An excellent house

Bautista's place is excellent: spacious, well equipped and perfect for accommodating up to 8 people comfortably. We were greeted with a wine and some snacks, a good detail for arrival. Bautista was always very attentive and responded immediately to our queries. In addition, it was very flexible with check-in times, allowing us to enter several hours earlier than stipulated. A highly recommended place for a comfortable and hassle-free stay.

The house is really beautiful, very spacious and comfortable, with everything you need to spend a nice few days. The neighborhood is very quiet and safe. Communication with Ariel was very fluid at all times. A highly recommended place that I hope to return to soon!

impeccable location!! we were greeted by Ramón and we really want it! super attentive solved everything we asked for and more, when we arrived we had been assigned a depto above and we were with a person who could not climb stairs and were so kind to change us at the time the depto for one down, and provide us with everything we needed , very well equipped the kitchen . we'll definitely be back!

The apartment is beautiful, very spacious and has a spectacular view. It is very quiet. Due to being new there are still no places nearby to go to eat or shop, but knowing it, you take everything and arrange yourself quietly (the apartment is equipped with whatever you can think of). Super surprised with the size of the balcony. The highlight is the view: to be in front looking and listening to the ocean .

Unbeatable location, quiet area (neighborhood and beach), a few blocks from downtown, a few blocks from the Barrio del Jagüel. Special mention for Ignacio who welcomed us and was pending all the time with communication. Also thanks to Daniel for his kindness when we left, and the opportunity they gave us to stay a few more hours because of the issue of luggage. We will definitely be back as soon as possible.
