We had a great week. The apartment has everything you are looking for, it is one block from the sea in the area of the pier which is quite quiet and without tumult. You can reach both downtown San Bernardo and Mar de Ajó walking, (5 to 10 minutes on foot). Maria Elena is an excellent host, there was almost no need to communicate but she was always at our disposal. Fully recommended accommodation!

We had a great stay, we felt very comfortable, all the amenities available and the warmth of the place gave us the feeling of as if we were at home. The proximity to the beach a few blocks away allowed us to distend appropriately, allowed us to relax and disconnect from everything.

We had a very good stay! We had an issue that was that since the apartment was closed a long time ago it had a smell, but everything was quickly fixed! It's spacious, overlooking the sea! Very close to the beach. To walk. I recommend it!! And Joel is very friendly.

The house is very nice, functional and equipped. Excellent security (mobile around the neighborhood at all times). We went with our pet and the perimeter fence gave us peace of mind. The wooded background should contribute cool in summer. I can't give an opinion on the pool: time did not accompany The mattress in perfect condition which ensured a good rest. The location is excellent, with a forest behind the house that provides a super private space! The house is identical to the pictures, the furniture and spaces are impeccable. Andrea is super friendly and attentive to everything, especially check-in and check-out. We would definitely come back.

We spent a few great days in the house. It is beautiful, comfortable, has everything you need and more for a pleasant stay. The photos don't do it justice for how cute she is personally. The garden is a dream, we made a spectacular asado. Cristina welcomed us and treated us as if we were family. We felt very comfortable. A super recommended apartment to stay, open the balcony and see the sea, the best view! The location is great, you have the Coto 3 blocks away, the center around the way, where you have the cinema, the toys, restaurants, cafes, where they sell souvenirs, etc. Regarding the apartment, the kitchen is very well equipped, the refrigerator is old but it does its job. The bathroom is full. The bed is comfortable and hidden, a genius because it has a super mirror. Hector is an excellent Host, he is very friendly and even leaves you up to a manual for the things of the house and useful phones.

Very nice place, I had a delay when entering the neighborhood only the first time, after everything is perfect, the dpto is very nice and comfortable, well equipped, friendly people.

We absolutely loved staying in this house! The apartment is perfect, especially for families — spacious, well-equipped, and very comfortable. The large dishwasher was a great time-saver, and the view is simply magnificent. You can enjoy the ocean from the living room, which makes every moment special. The outdoor grill was a nice bonus, and although we didn’t get a chance to use all the facilities, the whole area is beautifully maintained. It seems like a shortcut to the ocean will be available soon, which will make this place even more accessible from the beach. Overall, this is truly one of the best places to stay by the ocean. We hope to come back someday!

The apartment features a terrace and common space with great sunset views and is great for eating outside. The bedrooms are super comfortable, with good beds. Everything excellent, plus an unbeatable attention from Clara. We'll be back.
