Villa holiday rentals in La Línea de la Concepción

We decided to extend our holiday in Spain for a weekend and chose this beautiful villa. The main advantage of this villa is its beautiful view in the day and at night time. This is a truly amazing location. The villa is fully equipped with everything you need. James is very responsive and friendly. He was always in touch. He was always ready to help with the house and its settings. I highly recommend it! Don't forget to buy a bottle of wine to enjoy the beautiful view with a glass on the balcony!)

Great place to stay for a big group, beautiful outdoor areas, garden and swimming pool. Fantastic time had during our stay.

We enjoyed our stay at Matthew’s place! Although it is quite far from the places we went to, the space and the views of the Airbnb was worth it. It was located in a quiet and peaceful neighbourhood. My favourite thing about the property is that you’re able to see the sunrise and sunset. The outside area is beautiful as it overlooks the mountains, ocean, pool and the golf course. Very charming property both inside and outside. The only issue we had was that there was a mix up with the cleaners and there were no extra paper towels, toilet paper or hand soaps in the washroom so we did have to purchase that at our own expense.

The house, located in a quiet area, was modern, well-equipped, and perfectly sized for our group. The outdoor kitchen offered great opportunities for cooking and dining together outside. During the warm days, the children enjoyed spending time in the pool, and on a cooler evening, the sauna was a pleasant way to warm up. Tennis and padel courts are within walking distance, adding even more to the experience.

A lovely unique place.

Late in the evening, in the dark, Yolanda, the housekeeper, guided us uphill by car to the house. The handover took place in the evening. The next morning we were all overwhelmed by the view, the size of the property, the very well-kept garden and of course both guest houses and the main house. The equipment leaves nothing to be desired, we were all very quickly familiar with everything and a sense of well-being was recognizable in everyone. If you are looking for peace and exclusivity, you will find it here... Our tip: if possible, do a lot of shopping on the way there. So nothing stands in the way of a great vacation... The well-maintained pool was a daily must😉. The property is only accessible via a large electric gate, it conveys above all peace and privacy. Nevertheless: in about 25/30 min. you are back in the hustle and bustle of Marbella and everything that goes with it….. Have fun🎉

We loved our stay at this villa. Very clean and well equipped with beautiful views.

Casa Esmerdo is private and away from the hustle and bustle of Estepona but only a 10-15 min drive into the centre. We like peace and quiet so it was perfect for us and the views are fantastic and they have such beautiful landscaping too which make it feel very private from the few other houses in the hamlet. The house is not designer, it’s a home and comfortable and the outside area is the star of the house. It’s a very easy house to relax in and it is well stocked in the kitchen. We have stayed in fancier looking houses but this is the most enjoyable holiday rental we have stayed in for its comfort, position and ease of relaxation. It has the things that matter and the owners clearly care about maintaining it properly since they use it regularly themselves. So many holiday homes are style over substance but this home is just lovely for a family and the agents are faultless and very very good at their job.

The house was impeccable and complied with everything described in the description. They provided us with travel cribs, which was a nice touch since we were traveling with small babies. The house makes you feel at home, with very good equipment, spacious areas and good finishes. The development is very quiet. The hosts allowed us to stay until after lunch, which was great for us to take advantage of the weekend. Highly recommended.

An exceptional place inhabited by considerate and very welcoming hosts. The house has a lot of charm and everything you need to be happy on vacation, with family or friends. It reveals its sensitivity and simplicity all the more with all those who will take care of it. One of my best choices on this site!

A really nice home, minimal style, and the pool is the cherry on top. There is anything you can think of in a home, let alone in a vacation home!! Washer, dryer, dishwasher, one bathroom for each room plus that of guests, and much more! With a couple of extra tweaks it's really perfect, we'll definitely see you at my next stops in Marbella!

We had an absolutely wonderful time at this villa. It was pristine when we arrived and very well laid out. The grounds were stunning and I don't think this could be conveyed in the photos. Everything about the villa was fabulous. The master bedroom and ensuite were gorgeous. The pool was great, even in April, and the views were amazing. I don't think we've stayed somewhere which was so perfect! Would definitely return. ❤️

A fantastic stay in a wonderful private villa. The grounds are massive and inside the villa is peaceful and calming. The beds are the most comfortable I have ever slept in. Marie was always responsive and helpful too. All in all I’d recommend.

The villa is perfect for families, lots of space, beautiful pool, peaceful, relaxing surroundings. The villa was very safe and comfortable.

Really lovely villa. Catered to 6 adults and an infant perfectly. Nice walk to the marina (40 mins) and a cheap taxi to marina or old town when you use local taxis. Aldi store next door was great for food / beer shopping and has everything you need for your stay. The villa was perfectly clean, Andrew was super attentive and helpful, Juan the pool guy was lovely, and we throughly enjoyed our stay. Some local construction going on but wasn’t noisy and or troublesome at all. Would def recommend.

Such a beautiful home - feels incredibly private and secluded and the views are really breathtaking. We loved exploring Gaucin (only a 15 min drive away) and the town San Pablo de Buceite nearby has a small supermarket stocked with all you'll need. So many nice areas to sit and lounge around and we all had comfortable sleeps in the bedrooms (the guesthouse is particularly spacious!). Worth bearing in mind there's no oven (only hobs and the BBQ) but we didn't find this a problem. We'd love to come back!

We spent two wonderful weeks in Tarifa. We are two families with five small children age 1-9 and thoroughly enjoyed the house and its amenities. As others have described, the views are breathtaking. The house is so well designed that you can always eat in the shade outside so even in the mid August heat we could always eat outside and were never too hot. We are windsurfers and kites and enjoyed the Tarifa winds. The main surfing beaches are 20-30 minutes away by car, to Tarifa towns and supermarkets it’s about 15 minutes. Communication with the host was super easy and she fixed a minor issue with the A/C on site immediately. A few nights, the water supply was turned off but always came back early on the morning. We would absolutely recommend the house for a wonderful beach vacation and hope to be back soon!

The vila is amazing, modern and has well equipted kitchen. Outdoor space is beautifull and there are different corners for relaxing. We had such beautiful sunrise in the morning overlooking the seaview! Perfect place for 8 people.

This house has some of the most amazing views of the Estrecho. It’s a great place to relax after a day at the beach or visiting the nearby mountains and villages. We loved the house, it’s many chill out areas and tranquility to have a very special holiday.
