Sophie's vacation home is beautiful. It is cozily furnished and equipped with everything you need in everyday life. It is very close to the beach and we quickly felt comfortable. We would come back anytime.

Very clean and functional accommodation, well located close to the beach 10 minutes by car, very good setting, quiet and peaceful place. We had a very good stay, thank you. 😃

Great stay and super rejuvenating! The apartment is very welcoming, I felt at home from the first minutes! The quiet and secure residence, the air conditioning, the terrace, the parking space, the beach right next door, the long walks on the outskirts... In short, everything was perfect! Perfect communication with the co-hosts, welcoming, friendly and very proactive! I'm so sad that this stay is ending! (The only small downside: the bedding... The mattresses are very thin)

A lovely apartment on 3rd floor, with balcony, well equipped kitchen, comfortable bed and sofa bed, modern clean shower room. Extra additions of beach umbrella and towels are useful. access straight onto the beach from building. Good bars, supermarket and restaurants nearby. Tourist office and an excellent Bolangere open all day are both in main square Mairie Annexe. 200 metres away. We had an enjoyable stay.

Excellent stay! There's really everything, the location is perfect. Access to the beach on foot, and safe with children. In the apartment, there is everything you need for both children and adults. I will come back without hesitation. Thank you for these vacation days!

A superb place to stay! Easy check-in process. The space was clean and modern. Very quiet, too. Great balcony facing the sea-morning coffee was great! Very easy walk across the street to the beach. Super close to tons of very good restaurants. Found a wine festival at Levant Park the last night we were there. Perfect ending to a very relaxing stay at Arezki's place.

We had a great time in Avignon. the pool of the residence is a plus. the nearest beach is not very clean, but with a little motivation we find our happiness. i recommend this listing

The apartment was perfect for us as a couple. The proximity to the long sandy beach and the view from the balcony are magnificent. The apartment is great equipped, very clean. We had everything we needed. Francois was very nice and welcomed us warmly and explained everything to us. We would come back immediately and recommend the apartment without restriction.

Our stay went very well. The apartment is in a great location, close to all amenities. The car has not moved from the private parking lot 😀 In addition, our stay was quiet with an almost empty pool on a weekend in June. It allowed us to rest well while refreshing ourselves 😌 Very happy stay!

A favorite rental! Very well maintained and quiet residence; access to the pool is a real plus and we won't even mention the magnificent sea view from the terrace. The proximity to the beach and restaurants was also very pleasant. Jean Marc was very responsive and kind from start to finish! We would definitely recommend it and will be back! Paradise place... This is my 2nd stay in this apartment and I always look out with my eyes full of stars.

The apartment is super! There was nothing missing. It's as shown in the pictures. From the balcony you have a wonderful view of the harbor and the promenade. And in the evening you can experience a breathtaking sunset. In addition, many restaurants, shops and other attractions are within walking distance. Vincent was very accommodating and always available for questions. The private parking in the yard is perfect, which saves you the parking search. We will be happy to come back, thank you!

Listing matches the photos and description. Well-equipped. Magnificent view of the port Very clean and very well placed. The balcony deserves a little layout to make it more inviting. All recommendations and other requests from the concierge are cumbersome...

Very good stay in the cottage! Perfectly clean and equipped for a baby (high chair, bed if requested, possibility of creating a changing area in the bathroom). The unit is small but well arranged. Only small downside in our opinion: the cottage overlooks the pedestrian street that passes between the beach and the houses and buildings that border the beach, which makes a little noise when you eat or when we are in the living room with the windows open. On the other hand, no problem at night! Late arrival due to traffic jams and which was done without a hitch thanks to Lucile's precise instructions!
