We had a lovely week at la Bardoire. The house is very well-equipped and comfortable. Delphine is a very responsive host. There are several minor maintenance issues which need attention and then it would be perfect.

A wonderful family weekend in this fabulous place! There's nothing missing! The cottage is superb, the environment is perfect. We were lucky enough to have great sunshine, which allowed us to fully enjoy the pool and garden. Close to places of interest. We can only recommend spending a few days there, you won't want to leave! Thank you Katia

We had a very good stay with friends and our children. Christophe welcomed us and we toured the property together. Listing exactly matches the photos and description. 30 minutes from the zoo, we were able to enjoy the pool and the children were delighted! The house is in a peaceful and very well maintained place. Christophe was available if needed but everything necessary was already in place to have a good stay! I highly recommend it!

Quality stay between idleness, calm and good atmosphere. Corinne and Paulo made us feel at home, a sunny welcome and sharing of common areas as if we were old friends. The setting and the house are beautiful. I recommend it!

Very good relaxing time at Sophie's, indoor pool and sauna just at the top, beautiful setting, pool with small frogs, very pleasant and well maintained. the house has all the necessary equipment. You just need to bring your small suitcase. thank you Sophie.

The house is located in a park of extreme beauty, with magnificent trees, thousands of flowers, hundreds of birds and a group of ducks. All complemented by a very beautiful and large heated swimming pool. The house is well decorated, very well equipped. The vegetation, very dense in front of the house, completely isolates it from the rest of the property; the privacy is total, and makes this place a true haven of peace. The owners are lovely, both discreet and caring. There are many and varied shops just over 5 minutes away by car. Thank you to Christophe and Sébastien for their warm welcome!

The accommodation is clean, functional and in a private and so peaceful environment! 👍🏻 The decoration and the setting will undoubtedly make you want to come back to Sologne 🦌 In summer, the air conditioning, the jacuzzi and part of the shaded terrace are a real asset of the house 🏠 We highly recommend this accommodation, which will undoubtedly be one of our best Airbnb experiences. 🙏🏻

we had a pleasant extended weekend. and the weather was great. beautiful bike rides and a quiet and pleasant environment.

It was wonderful to stay in a home connected to the history of the Loire area and its architecture. We loved the elegant, tall windows, the high ceilings, the wide hallways, the fire places, the lovely lounge and dining rooms, the views of the climbing roses from the bedrooms along the back side of the house, the spacious, main bedroom and the large garden with it comfortable furniture. We ate outside and enjoyed the garden. The kitchen is pretty but a little narrow for a couple of people to work in there at the same time. It is well equiped, with everything you need to prepare meals. The main bathroom is spacious. The second bathroom is bath only with shower attachment in the bath. It was fine for us. The house is decorated with soft, pastel wall paper and is quite sparse in its decoration which I loved because I could enjoy the structures of the home without them being hidden by too much decoration. We loved our stay and would stay again. Carol also kindly looked after us.

Pleasant accommodation, quiet and beautifully decorated, very spacious room for 4 people. There are several board games to keep the children busy. Good location: a few kilometers from Chambord, Cheverny, Blois, etc.

We really enjoyed our stayed at the Gite. The location was perfect for exploring the Loire Valley, and it was very close to Blois if you wanted to stop at a grocery store, etc. The pool was fabulous and our daughters really enjoyed it after a day of chateau site seeing. Cathy is a very responsive and delightful host and she gave great recommendations. The Gite was very well appointed and had a very nice kitchen for preparing meals. One nice surprise is that there was so many great walks you could take from the Gite, with a chateau or manor at every turn. I feel fortunate to have stayed at such a lovely place.

I stayed at Valérie's sweet cottage for 4 days in June, and everything was perfect. The setting is so lovely - it was truly hard to leave. I highly recommend staying here and hope to return sometime soon. Thank you!

Very nice proximity to the Château de Chambord, the air conditioning was very appreciable by the high temperatures we experienced😊. The pool, although shared, was also very pleasant. The accommodation is well thought out and is perfect for a short stay with friends!

We had a great family weekend at the Baracas estate. Everything is well thought out to be able to stay there with 18 people. The proposed activities (swimming pool, spa, games room, petanque court) allow everyone to enjoy and have fun!

We had a lovely stay at this gorgeous gite. The house was comfortable and very clean! It was a great base for us to explore many chateaus within the region. We loved this place and would highly recommend and hope to return to one day.

It's a great Airbnb. The quality of the equipment is absolutely impeccable. I've never found so much equipment in an Airbnb. The terrace and BBQ allow for a very enjoyable conviviality of summer evenings. Very large living room with an integrated and open kitchen that allows you to stay together. Really 5-star quality.

We were a little disappointed to find that there is a large nuclear power station on the opposite bank of the river to the village. However, it is not visible from either the garden or cottage and did not affect our enjoyment of the property or Loire valley. The cottage is tastefully decorated and very comfortable. Audrey is a great communicator and we would happily recommend this property.
