We had a nice stay at this well equipped house with extended family and our dog. We appreciated the cleanliness, the many bathrooms, fluffy bath towels, and the short walk to the beach. We would stay here again.

We had a fantastic stay at this charming beach house in Oxnard! The home itself is super cute and incredibly comfortable—perfect for our family trip with young kids and dogs. The hosts went above and beyond in thinking through every detail: there were kid-friendly plates and cups, dog bowls and leashes, high-quality toiletries, and a well-stocked kitchen that made it easy to settle in and enjoy. The location is wonderful—you can see the ocean from the house, and it’s just a short, easy walk to the sand, even with toddlers in tow. The beach feels semi-private despite being public, which made for a peaceful and relaxing experience. We also loved how quiet and safe the neighborhood felt. Our kids could walk around comfortably, and we appreciated the calm, friendly vibe of the area. All in all, a perfect beach escape for families. We’d absolutely stay here again!

We had a wonderful time staying at Darryl’s place! If you love the ocean like we do - this is definitely the place for you! Wake up and fall asleep to the sound of the waves, it has a beautiful, private patio, a beach we have enjoyed during the day and multiple restaurants and convenience stores nearby. Darryl is a fantastic host! He was very accommodating, communicative, gave us recommendations and left us a bottle of wine, bottles of water and snacks! We loved Darryl’s place and highly recommend it! We’ll be back again!

Wonderful home within walking distance to the Pacific Ocean. Convenience store within walking distance as well. Booking the place happened very quickly even as we were looking at the last minute. Response communications were very timely as well. The house was very cozy and conducive to our family getting together for my niece's graduation at CSU-CI. Loved that you can open the windows for fresh air. Beds were very comfortable. We enjoyed using the kitchen for home cooking and baking. Upstairs/outside deck was very nice, but we all preferred to stay inside the house. Totally recommend Jesse & Abha's home for your vacation get-away needs.

You could not ask for a nicer host and a better location in Malibu. We needed a dog friendly place to stay and the options were limited. Lucky for us Rochelle had the nicest little place for our stay. Don't miss the breakfast burritos at Country Kitchen or dinner at Dukes just a two minute walk away. The house was well appointed and decorated nicely. The beds comfy and towels soft. But best of all was Rochelle's responsiveness. We had a few things come up during our stay and Rochelle helped us out so much (from a spare chair to host a little dinner to the mistake of hitting the jets on the tub and not knowing what the noise could be). Highly recommend! Enjoy your stay.

Beautiful stay right by the beach (4 of 5 roads surrounding you lead to beach!). Clare’s place is clean and lovely and the patio w/ the hot tub is even nicer than the photos — great spot to work outdoors. Nearby restaurants are wonderful, as are the little market and the local taco trucks. You’re also only about 10mins from all the great Montecito hikes (hot and cold springs, rattlesnake canyon etc). Highly recommend, we had a perfect month long stay. (light sleeper note: trash days are loud and will likely wake you up around 6:30/7 if you’re a light sleeper)

Daniel was very accommodating. The house and location were beautiful. There's lots of local restaurants that were very good. The house is updated with modern features and a really warm fireplace. Daniel was a very responsive host and answered all our questions in a timely manner. We will definitely be back!

We had a wonderful stay at The Marlowe! This was our first time in Santa Barbara and this was the best location— we seriously lucked out picking this first try. Steps away from the min street, only blocks from the ocean, and right across from a gorgeous old train station. The hosts were incredibly responsive and the place was so charming. Despite seeing the other units occupied I never heard anyone. Parking was extremely easy and there were plenty of spots right outside. Place stayed cool with just windows open and the fan on. Will be back for sure!

The condo is directly across from the beach, and an easy walk from the main strip with tons of cute shops and restaurants. The unit itself is clean, and comfortably fits four adults and two kids. It came with beach toys for the kids to use which was a huge plus. A great spot for a vacation!

Small but efficient for us two. Great location in Carpinteria. We usually camp at the state beach but opted not to this year. Had everything we needed. Pool and spa were great. Complex was peaceful and other residents and office staff were very friendly and helpful. Plenty of parking in gated lot and the spots had plenty of room for our truck and there were bike racks inside the parking lot for locking up our bikes that we took. We only used our vehicle once it was too dark for bike riding, otherwise we biked or walked. Husband fished everyday for several hours while I got to sleep in, relax, watch tv, or walk up the street for shopping. Farmers Market on Thursday was great for buying fresh fruits and veggies and flowers.

My wife and I stayed here while I attended a conference 45 minutes away, inland. I’m so glad we stayed where we did because of the views. Not difficult to get around. Grocery store and restaurants are not a far drive away. The place had everything we needed. Older adults, so pretty quiet. You can see and hear the ocean from the condo. Host was quick to respond to any questions.

Charming unit and a short walk to Linden Ave. A few hundred yards to beach entrance. Host was very responsive. We will come again.

Nice, cozy condominium. Close to the beach and the private gated parking was awesome. We even enjoyed the pool daily. Loved walking to the beach daily. We would stay here again in the future. The kitchen was very well stocked for our needs. We were able to prep food for my son’s PhD graduation party which was held in Goleta. The refrigerator was large enough to hold the food. Great host, great location, fun stay. Highly recommended. Jumped on the surfliner Amtrak and took our kids to the Santa Barbara Zoo. Hung out on the beach just down the road from the apartment. Awesome time!

Very comfortable, all the amenities we would want,nice patio to sit & relax, refrigerator with water & ice maker, coffee maker with coffee & creamer provided, microwave, swimming pool, board games, large screen tv. Beach towels, chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards provided for use. , Quiet neighborhood & felt very safe. Beach & town very close & walking distance. Look forward to returning in the future.

We stayed here for my husbands birthday and it was absolutely beautiful! We loved the pool and hot tub and the gardens were stunning! Additionally our hosts messaged us with lots of ideas throughout our stay. Highly recommend and definitely plan on returning!!

This is the second time staying at this beautiful home. We had sunny weather which allowed us to paddle board and enjoy the keys morning, noon, and evening. Ghada is an exceptional host, and the home has all the amenities needed to have a relaxing stay. I would love to return again!

Cozy and immaculately maintained 70’s nautical beach vibes. Extremely friendly and responsive host. A very special place! Two things I did not like: 1. 4pm check-in (3pm more reasonable) 2. 10am checkout! (Should be 11am) These adjustments would be more fair to guests still leave plenty of time for cleaning before the next guests arrive.

We had an amazing time during our stay and would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for the perfect location in Ventura and by the beach. The three-story layout of the home was perfect for our group and had several common spaces which could be shared. There are sweeping views of the ocean and park from several of the common spaces including the living room and kitchen, two balconies and the primary bedroom on the third floor. The home is extremely well kept and was spotless when we arrived. The host left us some delectable cookies and a bottle of wine! Jayne (host) was quick to respond to any questions which we really appreciated. The house is located across from Marina Park, steps to the beach and a short drive to Harbor Village. You can also walk to Seaward Lane less than a mile away where you can enjoy some of the local restaurants, yogurt ice cream, bakery and coffee shop. We ate at Social Tap and Pierpont Tacos; both were very good. We couldn’t be happier!

We have stayed at Tim’s home now multiple times and we just love it! We can walk to the beach and all the restaurants. The house is clean and cheery. We hope to rent from Tim again this fall.

We had a great time. Our stay was magical! Enjoyed our daughters and grandson there. The meals they cooked in the brand-new kitchen with all new appliances were fantastic. The whole trip was a dream come true. We made memories that will last a lifetime. We are sure to come back to this amazing place. Thank you from the Bonelli family !

My family had a wonderful Spring Break at Coleen's place. The location can't be beat, just steps from the beach and walkable to local restaurants. The home was clean, well furnished and had everything we needed for our family. The neighbors were also very welcoming. I would highly recommend this place to all.

This place was absolutely perfect for what we were looking for! Not only was it right on the sand and had tons of parking, but the place itself was gorgeous and pristine. It had everything we needed and we had a wonderful time staying here. Would absolutely stay again!

Amazing stay. The home is beautiful. We settled in easily. The beach is a super short walk away, comfy beds, modern kitchen it was a great weekend away. Amelia is a great host and communicator. I hope to stay again soon.
