Wonderful stay. Beautiful house with amazing view and very comfortable with all amenities. Definitely as advertised.

Amazing house on the beach, beautiful interior and garden, very well maintained. Quiet place. The pool is very nice. It has everything so you don't want to leave the house! Very well-equipped kitchen… everything is very comfortable. The only thing I recommend is to wear a sleeping mask because of the light that comes in in the morning (if that's something that bothers you).

Alejandro was always very friendly, always attentive to us and answered every question super quick. We loved the house, very nice, not only because of its incredible design but because everything works perfect, very comfortable in every way. The location is ideal for resting, the fact that I have the rooms isolated makes you able to be in the living room with noise without bothering those who sleep. We would come back without thinking, by far the best Airbnb house I've rented 🙂

Alejandro is very kind, the house is the same as the photos, he met expectations 100%. Most importantly, the house was very clean and free of humidity. It is clear that he cares about maintaining it. Very flexible with check in and check out. Very comfortable beds with good duvets. We arrived on a very cold day, and the stove quickly heated the house. We never got cold. In short, we recommend it and we'll be happy to return.

The house and the surroundings are beautiful, with lots of trees, landscape, a large terrace, gazebo, pool and the house is gorgeously designed (rustic/modern). Definitely the best house in Maitencillo. Great place to relax and entertain with family and friends. High quality linens and bedsheets. 5min driving distance from a supermarket and convenience store. I would characterize the property as a “private villa”. One of my favorite properties in Chile.

Great house. Right at the golf course. Easy access to other activities like Padel, Tennis, surf, hiking, horsebackriding, parapente and Barbecue. We loved the house.

The house is beautiful! The location offers a spectacular view, everything in the house is impeccable and beautiful, from the decoration to the cleanliness. The house is perfect for relaxing and enjoying the sunset. Nicolás is an attentive and caring host, who makes sure everything is in order so that you can enjoy your stay to the fullest!

The stay was very quiet, the space has everything you need to spend a good weekend. When I arrived, the heater was on, making the space very cozy. The bed is very comfortable and there is an extra blanket for the cold. The patio is very nice and has a hammock. I didn't use the grill. The kitchen is well equipped, but it would be appreciated if they offered oil, coffee and sugar or sweetener. There was only salt and garlic powder. One day, the water in the shower came out cold. I had to wait half an hour for it to warm up. The only negative thing I can say is that the apartment was dirty. I looked under the bed for a sock and noticed that it was full of dust, hair and lint. The rest of the house (kitchen and bathroom) was fine in terms of cleanliness. Another problem I had was with the address. The street name is incorrect on Google Maps. You have to follow the location that Daniela sends and not the address that appears on Airbnb.

Exquisite Fran's house! Very cozy, nice, tidy, even with a rich smell!! We were more than two weeks and felt right at home. Everything as described and shown in the pictures. Excellent location to do everything walking... on the beach, shopping, eating, playing. It has a perfect patio for children to play and a rich space to make roasts and eat outside. Fran is a super host, she was very concerned that our stay was a nice experience. We would definitely repeat it.

Amazing place in an incredible location with a breathtaking view. Pictures don’t do it justice. Juan was extremely responsive and helpful, including accommodating our need for early arrival and communicating in English instead of Spanish. We hope to come back someday!

Very comfortable and bright house, very well located, close to restaurants and shops

Remodeled house, we lease the first floor that is equipped for 4 people. The second floor is subdivided into 2 apartments, smaller. Parking is shared, with enough room for 3 vehicles. There is large space in quincho for the family and sharing. The house was fully equipped, with board games included. On the left side is the living room and rooms, bathroom. In the middle the kitchen and on the right side the dining room. The kitchen also works as a runner, so a bottleneck is generated there when cooking. The beds, bathroom and furniture are within expectations. You have to coordinate with the other tenants for the use of the parking lot.

The house is beautiful and perfect for a nice vacation. Cozy, very functional and with a fabulous terrace with panoramic ocean views. We will definitely be back! Thank you very much to Loreto for his kindness and always attentive to any need we had .

Great place for a weekend at the beach. We were 9 in total and we felt it was spacious and functional. Definitely will come back!
