Kaitlin was SO responsive! The space was in a really cute neighborhood with lots of fun things and restaurants within walkable distance. No loud neighbors or anything to distract from sleeping. The space was immaculate and had tons of extra towels, which was awesome. The bathroom had been renovated, and the shower was great. It was perfect for what we needed, and we are so appreciative of her hospitality!

great little place in a great location! the walls are a little thin so sound travels a lot but the bed was one of the comfiest i’ve ever slept in and we were happy with our stay

Great place to stay for a few days! Host was very responsive and super helpful. The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as pictured. My husband said he slept great in their bed! Lots of windows and natural light which is great unless someone is staying in the studio across the patio. The shades on all the doors/windows provided great privacy though! Great bang for your buck, would definitely stay again!

Dan & Britt are very gracious hosts! They were proactive in reaching out to us to make sure we were comfortable and were attentive to our needs throughout our stay. Their Airbnb was better than the photos and my family and I absolutely loved the views it offered as well as the neighborhood of Oceanside. The house itself was very spacious and clean. We had a chance to truly decompress for a couple of days! I would highly recommend a stay here and we plan on going back.

Perfect place for a couple’s weekend. Inside is a little small, but with the patio and the perfect weather of SD it’s all you need. We rented bikes and biked everywhere we needed to go.

Rebecca and Phil’s place was fantastic! Very tidy and in a perfect location for all of the activities we had planned. Rebecca met us when we arrive and was very inviting. She walked us through where everything was and even brought down a bottle of wine as it was my girlfriend’s birthday. Very pleased with the experience and will be booking with them again should we stay in La Jolla!

in such a great area of Little Italy, super walkable to amazing restaurants and bars! the gated bungalows felt so private and safe. I would definitely stay here again!

So happy. Would love to stay at Janine’s again. I felt so content and at peace exactly where I was, between the balcony’s views, the golden hour lighting in the place, and even lounging on the bed still being able to see a view of the ocean. It was such a cozy space and a reminder that bigger is not better. Highly recommend for either a solo traveler or a couple/two travelers!!

The people sharing our compound were very friendly and welcoming, our ‘guard dog’ Frankie became our bud. If you like walking, there is so much to see and wonderful food options nearby. OB is a very special place!!!

We loved this place! The location is amazing, parking is easy in a location where parking normally isn't. Everything is within walking distance. There are multiple coffee shops, markets with daily necessities, different restaurants for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The best Ice Cream shop in town 10 feet away. It's true that there's no real view but all you have to do is walk outside and you're in the middle of an incredible neighborhood. You can sit at one of the tables out front and see the ocean from there. You can walk 3-5 minutes and be at the beach to watch the sunrise or sunset. Walking to the beach with your equipment is easy since it's so close and when you're done at the beach, you can drop your things off and eat at one of the many restaurant options surrounding the apartment. We loved this apartment and will be staying here whenever we return to La Jolla!

The place was great close to some good places to eat. Ellie was quick to respond and very helpful with anything I needed. The bed was very comfortable. the kitchen was well setup. I really wish I had more time in San Diego and had stayed a few more days here.

looks exactly like the pictures! very clean and really easy street parking for those who have a car. walking distance to a lot of food and coffee spots. would definitely stay here again!

The host was responsive and helpful. The place was perfect for what I was looking for. If you’re looking to eat in SanDiego and adventure out this is a perfect place!

Digital nomad checking in: This place was exactly what I hoped for. I wanted a simple spot in a great location that was surf-in/surf-out, and this place has it. I woke up each morning, rented a board from Surf Diva downstairs, left my wallet/phone in the apartment and walked barefoot to the beach each day. The location is well worth a price premium. The place itself was great. Bed was clean, kitchen had all the tools I needed, bathroom was clean, and the AC (which isn’t always necessary) worked well on hot days. The noise from the neighbors/restaurants didn’t bother me or keep me up late, though if you have young kids that might be a concern. The closet even had beach chairs and plenty of towels. For the internet, I was getting 145 Mbps down, 45 Mbps up, which is more than I was expecting. Working at the desk upstairs worked great, the noise from the restaurant downstairs didn’t bother at all. The bus goes to Old Town and I Uber’d to and from the airport. Overall, great spot!

Place was very nice and worked well for us. Definitely keeping in mind for future visits.

Me and my partner were here for a concert, the location is very walkable and beautiful. The stay is also very comforting, and exactly what we needed. The hosts were extremely welcoming, and gave us recommendations on activities, and places to eat. I will definitely be coming again.

The location was great, close to many restaurants and shops, great ocean breeze, great ocean view from the room, beautiful grounds, and 5 minutes from my sons house on Camp Pendleton!

Rented this airbnb for my 70 year old mother in law who was visiting family in the area. She said the airbnb was perfect - clean, easily accessible, everything you’d need and more.

Super convenient location - just minutes from the beach!! And all of the beach gear you could think of (beach bag, beach towels/chairs, umbrella, beach games, etc.) was provided making our trip super easy :)

Great place! Modern simple, deep tub, steam shower, comfy beds and pillows, peaceful environment. Wall-to-wall window doors look out into palm trees, chirping birds, lots of natural light. Note-there’s 2 entrances to underground parking of this. Parking entrance is LEFT side of building down the hill. Great to have dedicated indoor parking! Lovely stay

Enjoyable little apartment within a short drive to just about everything San Diego has to offer.
