Apartment holiday rentals in La Ermita

We had a great stay at Jochem's place! The plants were beautiful, such a lovely private terrace. The kitchen was very well equipped, great if you like to cook. The internet was great as well. Overall, a very cozy place. The location was perfect for us, in a quiet area but only a 20 min tram ride to the center of Valencia (easy to get to, only a 5 min walk or so to the stop), and less than 40 mins to the beach. Jochem was also so friendly and helpful! He shared recommendations of things to do in the area, including a medieval fest happening a few blocks away!

This apartment was in a great location to visit different areas of the city. The furtherest we had to travel was 30 minutes on a (air-conditioned) bus to the beach. A taxi would have been much quicker but we enjoyed the public transport. Main city was a 15 minute walk away. The apartment was exactly as described and perfect for what we needed. At one point I accidentally entered the wrong code in to the apartment access panel and was unable to get in. I immediately messaged the hosts and got a reply in less than a minute. They reset the lock so that I could enter straight away. I was very impressed at their speedy response. Would highly recommend this apartment and hosts

The apartment is perfect. It's new and there's everything. And everything works perfectly. It is located in a place near restaurants, shops and the exits for the routes and the castle. Diego has always been attentive to our questions and extremely kind. He gave us a lot of information about what can be done. Everything was perfect.

The stay was super nice. Daiana was very nice to us and sent a dossier before the stay, which was very helpful, for example, for bus trips or taxis. In addition, she responds very quickly and also answers questions about the environment and other small things. The way to Valencia is very good and without changes thanks to the bus line in the village. The well-equipped kitchen can be used very well to cook for yourself. The location on the beach is great, you can hear the sea rushing and can take beautiful walks on the promenade. Overall, the accommodation is perfect for a vacation for two. We enjoyed the time very much and may come back.😁☺️

AIrina and her husband, Manuel, are excellent hosts! Polite, communicative, intelligent! The apartment is 30 km from downtown Valencia, in a beautiful place, super quiet and easy to park, because I was by car! The apartment is very good, well equipped, excellent shower, washing machine, stove, microwave, air conditioning. WI-FI 10/10! Anyway, I felt super comfortable! I highly recommend it!

We were so happy to stay at the Imperial Apartamentos Valencia. The hosts were really responsive with any questions we had. They were helpful with an earlier check in which was perfect as it was so hot when we arrived by train. The apartment was spotless and elegantly designed and well maintained. The keypad for entry was so good. No need to take keys with us. In all, we were so happy to stay there and would recommend to anyone.

This was our 3rd time in Valencia in two years and Antoniette’s place was simply the best - great location to all our favorite restaurants, coffee shops, attractions and central market (our daily visit). The apartment was fully stocked and had all the amenities to stay comfortable for a longer stay. We stayed for a week and to make Valencia work for my schedule…I worked the entire week from the apartment. The best part of the apartment was Antoniette herself, who was friendly and constantly reaching out to ensure we were comfortable and didn’t need anything. One evening, I had a minor issue, and she was getting ready to come over to the apartment and take care. Fortunately, the issue resolved itself and goes to show how great and caring of a host she is. I can’t wait to stay at her place again…best option for young couples.

Perfect stay in a perfect location!

We had two great weeks in Cullera and apartment was fantastic. Super nice view, quiet, equipped with everything and morning sun. You absolutely need a car to get to the apartment and can park there. You drive down the mountain and are immediately at a very nice beach, and in five minutes you are at the Consum supermarket. It is fifteen minutes to the station in Cullera, where a train to Valencia leaves every half hour. Public transport is practically free, you can't compete with that. There is a very nice hiking trail of about 14 km behind the apartment over the mountain and this also passes the castle in Cullera. At the bottom of the mountain on the left and then 10 minutes walk are the restaurants Benavent and Mare e Monti, in Cullera center is Desi and further south by the river is Casa Salvador. The location is ideal for someone who wants to visit the center of Valencia. The house is good for staying. Tana is very customer experienced and supportive to his customers. Whatever I wanted Tana threated extremely well and I really appreciated that. For me that's the most important.

we felt super comfortable in the house and Eslida. really nice was also the visit of the mini-supermercado around the corner. at night we heard a nightingale sing.

Excellent location, faithful to what was advertised, impeccable apartment

Both Tono and her home were incredible. She was so kind to us, and her place was so cute. Very well decorated with so many cool vintage items, and the location was super convenient. I could even imagine myself living there. If you’re planning on staying in Valencia, this is the spot!

Oscar is a fantastic host — helpful, kind, and incredibly responsive. The apartment is beautiful, spotless, and well-equipped with everything you might need. The location couldn’t be better: just one block from the Ruzafa Market, with amazing access to fresh produce, great restaurants, coffee shops, vintage stores, and more — all within a 5 to 15-minute walk. I would definitely stay here again!

Everything was nice, we just didnt like the strong parfume smell from those sticks, which we placed outside during our stay. It was clean, they welcomed us with wine and beer in the fridge which is a nice touch, thanks. Good thing is that they provided a beach chair and an sunshade which we used at a beach. Host is nice and responsive, location is great, and we would book again!

We had a pleasant stay at Adrian's apartment. Everything looked like in the pictures - the flat is pretty spacious with comfortable and stylish furniture. The neighborhood is really calm, which is a big plus, and is very near to the city centre and all the places you would like to visit are just several minutes walk. We had a great communication with Adrian and he was very helpful with everything that we needed. We really enjoyed our stay and I would definitely book this place again if I would go to Valencia in the future. All in all we had a very nice experience!

Everything is great 🤗 Wonderful hosts, always looking out for us and all our questions. The beautiful, magazine-like room. Exceptional views from the jacuzzi and from the terrace.
