We had an exceptional stay in this beautiful villa, perfectly equipped , there was absolutely nothing missing! Everything is designed for comfort and relaxation. Ludovic was a attentive host, very kind and available throughout our stay. Thank you again for this great experience, we'll be back with pleasure!

Clean villa in a peaceful setting! The 2 suites on the ground floor are spacious and comfortable, which is less qualitative on the bedroom and bathroom on the lower level. Note: with small children, be aware that the pool protection curtain is not functional. We had a lovely time! The house is really beautiful, and having the beach just a 10-minute walk away is a real luxury. It was very nice to spend a weekend without having to touch the car.

Beautiful setting. House in a very quiet private subdivision. The house is very well equipped and decorated with great taste. Pascal is great: very welcoming, all the useful explanations and he was very flexible with our schedules. I will come back... and I recommend +++

Pleasant stay in a nice house, very functional for a large group (2 fridges, large tables, chairs and cutlery in number, etc. All that's missing is a parasol to be able to have lunch quietly outside when there is a lot of sun.

We will hold this listing for future weekends in Le Grau-du-Roi. The house is very spacious, everyone has their own space. The host is very friendly and accommodating. The house is very well located, we can do anything on foot. Thanks again!

The house is supernice, the garden and pool is beautiful and Isabelle and her husband is a delight. The couple are very friendly and answers quickly any questions. It felt like meeting family 😊 We didn’t know that the downstairs of the house would be rented out to others until we got there. It is not very soundproof between the floors. Still it is quite private outside. We traveled two friends with our 6 kids and the house was spacious for all of us. Some felt the mattresses were too hard, but that is a matter of opinion. They even gave us two extra mattresses we could put on the floor to make room for 3 in two of the rooms. The pool area is very nice and was used extensively 😄 There where plenty of towels in the bathrooms to use in the house and by the pool. We were well taken care of. The small town is sweet and have some restaurants and a shop, but it’s good to have a car if you’re going somewhere else. Thank you both for a wonderful stay and we hope to see you again 🤩

For a residential setting it was peaceful day and night. The house was so well equipped for relaxing, reading, cooking, swimming, yoga - we slept so well and had a wonderful 10 days. In a great location to visit other cities from and so close to the beach - we had a car which is essential to get about to see everything from city centre to beach and night life.

Very nice accommodation, Samuel and his wife are very welcoming. Kind and flexible. We came on a weekend with friends. We had a great time. The house is amazing, everything is there for a wonderful vacation. You can go there with your eyes closed. The accommodation is very clean. Thank you very much

Lovely garden, great size pool, fabulous outdoor seating area. Traditional rustic farmhouse interior. Sebastien was a friendly and welcoming host who recommended great local places to visit and was very responsive to any queries. A car or a bicycle is essential. Wonderful bird life.

Quiet accommodation, very comfortable. Perfect for a large family. Very nice well-equipped rooms, a spacious living space and a very large kitchen. Very well equipped accommodation inside and out. For cooks, a kitchen very well equipped with utensils and dishes.

Great place, the villa is spacious, comfortable, it feels good. Nothing is missing, it is very well equipped, well arranged and with a beautiful decoration. It is possible to park in front of the house. The tram is close by. Communication with Ludovic was fluid! To be redone

Fantastic villa in lovely quiet setting with a bakery and some bars/restaurants/small shops in walking distance. We hired a car to see the salt lakes (book online in advance) and spent time at Aigues Mort and nearby beaches, a short drive away. The accommodation was gorgeous and we would definitely like to return!

We had a great weekend with friends! The house is great, very well thought out for groups. The pool was perfect, and we particularly enjoyed the different outdoor spaces that allow everyone to enjoy at their own pace. A really enjoyable stay, I would recommend it without hesitation!

Accommodation is even better than in the photos! Beautiful ceiling height in the living room, the beds are comfortable (even the bunk beds). The pool is great and the garden furniture is very nice. There were 9 of us and we had a great stay. Only small downside: the fridge had been lowered by the previous guests which made us lose our small ice cream in the freezer😢!

This house is a dream! We had a very nice time here. The house is in a very quiet environment. The garden, pool and all the amenities in the house are perfect. Nothing is missing, it is especially great with children, because it has many great toys and much more (changing table, high chairs, learning tower, baby and crib). The house is very nice and lovingly furnished, so you feel very comfortable right away. Everything is very clean and the rooms have plenty of storage space. We definitely recommend this house! Communication with Maxime was very easy. He is very friendly and always responded very quickly.

Villa was perfect, with everything we needed. Local shop was unreliable and closed sometimes , so we had to drive to hyper market . Pool was great and hot tub. Bedrooms were comfortable and nicely laid out.

Everything is ok and clean, very quiet, good WiFi. The only thing that bothered us: The shower/bath has no splash guard for the water, so that after each shower the floor in the bathroom is full of water

Very nice and responsive host with a lot of recommendations. Proactively communicating and always making it easy for the guest. Location was very nice and as described. Will go there again.
