We loved our weekend in this atypical house, full of charm as well as the availability and kindness of Francis who welcomed us for the handover of the keys.

A wonderful family weekend in this fabulous place! There's nothing missing! The cottage is superb, the environment is perfect. We were lucky enough to have great sunshine, which allowed us to fully enjoy the pool and garden. Close to places of interest. We had a great time at Christophe's place. Everything was perfect: the welcome, the cleanliness, the location to visit the castles of the Loire and the amenities (especially those for our baby as if we were at home and the hot tub that allowed us to rest well)! We recommend it without hesitation!

Small house, clean, practical, nothing missing. The owners are easily reachable and help as much as they can in the event of any problems. The hot tub was extra. The pool area is pleasant and well appointed. Very well located, it allows you to make magnificent visits nearby: Chambord, the Château de Villesavin, Cheverny, the activities of Le Loisirs Loire Valley, rent bicycles,… With our 3-year-old child, it was a great destination.

Just returned from a short stay at a truly unique and historic manor house tucked in the French countryside. The views were absolutely stunning, and the peaceful surroundings made it feel like stepping back in time. The host has beautifully preserved the original interiors—complete with antique furnishings and fabric-covered walls—giving the home so much character and charm. The kitchen, however, is thoughtfully updated and well-stocked with everything needed to cook wonderful meals while soaking in the beauty of the setting. We wish we had more time to simply relax and take it all in!

Great cottage very well located in the area in relation to castles and zoo. The view of nature from the veranda is just amazing and allows you to rest in peace. Tastefully decorated and well-equipped house for the whole family. Our daughter and our dog and ourselves were very delighted. We would definitely recommend this property.

We found an excellent place to stop! Eric allowed us to arrive very late (flat tire on the highway) with a lot of kindness. Thank you very much! Easy to access cottage from the highway, very well equipped. Drinks of all kinds are available (for a small fee), we really enjoyed it. Car parking in the courtyard of the cottage, no need to remove all luggage from the vehicle. And a garden for our dogs! We can only recommend it! 100%

A remarkable setting, beautiful, quiet, relaxing. The bedding, and the accessories and kitchen necessities are impeccable. The place is isolated but there are plenty of activities to do directly on site, with friends or family, and in all weather! Nadine was pleasant and very responsive to our messages! Genevieve welcomes with the heart and her home is in her image! The garden is also very pleasant, you can have your meals there with peace of mind. There is space to park the car. Nearby shops (grocery store, bakeries, butcher, post office, cafe) and 2 restaurants, are within walking distance by a pretty path bordering the Cisse at the bottom of the grounds. Château de Chaumont-sur-Loire is less than 15 minutes away and Grand Chambord's natural swimming is less than 30 minutes away!

It's a really peaceful house where you can find everything you need for a pleasant time. The beds are comfortable , the kitchen is very well equipped , books , games , a stove to warm up . The decor is cute . The pool is well heated and large . The garden is beautiful!! Very well maintained and there is an enchanted atmosphere with animals and water points. Our kids loved the little houseboat and my son is more than happy to have been able to fish . Thank you for your hospitality and kindness . We want to come back next time .

We are very satisfied with our stay at the gite in Florence. The highlight is the indoor pool area, which allows children to let off steam after excursions, regardless of the weather. The house as a whole met our needs, we recommend

Great stay under the sun. The pool and the large outdoor table are great. The children had everything they needed to have fun. The hens had little chicks during our stay, to the delight of the children. I highly recommend this listing There are also many visits and walks to do nearby.

We had a great stay at Estelle and Pierre's house! We were very well received, with kindness and homemade brioche! The house was nice, as well as the pool and the garden. Everything was very simple, whether it was booking, finding the place, check-in/check-out. We were perfectly serene and calm. Many thanks to Estelle and Pierre for this welcome :)

Quality stay between idleness, calm and good atmosphere. Corinne and Paulo made us feel at home, a sunny welcome and sharing of common areas as if we were old friends. The setting and the house are beautiful. I recommend it!

The cottage is very comfortable and enjoys a very pleasant and peaceful setting. We had a bachelor party and were able to fully enjoy the available space, whether inside to play board games or outside with the barbecue and brazero. Our family had a fabulous time in a fantastic setting and outdoors mixing nature and biodiversity that really do good, beyond the pool and the sunset in the countryside. We had a lovely stay at Frédéric's. The space was spacious and very clean. The beds had been prepared in advance. Check in time was flexible. Frédéric was also accommodating and communicative. We recommend their place.

We stayed here for a week with a group of 12 and found the home to be perfectly sized. Plenty of room for everyone to spread out if wanted and still enough spaces for us all to come together. The grounds and area in general are stunning and very peaceful. You absolutely need a car to get around to anything. The nearest towns are small and charming and Tours is only about 40min away. It's important to note the second floor has 2 showers, so the bedrooms with the single beds (pink and green) must share with the turquoise room, or walk through the blue room to use theirs. The water is hot but the top floor has low pressure if anyone else is showering. The house and furnishings show their age but it's very comfortable and charming. All of Pierre's recommendations were lovely - we did the carriage ride and hired a private chef (Morgan) both with great success. I would definitely recommend the stay again it was such a relaxing week and a great hub to all the Loire chateaux.
