Holiday rentals with beach access in La Choya

Excellent place for a peaceful beach retreat. Super clean. The beach access is right across the dirt street. We loved the panoramic desert view from the terrace. Very quiet and comfy. Romy and Kevin provide lots of additional amenities: canoes, sups, yoga mats, games and books. A great place we highly recommend !

I had an amazing stay! The place was really close to the beach, clean, and had everything I needed for a relaxing getaway. Guadalupe was an excellent host, providing great communication. Highly recommend! Will definitely come back when I get the chance.

We had a great stay at Diego's place. It was clean and had great beach access. Easy to walk to Max's for breakfast or to Sonoran sky for happy hour. Would definitely stay again.

My family and I absolutely loved staying at Adam’s condo! It was super clean and comfortable, it smelled good and it was spacious for our family of 4. We definitely enjoyed the kid pool area as well as having the beach super close only about a 2 minute walk from the condo! Adam was quick at responding when we needed assistance w/ working the cable tv and the apps. The security and staff were amazing as well. We will definitely book again!

The apartment is very cozy and quite practical. It is in a very good location as it is close to everything. We had an excellent host, he was attentive to our stay and very kind to answer our questions. We loved this vacation

After driving around awhile looking for a place to stay one night Boan’s place came in clutch ! It was a quick response and quick check in ! The place was just as described and more . When I come back I will definitely reach out to Boan for another stay .

The house is gorgeous super comfortable and with great amenities, great please to relax and enjoy the views, however, if you want to go sea swing this isn’t the place to go since the tides go up and down (far away) twice a day.

Steps to private beach, great communication!

If you want to relax and get away this is the place minutes from convenience stores and a short drive to the Malecon , bars and restaurants.

Spacious home , very nice pool, felt like I was at home . Me and my family really enjoyed our first Airbnb .

The home was absolutely stunning and incredibly peaceful. The bedrooms were comfortable, and all had private bathrooms providing all of our guests the privacy and comfort they needed. The kitchen has everything you need, making your stay convenient. The outside area has so much space and different sections to relax from the pool area, sun bathing bed and chairs, a shaded table and a fire pit area giving everyone an opportunity to relax or enjoy their space. It was the perfect stay and I just wish we had more time.

Matt and Duck’s guest home is beautiful and peaceful. Had everything we needed. The views were so gorgeous!

This is the first time we rented this room, but we have been at this location many times. Of all the Bella rooms that we have rented (out side of Chad), this was the cleanest, best decorated, most stocked with anything we could have needed & more. It was beneficial to have 2 sets of rugged patio furniture. Chad was great with fast response to questions before & during our rental. The pictures don't do it justice, it's even better in person. We highly recommend this unit & Chad as a host.

Sea Haven is a wonderful place to stay in Puerto Peñasco! Super close to the beach but also really comfortable for hanging out at home. The beds were great, the layout really works, and the kitchen is cooking ready. I would definitely come back!

Walking distance to Banditos for the RCPM Music Fest. Check in was easy and unit close to the elevator. Pool was very nice and a great view of the gulf.

We had a great weekend, everything was exactly as described on the listing and more. Great communication with the host, and everybody was very helpful. The beach was beautiful and just a short walk. We definitely will be going back soon!

Really nice room, with a great view! the wagon, beach chairs, and umbrella were super helpful so we didn’t have to travel with our own.

First and foremost I was able to speak to Thomas on a personal level and he's a solid human and it reflects in his condo. We come down twice a year and this is the first time we tried a different condo from our regular spot. The check in process was smooth and was able to check in a little early. (after the long drive you want to go into vacation mode and we where able to)The condo is modern and sleek. The room temp is cool, the shower water is hot, washer and dryer functional, and the multicharging station is money. The condo is visually welcoming and flows. I highly recommend it especially for the price point. You can feel Thomas takes pride in his condo and in the hospitality he provides. Hopefully this helps with your decision, you cant go wrong with picking this spot.👌🏽

Donald’s place was great. We love phase 2 and his location is great. One day it was very windy and we spent more time than usual indoors. His furniture was comfy and the views from the patio are perfect. The artwork in his condo made it stand apart from others we’ve stayed in at Rocky Point. 5 STARS!

We had a fabulous time in Marie and Steve’s condo. It was clean, close to the beach and we loved having access to a BBQ. Bella Sirena has beautiful grounds with some of the friendliest people around. Book your stay with these lovely hosts and help support the beautiful town of Puerto Penasco :)
