Jeff's place was so cute and cozy. His place is within walking distance to the famous Valentine Texas Bar. His place has a nice outdoor seating area to sit outside and relax and look up at all the beautiful stars. We will definately stay again.

This was our fifth time staying at Patty’s place! If you’re looking for an out of the way, peaceful and unique experience Running Rabbit Acres is the place. Patty has so many recommendations for hiking, restaurants and places to explore in Tucson. The sunsets are amazing right outside your airstream! And Patty is just so much fun and very respectful of your privacy. I have come to consider her a friend after staying there over the years. You will not be disappointed!

Fabulous views, lovely toilets and shower and close to the National and State parks just above the Terilingua Ghost town. A Great option for camping. Marc was a great help sorting out which of his spots was best for our mix of a car and 2 solo tents.

The Glamper was in a quiet neighborhood but close to everything.

The RV I rented was lovely and everything was as described. Place was clean and organized. They responded quick to all my questions. Will rent again on my next stay at Rocky Point.

Dean's place is awesome. Super close to town and all the best places to eat. The compound attracts travelers of all ages and backgrounds, it was so fun to meet everyone. The setup with the outdoor kitchen acts as the heart of the place really brings everyone together. Plus the place is literally on the beach... couldn't ask for more. And wifi is decent as well!

El lugar está sumamente agradable y tranquilo y con una vista muy bonita. Fue muy facil conectar con la naturaleza estando ahí, ya que estas en constante contacto con ella. Me encantó que todo tiene un enfoque ecológico, cuidando mucho al ambiente en el que se encuentran, y sin dejar de lado la limpieza, todo estuvo muy limpio, el baño, la recamara, la cocina, todo, y más que nada muy cómodo. Por otro lado, Jany es muy amable, estuvo siempre atenta para resolver cualquier situación y siempre con una sonrisa. Definitivamente regresaremos a Alunecer, es una excelente opción para conectar con la naturaleza, descansar y pasar un buen rato.

We were so happy with this place. Gladys (Wally) really thought of everything. Her amenity description listed more than just the basics, but we didn't need to use ANY of the cooking supplies we had brought because they were all provided. I mean....every last detail was covered. The WiFi was unexpectedly great. We did not have a single issue, but if we had, Rick and Wally live close by. The indoor space was cute and comfortable and the outdoor space was set up for anything you'd like to do. We grilled steaks, we stargazed, we watched sunrises and sunsets while drinking coffee and wine. We even ate dinner out on the porch because breeze created a comfortable climate. It was a short drive into Terlingua and an easy drive into Big Bend National Park. We hope to come back to this area again, and we will most definitely stay here again. 10/10 Highly recommend!

This was quite an eccentric home and it was visually very beautiful. It was perfect for a one night stay.

I had a great stay — the view of the Hueco Tanks was absolutely stunning. The place was peaceful, clean, and just what I needed. A perfect spot if you’re looking to relax and enjoy some beautiful desert scenery. Would definitely stay here again!

Shannon is one of those old-school types of hosts that are the reason Airbnb is cool. The level of attention to detail she has put into making the camper visually cool and as comfortable to use as possible is great. She was proactive and responsive and made it a great stay.

Verscholen in het landschap stond deze prachtige chalet voor ons klaar. Van alle gemakken voorzien maar alleen het uitzicht is de prijs al helemaal waard! Koken in de buitenkeuken en savonds sterren kijken. De bedden lagen heerlijk en bij het opstaan glom het prachtige uitzicht ons weer tegemoet. De douche, 200 meter verderop is primitief maar wat verwacht je van de desert. Het werkt en met zo’n uitzicht douche je niet vaak. De toilet is een veredelt gat in de grond zonder water. Water is een zeldzaamheid. Allemaal functioneel en men waardeert het thuis daarom weer extra. Kortom een echte aanrader, helemaal als de host de badkamers naast de kamers klaar heeft!

I cannot say enough great things about our stay at Camp Elena! The views were spectacular! Watching the sunrise over the mountains in the morning while drinking coffee on the deck.. 10/10! The bed was very comfortable, which we needed after long days hiking! I loved everything about our stay and would recommend anyone to stay here!

Our stay was paradise! Molly's property is beautiful, well kept, and the there's lots of critter activity! The view at each time of day is so beautiful and unique. Molly was an excellent host with prompt response to all of our needs, she was very helpful with local recommendations. The inside of the airbnb was very clean with great decorations! I can't wait to come back and stay for longer. Thank you Molly!!!!

We booked Esteban’s RV for the weekend, and he was very helpful and responsive! The nights were so beautiful! Great spot for any big bend adventure you might have planned!

Kym’s RV trailer was the perfect place to stay. Everything that was highlighted matched the description. The trailer itself plus her outside couch to read a book and chairs to watch the surroundings came in very handy. The bed was very comfortable and I slept so sound which is unlike me as I tend to get up during the night. I didn’t get to use the secondary shower outside but it sure was tempting. Next time. Kim is very attentive and truly wants her guests to have everything they need. She was quick to respond and offered up suggestions and things to do. Her attention to detail is really unsurpassed and she is a wealth of knowledge about the region. She is the perfect host. I thoroughly enjoyed my 5 nights at Kym’s place and look forward to staying there again. Venancio Figueroa III Dallas, TX

If you are looking for a place to stay, that is near big Bend, but has running water and air conditioning, this is the place for you! It was just isolated enough to where we got the full experience of being alone in the beautiful scenery and just proximal enough to restaurants and a convenience store with everything we needed. We woke up every morning before sunrise and saw the Milky Way and more stars and we had ever seen in our entire lives!! Close enough to big bend to drive in every morning and be the first ones to every trail. Amazing sunrise and sunsets from the little patio at the Airbnb! Colin was very responsive and provided ample recommendations. If you are visiting Big Bend, I cannot think of a more perfect place to stay.

Our second stay with Kevin in his Lazy Acres trailers and we will be back. This trailer is vintage and a bit rustic but cozy with everything you need. The bed is comfy, the trailer smells fresh and good (no smell at all, unlike some old trailers), everything works, and we especially liked the electronic fireplace which is both charming and does a good job warming the unit. We also enjoyed relaxing by the firepit outside. Kevin does a good job providing instructions for guests to get the most out of the trailer and addresses potential issues.

This was a perfect place to unwind and enjoy nature. We woke to birds chirping each morning. The RV is under a metal cover that protects it from the sun, but the A/C and heat, (it’s chilly at night in the desert), both worked great. There is a locked gate to open and close in the driveway, but that added a sense of security. We appreciated how clean everything was. We had a great stay.
