Very nice apartment located on the 2nd floor with elevator access. Its location in the hyper-center, 2 steps from the Opera will allow you to have a pleasant stay for professional or tourist reasons. With an area of 42 m², it can accommodate 3 people, has a large entrance, a spacious bedroom, a living room/kitchen with an extra bed for one person, a small shower room and separate toilet. Close to shops, bars, restaurants including the famous "La Cigale" brewery 100 m away.

Lovely flat with terrace in the city centre

Lovely and charming flat with a terrace in the historic centre of Nantes. Due to the pandemic, please note that the apartment is cleaned by us between each reservation, according to the new protocol dictated by Airbnb and mandatory. The linen is washed at 60°C minimum! Hydro-alcoholic liquid available in the apartment! The roof, the insulation of the apartment, the air conditioning of the rooms, have just been completely redone. Cozy nest, quiet, in the center.

Delightful T1 bis in hyper center. Great location, restaurants, theater, cinemas, shops, museums, everything is at the foot of the apartment. The apartment is on the 3rd floor of a beautiful 19th century building. The granite staircase is wide. Rue Jean Jacques is a very lively pedestrian street, but the advantage of our apartment is that it overlooks a very quiet private courtyard secured by 2 closed doors. Bike racks are provided (up to 2) so they will be safe.

The studio is bright, its 20 m2 area is furnished to make you feel good. It consists of a main room with kitchenette, coffee table, bar table, refrigerator, coffee machine (Tassimo), kettle, dishes. The accommodation will be entirely at your disposal and you will have access to Wi-Fi as well as quality bedding (Bultex bed frame and mattress). Towels and iron are also available. Excellent stay at Toccata, who welcomed us in a warm and peaceful atmosphere and took the time to detail the useful information for the stay so that everything went well. The accommodation is simply perfect, as shown in the photos. It is located in an excellent area, with direct connection to the tram, just 4 stations from the city center and 2 from the train station. The neighborhood has several restaurants, ideal for going out and enjoying. Check-in is completely autonomous and the host's instructions for access are very clear. The apartment is beautiful, with a bathroom that exceeds expectations: frankly luxurious. In addition, it was equipped with everything needed for cooking. The host was incredibly kind and attentive. We would definitely come back!

The apartment located in the city center 2 steps from the train station, is beautifully decorated and equipped. Check-in is very simple and communication with the concierge company is very simple, quick and pleasant. You have free parking space 5'walk away, a luxury in the city center. We came 2 days to 3 couples 1 baby and 1 dog, it was just perfect. I would recommend the place without a second thought.

Would give Odile six stars if I could. A real highlight of my holiday. Odile is a friendly and welcoming host who makes you feel right at home. In addition, she has great local recommendations. The area itself is beautiful and the house is really pretty. Many thanks for such a wonderful time.
