Cottage holiday rentals in La Gomera

The home is exactly as shown in the pictures and very spacious. It was also very clean and stocked with sufficient towels and duvets. The mattresses were very comfortable as well. The views are just stunning. Although a bit tricky the driveway is easily manageable once you have done it a few times. Suyin is an exceptional host. She welcomed us with a cake and came right away when we managed to lock us out of the home on the first night. She also enquired during our stay whether we miss or need anything. The only thing that needs to be considered when booking this home is that it does not have a heating other than the fireplace in the main room. If it is a bit chilly, there is no way to heat it. It will therefore be the same temperature inside than outside.

My boyfriend and I had such a lovely time staying here. The views are absolutely amazing, and the house is beautiful and rustic. The terrace is very spacious, and there is a little garden that attracts lots of little birds. The whole house is dreamy and surrounded by cute flowers and native plants. We loved using the log burner in the evenings, as it sometimes got quite chilly; this made it even more cosy and homely. Having a car is essential to stay here (and also to explore the rest of the island). There's a Lidl and Aldi nearby and plenty of great restaurants and beaches. Thank you so much for having us!

logement typique très calme et propre. rodolfo est aimable et réactif. nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Le petit +: le jacuzzi ! dans la cuisine, il y avait tout à disposition. pour l'accès au logement, c'est comme dans beaucoup de villages à Tenerife, il faut aimer les virages et les pentes. heureusement, il y a une place de parking juste à côté de la maison. merci rodolfo, et à bientôt !

The Villa was absolutely beautiful, a pleasure to return to after a day out and perfect for 5 adults and a 2 year old. The Villa was spotless and there was plenty of linen for a two week stay. There is everything you can wish for in the Villa. There is a lovely pool on site, cold water but refreshing on a warm day. The Villa is within easy reach of two Supermarkets and shops and a five minute walk to the regular Adeje Market. An 8 minute walk will bring you to the delightful beaches of Del Duque. The host is super responsive, all in all a great place to be.

Das liebevoll eingerichtete Berghäuschen befindet sich in herrlicher, ruhiger Landschaft. Wir wurden mit Wein und Keksen empfangen. Das Bett ist sehr bequem aber, wie in Spanien nicht unüblich, nur 1,40 Meter breit mit nur einer Bettdecke. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Abends kann man es sich vor dem Kamin gemütlich machen (kleiner Tipp: Holz kann man in dem kleinen "Baumarkt" ferreteria in Hermigua kaufen). Nur die Garten möbel waren leider sehr unbequem. Insgesamt waren wir sehr zufrieden.

L'endroit est beau, on a une belle vue depuis le logement, la terrasse. Par contre, très forte montée pour arriver à l'endroit... Difficile de partir à pied depuis là au vu du dénivelé. Ce qui est bien c'est l'accès assez rapide (en voiture) de ce qu'il y a à voir sur l'île. Chouette petite piscine et jaccuzi ! Le linge de lit et serviettes éponge disponible en quantité et très propre en général.

Nos sentimos como en casa, buena ubicación, zona tranquila con un guachinche cerca buenísimo. Tienes muchos senderos para hacer cerca de la casa. La casa en general estaba perfecta, muy limpia y ordenada. El jacuzzi era perfecto para relajarnos y estaba en muy buen estado. Sábanas y toallas muy limpias y las camas muy cómodas. Lo único que tienes que aparcar a varios metros de la casa porque justo en frente suele estar un coche del vecino, pero de resto todo genial. Solo tuvimos un problema con el horno que no funcionaba porque saltaban las palancas, pero ya lo comunicamos para que lo solucionen para próximas estancias. Lo que más nos gustó es que nos permitió quedarnos el último día hasta tarde porque no tenía reservas y eso es todo un detalle por parte del anfitrión que muy pocos hacen. De resto todo perfecto. Wunderschöne Unterkunft mit einer qualitativ hochwertigen und vielseitigen Ausstattung. Es hat alles, was man braucht und noch mehr (Waschmaschine, Wäscheständer, Sandkastenspielzeug, Poolspielzeug, viele Decken, Bademantel,..) Es gibt diverse Aussenplätze, welche alle sehr schön und liebevoll gestaltet sind. Einziger Minuspunkt: die Unterkunft liegt auf 600 m .M. Auf dieser Höhe ist man im Frühling oft in den Wolken, während man auf das sonnige Meer schaut. Zudem ist es einiges kühler als am Meer.

We had a lovely time at Kaya’s house. The view is amazing. The house is very private with quiet surroundings. It contains all of the amenities. The little town is within walking distance where there are restaurants, a bakery, and a grocery store. We highly recommend it!

This is a very well equipped casa with mountain views. The hostess is helpful. Our 2nd visit and we will be returning !

We had a wonderful stay at Anna Maria’s place in Hermigua, La Gomera. The location is absolutely stunning, offering peaceful surroundings and beautiful views. The house itself is cozy, well-equipped, and the terrace is a perfect spot to relax and take it all in. Anna Maria made us feel truly welcome from the start. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a tranquil and scenic stay in La Gomera.

Die Wohnung bzw das Haus ist im urig spanischen Stil und exakt wie auf den Fotos beschrieben. Die große Terrasse bietet einen grandiosen Ausblick übers Tal mit schönen Sonnenuntergängen. Dieses Airbnb liegt zentral für Ausflüge ins Gran Valley Tal, Las Hayas etc. Ein Mietwagen ist auf jeden Fall von Vorteil und ein Parkplatz ist vorhanden. Aber auch direkt von der Haustüre ab kann man herrliche Wanderungen machen. Ein kleiner Supermarkt sowie Bar/ Restaurant sind in 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Gastgeber,Marina bzw Lucas, sind sehr sehr freundlich und die Kommunikation klappte hervorragend. Lucas war pünktlich zur ausgemachten Zeit zur Schlüsselübergabe vor Ort. Da ich erst abends ankam hatter der Gastgeber sogar eingekauft und es befanden sich frische traditionelle Lebensmittel wie z. B. Ziegenkäse, Eier, Kartoffeln, Wein etc im Kühlschrank. Eine sehr nette Geste. Würde es jederzeit wieder buchen

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this charming home! From the moment we arrived, Teresa made us feel incredibly welcome. She greeted us with delicious products from her own garden. The house itself was cozy, clean, and beautifully decorated, with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. What really made the experience special, though, was the host's kindness. She went out of her way to ensure we had everything we needed and even shared traditional Xmas cake. It was clear that she cares deeply about making her guests feel at home. We were truly touched by her generosity. We can't recommend this place enough – it’s the perfect blend of comfort, hospitality and beatuful nature. Thank you so much Teresa for making our stay unforgettable!

Die Unterkunft von Ana ist super schön. Man muss allerdings darauf eingestellt sein, dass es wirklich abgelegen und der nächste Laden ca. 45 Minuten Autofahrt entfernt ist. Die Entfernungen sind nicht so groß, aber die Straßen eng und kurvig. Sucht man Ruhe und Entschleunigung, ist dies aber eine wunderbare Unterkunft in schönster Umgebung. Die Ausstattung ist super, alles war sehr sauber und Ana immer zu erreichen und sehr freundlich. Man kann von der Wohnung aus zu Fuß an die Küste zum wilden Atlantik laufen (ca. 20 Minuten, 160 Höhenmeter) und auch weitere schöne Wanderungen unternehmen. Auch vom Haus und den Terrassen aus kann man das Meer sehen und oft auch hören - vielen Dank für diesen schönen Urlaub!

Very comfortable house to explore La Gomera - close to all the great hiking and the lovely Santiago beach. The Spar supermarket across the road is so convenient. The house itself was spacious for our family of 5, comfortable beds and all we needed to make breakfast and dinner. Gloria Patricia was very responsive and accommodating. Would gladly come again!

Carmen was very helpful from the start, with App messages a few days beforehand and she welcomed us on arrival, to show us all the amenities and lovely gifts, such as food and drink. When we needed anything, she promptly responded to any questions and offered support. As it was cool weather overnight the log burner with lots of wood was very welcome and brightened up the atmosphere. The location was ideal for walking and birds loved the bird seed on the bird table, which was a welcome addition to the lovely views across the valley, especially when the clouds parted. The island is full of contrasts and worth visiting if you enjoy the natural environment, from cool misty mountains to hot, sun-drenched beaches, warm enough to sunbathe and swim from.

Nette Wohnung, schöner Ausblick in die Berge - ein toller Aufenthalt

Wir haben fast 5 Wochen in der Unterkunft von Barbara verbracht. Der Check In und die Kommunikation mit Barbara waren sehr gut. Man sollte allerdings versuchen, die Unterkunft vor der Dunkelheit zu erreichen, die Strassen dorthin sind teilweise sehr eng und unübersichtlich. ;-). Die Unterkunft befindet sich in absolut ruhiger Lage von wo man einen herrlichen Blick auf's Meer hat und tolle Sonnenuntergänge beobachten kann. Besonders toll fanden wir die sehr großzügige und gut ausgestattete Terasse, sowie das sehr bequeme Bett mit hochwertiger Matratze. In der Unterkunft hat es uns an nichts gefehlt, wir kommen gerne wieder.

Nous avons passé des vacances magnifiques dans la villa Alojera. La maison est très agréable pour huit personnes, elle est très belle et sobre à la fois. La grande terrasse surplombe la mer et offre une vue superbe. Dona Maria nous a accueillis très gentiment, elle est à la fois discrète et disponible. Petit inconvénient dans la maison : les toilettes sont dans les salles de bain et on y accède par trois des chambres. Cela peut être gênant pour ceux qui sont dans la chambre qui n'a pas de salle de bain. Je reviendrai avec plaisir dans cette villa, c'est l'endroit idéal pour prendre un bain de nature et de tranquillité.

A very cute place to stay. It's fairly remote but to us that was desirable. The host did a very good job communicating with us ahead of time and during the stay if any issues came up. The location was very close to the national park visitors center and not a bad distance from the hiking itself.

Mari Carmen, la anfitriona ha sido muy amable con nosotros, en todo momento disponible y nos ha dado muy buenas recomendaciones sobre restaurantes y lugares de la isla. La casa una maravilla en medio de la naturaleza para desconectar y volver a conectar con uno mismo. Ha sido un lujo tener chimenea de leña en la casa.

Petit gîte rustique plein de charme . Panorama exceptionnel avec un balcon dominant la vallée. Grande terrasse avec cuisine extérieure, grande table de pierre , coin canapés et coin bronzage . Et la jovialité de José Andres est très agréable. Il faut grimper pour savourer ce coin de paradis typiquement gomerien, mais cela vaut la peine. On recommande!
