Pet-friendly holiday rentals in La Joya

This peaceful paradise was just what we needed for our large family. We had no issues: instructions were perfectly communicated before our arrival, the bedrooms were larger than I expected, home was very clean and spacious and the complimentary wine over sunset was the cherry on top! The grass and patio surrounding were very enjoyable for our kids and dogs. Thank you for sharing your home with us! We hope to stay again in the future <3

Booked for friends that needed to move out of the house temporarily while getting work done. It was so easy working with Stacey and Derek. Responded quickly and flexible to our needs. Very fun decor and was filled with a lot of great games! I definitely will recommend to friends and family coming into town. AND it is literally 5 minutes from my house.

Terry's home is the most beautiful and relaxing bnb we have ever had the honor to stay in! Everything was absolutely perfect and well thought out, it is very apparent a chef stocked the kitchen with every imaginable amenity you would need! The creativity and the artistic touch to the home is absolutely breathtaking, inside and out. The beds and bedding were incredibly comfortable and we really enjoyed opening the screened-in door in the bedroom at night to enjoy the dessert breezes and sounds, he even supplies earplugs by the beds for those of who don't love and appreciate the occasional train that passes by(we loved the sound!). Not only is the history and the architecture of the home inspiring, the endless book selection kept me entertained for hours! We enjoyed watching a dust storm and then a hail storm from the upstairs bedroom windows and then later playing cards and dominos at the huge wooden dining room table. The lighting throughout the entire home is awesome!

Magical. That’s the best way to describe Anna’s home! From pulling in to the beautiful dessert landscaped yard, to walking through the door and seeing all the beautiful furnishings and colorful decor to the softest plushiest bed and outside the back patio is just like a southwestern peaceful valley kind of vibe. The pool was absolutely amazing and clean-the pictures don’t do it justice. Floating around under the stars was just amazing! We also had several visitors-roadrunners, bunnies and birds. Neat little neighborhood. Quiet and full of families. The house is the best Airbnb we have ever stayed in. Love in every square foot! Close to everything. Great kitchen too!

I really enjoyed staying here. It was so different than other places I have stayed. I booked this for my Harry Potter-obsessed daughter for her birthday, and she was so excited to see all the decor. You can tell a lot of thought went into it! It was very clean and smelled really good, as well!

I highly recommend this Airbnb; my family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. I appreciated that Moses was quick to respond to any questions or concerns I had.

La vista es increíble y las playas cercanas de las mejores, la casa tiene absolutamente todo lo que puedas necesitar para una estancia larga. Regresaría con mi familia sin duda.

I wish I could give the location more than 5 stars. This airstream is on gorgeous land, you’re really out there in the middle of the desert when you stay here! We only stayed one night and I wish we could have stayed longer.

Beautiful home felt super comfy only wish we would have booked it for longer .. read her guest book she has put in some information of her own about the house and the history of it. She’s really went all out on keeping the history of this house. Absolutely loved it and we will for sure book this house again.

Very pretty view and in a peaceful, quiet area. Stargazing was so beautiful! Ayda’s casita was cute and spotless!

This was such a great find. One which is actually better than the description. I fell in love with the garden and hummingbirds. It was a little corner of paradise and the hosts couldn’t have been more helpful. They send a list of points about the place which were invaluable. I have been before so knew there were no grocery stores and their helpful suggestions were spot on. Thank you and if I go back to Cabo Pulmo I will definitely book here again.

We stayed at Space Cowboy in Terlingua, TX, a unique pod with a huge plexiglass window and airplane-style seats offering incredible desert and town views. The elevated perspective made us feel like we were flying. A summer storm with lightning and thunder rolled in—watching it safely from inside was amazing. The A/C and refreshingly cool shower (with hot water option) were perfect after a hot day. The staff was friendly and responsive. The property had fun “Easter eggs” and cozy spots to explore, adding to its charm. Located about 30–45 minutes from Big Bend’s Chisos Visitor Center, it’s a great base for exploring the area. For the price and experience, I highly recommend it!

Es un lugar muy tranquilo, bonito y con todo lo necesario, ideal para ir a despejarte, además me gusta que pude llevar a mis perros y también había camitas para ellos, ideal para estar en silencio, lejos de todo y en paz.
