La villa proposée par Chahrazed était magnifique, identique aux photos, dans un quartier paisible. La piscine était propre et magnifique. Le jardin était beau et accueillant. L’endroit était parfait pour notre barbecue autour de la piscine. La communication avec Chahrazed était facile elle répond très vite et bien serviable. Elle nous a amené le un barbecue grand et tout neuf pour nos grillades car celui sur place était un peu petit La maison est accueillante et très pratique et peut contenir facilement les dix personnes indiqués Je recommande la maison de Chahrazed et je retournerai bien chaque fois que je veux faire une rencontre familiale élargie Merci beaucoup

Dans l’ensemble nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans cette magnifique villa ! La maison est décorée avec goût, les chambres sont spacieuses et les piscines très agréables ! Quelques petites suggestions ont été transmises à Taher afin d’améliorer la qualité des prestations. (manque de quelques équipements et propreté à approfondir) Un grand merci à Moussa pour sa disponibilité sur place et son aide précieuse tout au long de notre séjour.

So beautiful and peaceful!! I couldn’t have asked for a better stay for our first night in Tunisia with my two adult children. Leila is so sweet and was so helpful with everything. Her and her husband went way above and beyond to help us with a rental care issue we had. The peace of mind they gave us was worth everything to us!! We were so happy we added on dinner for when we arrived. The food was AMAZING and served outside next to their beautiful pool with the most beautiful view!! Breakfast was also fantastic and served in their shaded and breezy pool house with amazing views all around! It is so hard to believe that this place is only minutes outside of Tunis. It is soooo quiet and peaceful and beautiful. Leila made our first night in Tunis so special and we are very grateful!

Måste vara det bästa boendet vi varit på. Stort, rymligt och fräscht. Poolen är fantastisk. Har en jättemysig utesittning och en tennisplan. Huset är lika bra inne som ute och ligger i ett bra och central område nära till mycket. Värden var väldigt tillmötesgående och flexibel och hjälpte oss med mycket. Rekommenderar starkt!

très bon séjour chez Touraya et son mari qui sont très gentils et très accueillant ! l'appartement est vaste et bien équipé la piscine et superbe, il est possible de garer une voiture dans la propriété ce qui est sécurisant, rez de jardin plus frais quand il fait chaud

the house was clean and as described, the host was responding quickly to my messages and helped me setting up the TV channels for kids , it's bit up hill to walk down the beach 🏖️ 10 min , but was driving so no issues. will definitely recommend and visit again.

Très agréable séjour chez Meher à l'occasion d'un mariage familial à Tunis. Le logement était très bien, propre, bien équipé et bien situé. La communication avec Meher a été très facile et spontanée et avec une très bonne réactivité. Merci pour tout. Nous recommandons sans hésiter.

As a digital nomad, I’ve been using Airbnb and similar situations for the last 2+ years and can confidently say this is the most beautiful and unique place I’ve stayed. It is the kind of place where you get inspired. It is part museum and part fruit of love of the owners meticulous restoration efforts of this historic house. But don’t be scared. It has all the modern amenities and they work perfectly well. Amel had warned me about the wifi coverage being it the medina but the wifi worked pretty great in one part of the house which was good enough for me and I managed to work remotely without a hitch. I can’t wait to return and bring friends next time!

Magnifique logement dans une très belle maison pleine de charme. On s'y sent bien dès que l'on franchit la porte. À proximité de commerces, du bus 347 qui conduit au centre de Tunis ou à Sidi Bou Said. On peut aller à pied visiter les sites de Carthage. Ajer a de très bonnes adresses ( restaurants, hammam etc...) Bref l'ideal ! Merci

Un court séjour chez Habib mais appartement impeccable,original et avec tout le nécessaire. Proche de toutes commodités. Je reviendrais avec grand plaisir.

La maison est tout simplement incroyable, authentique et pleine de charme, avec une terrasse offrant une vue à couper le souffle. Hedi a été très à l’écoute, toujours disponible et attentionné tout au long de notre séjour. Tous mes invités ont été conquis, aussi bien par la maison que par le quartier emblématique de Sidi Bou Saïd. Une expérience inoubliable que je recommande vivement !

L'appartement était très très propre et sentait bon👌 nous avons été très accueilli, comme si nous sommes de la famille.😊 la vue est juste incroyable avec la mer et le bruit des vagues. C'est parfait autant pour se reposer que de sortir car tout est tout près ou à quelques minutes de marche. Je recommande, merci pour le super service 😊

The house was just like the photos—clean, comfortable, and felt like home. Ramla was so kind and incredibly helpful throughout our stay. We really appreciated the thoughtful touches like the fresh fruit. The location is great, and definitely worth the price. My son absolutely loved it!

This place is probably the most beautiful that we have stayed in. It is just amazing, beautifully furnished, great art work, very traditional, it felt like we had our own private palace. It is situated in the centre of Sidi Bou Said, but nevertheless still quiet and private. Sayma was a really responsive host and accommodating with our late check in and out. We got a real taste of Tunisia in this wonderful home and would highly recommend it

Kaïs s’est montré très réactif et agréable, avec une arrivée très souple. Le logement correspond parfaitement à la description et est très bien situé pour ceux qui veulent accéder rapidement à Carthage, La Marsa et Sidi Bou Saïd. On garde l’adresse !
