Impeccable and accurate. The apartment is NEW and is also very nice. The kitchen is equipped with everything ,in the bathroom there were towels and even disposable vials and paper , basically as in a hotel . Floor HEATING that regulates the optimal temperature, spare blankets... Great internet connection, a small office and a nice TV... in short, everything... everything , just a few steps from the apartment there is a grocery store, the pharmacy, the distributor and a bar, more than a review I have to congratulate ! Thank you Gabriele and Marta, our stay was quiet and relaxing... the place was nice and great for what we had to do... I hope to return soon... I highly recommend it to everyone

An Unforgettable Stay with the Best Host Ever! Flaminia is truly the best host we’ve ever had the pleasure of meeting. From the moment we arrived, she made us feel completely at home. She’s incredibly helpful—always available and willing to assist with anything we needed, no questions asked. Her warm, down-to-earth personality made our stay not only comfortable but genuinely special. What made the experience even more memorable was her recommendation to try her father’s amazing Roman cuisine, perfectly paired with local wines. It was an unforgettable meal and a true highlight of our trip. The farmhouse itself is beautifully located in the heart of Tuscany. It’s the perfect base for exploring nearby cities and the stunning countryside. Thanks to the central location, we were able to easily travel around and soak in all the beauty Tuscany has to offer. We have enjoyed Castello di Montegiove very much. Rikke welcomed us well and kindly and showed us around. It was wonderfully quiet on the grounds. The apartment was perfect for 2 people. We got the tour of the castle and the wine tasting from Rebecca, who told us everything in a fun and enthusiastic way. We therefore definitely recommend the wine tasting if you are staying there! Beautiful castle and a beautiful environment.

This is a BEAUTIFUL place located in the rolling hills of Tuscany. Everything was great - the room, the check in experience, the pool, the breakfast (which is included in the price of the room!) Our room was gorgeous, super clean with plenty of towels and storage, efficient air con and a comfy bed. There is also a small fridge in the room so you’re able to keep drinks and food cold. On the grounds there is plenty of seating including a bar area, hammocks and more so you’re not short of places to sit, relax and take in the lovely views. Pool was also lovely and quiet. I will say it’s pretty much a must to have/hire a car to get here as you’re driving on gravel tracks for about 15 minutes to get here. This also means that you’re a bit out of the way from supermarkets etc so keep this in mind when planning on when/if you bring food and drink there. Also if you love animals that’s a plus because there were 3 dogs, 2 cats, 2 donkeys and a horse roaming the grounds. Thank you!

this stay was very exotic in a castle 🏰 so well maintained and renovated is very rare. The space was furnished in a very modern way. It overlooks a beautiful valley, beautiful olive trees🫒, tranquility and unspoiled nature. 🌳This stay was amazing.✨

Daniela and Giuliano's place is really a gem! The room is compact, with a small bathroom and kitchen, but perfect for two people. The view from the room is truly beautiful. Outside, you can sit in the sun or shade, with the same view over the Tuscan hills. The swimming pool is wonderfully quiet and offers a nice place to relax. Daniela and Giuliano are fantastic hosts. They are happy to help you with everything and run their own small vineyard. The wine tasting with them is an absolute must! And the sweet kittens were the icing on the cake!

Great place in the wild Umbria, very picturesque and with a large swimming pool, during our stay almost every day just for us. Because the owners also come to the cottage on holiday, everything was provided with the best equipment. Slept well on a very good mattress, the dishwasher is such a wonderful luxury and gives extra vacation time, and in the kitchen you will find a lot of small practical extras that you often miss in other houses. Thanks to a handy list of good restaurants nearby, we were still able to eat without any problems after a late arrival, Céline even booked a table for us quickly. Very good communication with the host, new, extra sun loungers were brought during our stay... We had more than we needed and would love to come back!
