very close to the Plaza de la Cruzesita, where you find all kinds of services and amenities, only 5 minutes away casminating, despite being in a private coto, the apartment is very quiet. our host was always attentive to our arrival. a very friendly person.

If you are wondering where to stay for your visit to Huatulco this condo is in a great location. Restaurants, cafes, groceries, street markets, and a swimable beach are all within walking distance. It was perfect for two "young at heart" adults, it would not be good for children or people with mobility issues. There is no elevator to the third floor and the stairs within the condo are steep. The condo had everything we needed and the private deck and plunge pool were a highlight. The bed was very comfortable, although the pillows were a bit firm for my preference. The back balcony off the bedroom looks out onto the Parque Nacional so there were birds and deer and nature sounds to enjoy. The shared pool and upper patio had lovely plantings and shaded areas to sit. Property managers Adrián and Fluvio were very helpful, spoke fluent English and Mexican Spanish and were easy to reach. Fluvio met us to let us into the condo, gave us a tour and had helpful suggestions about the area.

We were delighted with the accommodation, the cleanliness is excellent, the people are very friendly and it's super close to the beach. Communication with Alejandro was excellent from the moment we booked, he is very attentive, I would definitely stay here again. Thank you very much Alejandro!

We loved the place so much. We slept better than we have in a very long time ‘ 10+ hours a day for the first week. The bed and pillows were so comfy and cozy for both of us. We are home now and I am missing the bed at the Airbnb. Nadia gave us great instructions and communicated clearly with us…. Thanks for all your support before arrival. We are forever grateful!! Thank you so much Ceci!! The Airbnb was clean, cozy, and perfect for 2 of us. We cooked several days at home…. The full sized fridge was perfect to hold all of our food. We enjoyed the movies on the TV once we figured out how to use it. The pool was refreshing on hot days.

The place is very nice. The only thing I could suggest is a laundry area to hang wet clothes and a flannel or kitchen cloth to clean. The center and market are very close and the bays are also very close, easy to get to from the house.

The stay in Rosalba's apartment was amazing!!! The apartment was very well located, the communication with Rosalba was perfect, she answered our questions at all times. Rocío, the lady who received us, was super attentive and kind. I will definitely return on my next vacation!!!!

The accommodation was nice, in addition to being inside the Camino Real hotel and you can use the facilities as well as the pool and its beach, which is very quiet and close to restaurants and bars, as well as convenience stores and pharmacies, it takes a while to respond but it does resolve the doubts, my family and I enjoyed the stay a lot.

Excellent accommodation, clean, comfortable, unbeatable location in the heart of Huatulco. If you're driving, you have several beaches 10-15 minutes away. The interior of the apartment is fully air-conditioned and in general the condominium is very quiet and safe. I highly recommend it.

We had a great stay at Austin's condo. It was very well equipped, including items to use at the beach! The private splash pool was so welcome at the end of a hot day. The unit was clean, the main bedroom bed super comfortable, and the A/C worked great. The resort itself was beautiful, staff were friendly & helpful & the beach was amazing. Short walk to local restaurants & stores All communication with Agustin was good & he responded very quickly. We would definitely stay at Austin's place again if we return to Huatulco again.

Great location, near many beautiful snorkeling beaches. Many restaurants and clubs within walking distance. Isolated beaches and Huatulco National Park just a hike or a short cab right away. Brand new appliances. Great roof top pool if you want to relax at the condo. Javier very responsive, greeted me the first day, and explained the details and codes. Hope to be back next year!

Hello, we went on a family trip. The building is very clean. Brenda is very kind, and gave us several recommendations for beaches and places to eat. Something that seems important to me when we go out is the beds, because then they seem like boards and instead of resting and relaxing they are a martyrdom, not here, they are very comfortable and you can sleep without problems. Besides, the apartment is practical and nice. 💯 % recommended. Regards

Comfortable, spacious and very well equipped apartment- all good quality and clean. The pool also large enough to swim there and not just to relax. In the immediate vicinity there is a small supermarket and a few restaurants. The beach of Tangolunda is a 5-10 minute walk (either through a hotel, or past a campsite). You can quickly get to the center of Crucecita by taxi. Very friendly staff at the reception.
