to help. Thanks so much Marco, we had such a lovely stay in your place… didn’t want to leave!

This is the perfect spot to enjoy the views of the nearby beaches and marinas of the upscale Porto Cervo. Tucked away in a complex that’s just a short walk from all of the lovely yachts - the view from the roof is a stunner! The house has everything you need. Very cute front yard and patio, good internet, clean and stocked. Elisabetta was very welcoming and helpful. One thing to note is you will get three keys and have to use one of them to open the arm for the gate to drive in. Very easy. Area is very upscale and safe . The beach free parking card provided was amazing and made visiting the beaches a breeze. If you want to visit Porto Cervo, this is the place to stay!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. La vue est à couper le souffle on pourrait la contempler pendant des heures! Nous étions au calme en dehors de la saison donc peu de voisins. Le logement est identique à l’annonce, nous avons apprécié la cuisine dans laquelle il y avait tout le matériel pour cuisiner comme à la maison. Giorgio était très réactif et proactif dans les informations ou demande. Nous vous recommandons vivement ce logement si vous souhaitez passer un séjour ressourçant en Sardaigne plusieurs des plus belles plages de Sardaigne se trouvent à moins de 20 min de la maison en voiture et des plages sont également accessibles à pieds. Si nous revenons en Sardaigne nous relouerons certainement ce logement. Élodie et sylvain

Patrizia fue en todo momento muy amable! Al llegar, tuvimos una demora de 6hs por parte de nuestra aerolínea y nos esperó cuando llegamos a la noche. Cada dia de por medio nos preguntaba como estábamos, si necesitábamos algo, y desde el minuto uno nos dió recomendaciones sobre que tours hacer/a que playas ir/ donde comer como un local. Desde que llegamos y hasta que nos fuimos, siempre estuvo predispuesta a todo, con una sonrisa enorme. Le pondría 10 estrellas, aunque solo puedo poner 5 en la plataforma. Gracias Paty! Vamos a volver seguro!

Super schöne Aussicht von der Terrasse. Küche war gut ausgestattet. Parkplatz in der Nähe. Ruhige Umgebung, bis auf eine Disco in weiter Entfernung. Supermarkt mit dem Auto in 10 Min. erreichbar. Schöne Strände in 3 Min. mit dem Auto. Unterkunft ideal für 2 Personen.

Gazdele s-au comportat incredibil de bine, ne-au raspuns rapid tuturor intrebarilor, ne-au dat toate informatiile utile despre casa si imprejurimi asigurandu-se constant daca toate nevoie ne sunt indeplinite, am doar cuvinte de lauda despre ei si despre casa care arata impecabil si nu ii lipsea absolut nimic .Toate accesoriile necesare erau prezente.

One of the best Airbnb’s we’ve ever stayed in. It blew our minds when we opened the front door - it far exceeded our expectations and was better in real life vs the photos. We could have stayed here for weeks, we loved it so much. We had a car but it is walking distance to the local supermarket and the restaurant strip down by the beach and water. Gorgeous sunsets, too. We would definitely love to return to Baja and stay longer. Highly recommended.

Wir waren drei Tage zu Gast und können die Unterkunft weiterempfehlen. Wir wurden herzlich begrüßt und bekamen Empfehlungen für Ausflugsziele, Restaurant und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Auch sonst war Eulalia immer erreichbar für uns. Frisches Obst, Wasser und Joghurt standen für uns bereit. Die Unterkunft ist sauber, gemütlich und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Wir hatten ein Auto (Privatparkplatz vorhanden) und Fahrräder dabei und konnten so die Umgebung erkunden.

Palau is an lovely town to stay and Tomasina is an excellent host. The apartment is in an excellent location with free street parking, a 10 minute walk to the main town area and 5 minutes to a lovely beach. The apartment has a small sunny balcony overlooking the water view and a large covered outdoor area off the kitchen area which was a cool area to sit with a nice breeze in the hot part of the day. Beach bag, towels and umbrella was a nice provision.

Wir waren eine Woche zu Gast in der wundervollen Ferienwohnung von Duke und Luigi. Zunächst einmal war die Kommunikation mit Duke und Luigi wirklich hervorragend. Die Gastgeber waren zu jeder Zeit zu erreichen und hatten hervorragende Tipps bezüglich Restaurants, Strände und Ausflüge. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und wie beschrieben. Besonders hervorzuheben ist der grandiose Ausblick von der Wohnung in die Bucht und auf den Strand. Wir haben die Zeit in Golfo Aranci sehr genossen und würden jeder Zeit wiederkommen! Danke für alles!

Nous avons passé un séjour absolument merveilleux dans cet appartement situé à Porto Pollo, en Sardaigne. Dès notre arrivée, nous avons été séduites par le cadre : une vue imprenable sur la mer, un environnement calme et préservé, et un accès direct à une plage magnifique. L’appartement lui-même était parfaitement équipé, décoré avec goût et d’une propreté irréprochable. Chaque détail semblait avoir été pensé pour offrir un maximum de confort : literie de qualité, cuisine fonctionnelle, climatisation, et une petite terrasse où nous avons adoré prendre nos repas. L’accueil de notre hôtesse a été à la hauteur de l’endroit : chaleureux, attentionné, avec de précieux conseils pour découvrir la région, et les bons restaurants. Un véritable petit coin de paradis, que nous recommandons sans hésiter.

We stayed 10 days at Rosi’s place with our 15 month kid and we had a great time there. It is close to the center so easy for shopping and go for coffee or drinks. There’s a small beach 2min walking, not the greatest of sardinia, but it was perfect to go with the kid. From Palau, you can very easily take a boat to visit the near islands or take the car to visit the north of Sardinia. Rosi’s place was clean, comfortable, well equiped and well located. She even provided us a bed and chair for the baby 👌 It was quite easy to park our car around (end of august). There are some free spots around (available early in the morning or in the evening) or a paying parking that we used a couple of time.

Katia's home is beautiful and she is a lovely and helpful host. Communication was top notch with helpful recommendations and directions to her place. The home was spotless, peaceful, and had every item we needed, and more! It was our wedding anniversary and Katia welcomed us with a delicious platter or fruit and a bottle of champagne! The private beach was a spot of serenity, especially peaceful waters in the morning so we could swim and snorkel. Lots of great local restaurants and beaches nearby. A truly wonderful stay, thank you Katia!

We loved staying here! The apartment is beautiful, and we spent half our trip sitting on the balcony enjoying the gorgeous view of the water and dock. The hosts were super helpful and beyond friendly when we had to slightly change our travel plans as well! There are many beautiful restaurants just a minute or less away, and a supermarket across the street too. We plan to come again, it was magical!

Mara ist eine sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeberin. Die Unterkunft hat alles was man braucht, wir haben uns wie zu Hause gefühlt. Die Lage ist super, zahlreiche gute Restaurants sind fußläufig erreichbar, viele traumhafte Strände erreicht man mit dem Auto in 10-30min. Der günstige Eurospin ist mit dem Auto in 3min zu erreichen und am Hafen befindet sich ein öffentlicher Fitness-Bereich, der joggend gut 10min entfernt ist. Wir hatten an diesem tollen Ort eine super Zeit und kommen gern wieder! :)
