Oran's house is outstanding and exactly what our family needed during our long stay in San Diego. I can't recommend the home more and the host is excellent -- extremely responsive, caring and went above and beyond to make this house feel like home. Highly recommend!!

Great spot for our big group! The house was clean and had everything we needed. We spent hours in the front yard enjoying the games and the San Diego weather. We could walk to so many great restaurants. Would definitely stay here again!

In general the house is perfect the kitchen was very well equipped with most of appliances. I 100% recommend the house for families. The only detail of the house is that the primary room, 3rd room and family room they don’t hace blinds. So the sun enters vertically early. But in general really great house I will stay again.

Our family had a great time visiting La Jolla. It's a great place that is walkable to everything. Our dogs loved going to the beach. The host was very responsive and accommodating, and we hope to visit again soon!

The house is clean and well maintained. It's lovely to have all the bedrooms with their own bathroom. The kitchen had plenty of cooking gear which was helpful. The host was extremely communicative and checked in with me a few times during the stay, even meeting us upon arrival to make sure we were settled in. Only issue was there are a ton of fruit flies, we were catching them by the dozen in apple cider vinegar. Also, there was work happening every night on the sewage system in the road, so the house had a sulfur smell in it, the converted garage bedroom definitely had the worst of the smell. The air conditioning didn't really work in there so it was a bit muggy and smelly. That's not really something that anyone has control over but if you're staying there in the near future, it's worth knowing.

Great spaces for family to hang out together and separately too. Very well appointed. Loved the deck and the hot tub! Thanks Helen. We will book again sometime.

We had a very nice time in this home. Nick was quick to respond and very helpful with an early check in. The house is super clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. Its in a great location too!

We had an amazing time at Neil’s place, super walkable and had everything for a beach day that you could think of! Check in and check out were very easy and everything was as described! Would definitely do another stay at this awesome house. Thank you Neil for making our stay incredibly easy and fun for our group!

My family really enjoyed staying here. The place is larger inside than you would expect - six adults fit very comfortably. Access to the beach is easy, and the large table on the first floor was perfect for playing games. The TV on the second floor was great for watching movies together. The primary bedroom and bathroom are nicely sized, and all the beds are comfortable. The nearby Pacific Beach location gave us access to excellent restaurants and bars within walking distance. I would love to stay here again.

It was wonderful. The views from the deck were amazing. Every bed was comfortable. I loved the bowl of gummy’s they had for us 😁. It’s was perfect for our family reunion everyone had privacy and the family room’s furniture was perfect to cozy up by the fire and watch tv. I loved the weather there. I opened up the windows and we had perfect weather so we never had to turn on the air conditioner. Kelly allowed us to put the cover over the pool and it warmed up the pool and the grandkids had a blast. We had multiple generations at home ( 4 generations from 85?to 1 yr old 😁) and everyone was happy. Thank you for the opportunity to enjoy family together.

We stayed Saturday through Monday morning to celebrate my stepchildren’s graduation dinner party, and this Airbnb was absolutely perfect. The space was clean, cozy, and thoughtfully set up for family time — from lounging by the pool to barbecuing and relaxing together. The sauna, jacuzzi, and cold plunge were incredible touches — everyone enjoyed them. The bed was super comfortable, and everything felt exactly as it should: peaceful, easy, and just right. Jake was an amazing host — responsive, clear, and kind. If I ever come across another property hosted by Jake, even in a different city, I’d book with him first without hesitation. My stay was nothing but amazing and comfortable. I’m already looking forward to booking again!

Our home away from home. The property was conveniently located to major stores. It is 30 minutes to the San Diego Zoo, Birch Aquarium, and Sesame Street. The house is very spacious and brings in light energy. Our family loved the beds and comfy pillows which can make or break a vacation. The bathrooms were spacious and worked conveniently with the needs of our family, especially the Bluetooth speaker😁. The backyard was our favorite! Beautiful space during the day with plenty of space for our 3 year old to run. Serene and chill views in the evening. We 100% recommend this property for your family. And would definitely stay again.

A lovely home in a beautiful setting. It was very clean, modern and well equipped. Good wifi and lots of activities available on site to entertain the entire family. The photographs of the home and yard are quite accurate, too. The kitchen has numerous small appliances, adequate plates, cups and silverware. Coffee, tea, creamer, spices, sugar, and oils were also available, which made cooking easy. The hot tub is controlled by an app called ScreenLogic, and when activated, it takes less than 2 hrs to heat from ambient to, for example, 102°F. Toilet paper, laundry/dishwasher detergent, shampoo/conditioner were provided in sufficient quantities. Plenty of bath and pool towels were available, too. I highly recommend this Air B&B!

Great peaceful location perfect for our size of family. Parking is a little tricky with four cars but manageable. Loved the view and landscaping. We felt very safe and at home in this place. Thank you for memories.

Our stay at Zeina and Mos worked out perfectly for our large family . The house is located in a quiet neighborhood , with a great location ! Close to the 15 freeway to get to the airport, attractions and beaches easily . The house was well equipped with cooking pans, utensils etc . Perfect for our family stay. We enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub and pool while barbecuing up delicious dinners. The laundry / game room was perfect for the kids to hang out and relax. Both the house and casita were cozy and well stocked with towels, pillows , blankets and comfortable beds. There was even beach chairs and a cooler for us to use at the beach! The hosts communicated quickly and attentively.

Had a great Time. House is beautiful and the view was outstanding. We loved listening to and seeing the wildlife and birds. The Beds were very comfortable. The Kitchen was well supplied, plenty of dish ware, cups, bowls etc. The Pool table kept us all entertained. We loved having a TV in every room, the 83 in was nice and big. Plenty of seating for meals and for watching TV. The Pool was nice and big, and spa seat us all and got plenty warm enough was a little hard to get in and out of the Pool and Spa with no rails but otherwise great, even saw the owl fly into his home. Overall Fantastic defiantly a 5 Star

This was a fabulous place to stay, it is close to the shops in downtown La Jollla, the library is 2 blocks away, the beach is a 5-10 minute walk, a delightful coffee shop is a 5 minute walk. The neighborhood is quiet with minimal street traffic. The house is very livable with 2 living rooms and has dining for 6 inside and outside. The outside space has a great umbrella to protect you from the intense sun. We used the bicycles one day which was great as we could ride down to Mission Beach along the Pacific Beach/Mission Beach Boardwalk The house has all the amenities you could ask for, comfortable seating, lovely indoor outdoor spaces for family gatherings, a well stocked kitchen, outdoor grill, TV's in all the bedrooms as well as the family room. We have rented 4 other houses in La Jolla in the past 3 years and this one is definetley the best! You will not be disappointed if you rent from Andreas, who is a very responsive host.
