Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in La Chapelle-sur-Erdre

We had a truly wonderful stay at Pascals beautiful apartment. The design and furnishings were fantastic and we felt so happy and comfortable there. The attention to detail and cleanliness was amazing and very much appreciated and Pascal was very helpful with places to eat and explore during our visit. We loved our stay at Pascals and would highly recommend it. Many many thanks Pascal for a wonderful stay in Nantes.

If you want to feel a local in the city centre, this is the right place. I kind of feel at home since I arrived. The building entrance corridor requires some upgrade to make it look nicer. The apartment is in the 3rd floor, and this may be an issue if you have large bagagges. The apartment has their own furniture, which is nice, but sometimes you may find a hidden speck of dust. Some nice features, such as a collection of vynil records make it unique. At night, you may hear the crowd from the restaurants on the street, but it was ok for me, I did enjoy my sleep. The highlight of the apartment is the location, the bright and spacious living room, which made me qualify this place with a 5 star.

Un appartement idéalement situé, à 100 mètres des berges de l'Erdre et à un peu plus10 mn du centre historique. Le logement proposé par Barbara correspond parfaitement à la description et est vraiment super ! Très bien agencé, équipé et très cosy. Situé à deux pas du centre, sa localisation est idéale. Barbara est une hôte réactive et attentionnée. J'ai passé une excellente semaine ! Je recommande !

Laurent's place is in a great location, easy to walk to most parts of Nantes, but is also in a very peaceful quiet area of the city. 15 minutes walk to Ile De Nantes, 30imutes to train station, 10 minutes to centre ville. the bathroom is amazing with a spacious shower. the cooking facilities are enough to make simple meals which you can enjoy on the balcony. the bed is very comfortable and we got a great sleep! the record player is a bonus as we bought lots of new music but could also listen to Laurent's collection. there is a great Boulangerie and small super market just 1 minute walk away with a great selection of fresh food. code access to all doors is so easy and no worry about losing the keys! would stay again and recommend to friends.

Ons verblijf bij Bruno was fantastisch. We waren in Frankrijk voor familiebezoek en dit huisje was bij uitstek de perfecte plek om te verblijven. Alles was dik in orde: van de bedden, tot de keuken, badkamer, woonkamer met grote TV en tuin met zelfs een BBQ aanwezig. Het zag er allemaal nieuw en netjes uit. Onze host Bruno was voor en tijdens onze reis erg hartelijk en reageerde snel op onze vragen. Al met al was het een fijne ervaring. Absolute aanrader!

Parfait pour les amoureux de tranquilité

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans la maison d'Alain et Blandine. Le lieu est plein de cachet, très bien entretenu, parfait pour un groupe de personnes ou pour une famille. Il est également très bien équipé. Alain et Blandine ont été par ailleurs très prévenants, accommodants, réactifs, et proposent spontanément des idées de sorties aux alentours. Je recommande cet endroit les yeux fermés.

Logement très fonctionnel, bien agencé et décoré avec goût. Tout le nécessaire est à disposition pour un week-end confortable. Proximité des transports en commun très pratique. Je recommande !

Séjour de 2 nuits très agréable. Arrivée avec boîte à clés dont flexible et pratique. Maison bien agencée avec 4 chambres donc pratique pour un séjour en famille. À proximité des services (Intermarché, magasins, station service etc) Situé dans un quartier résidentiel calme et dans une impasse. Terrain clôturé, pratique pour les enfants. Adresse à retenir sur le secteur. Au plaisir

We had a wonderful few days exploring Nantes and couldn’t have asked for a more comfortable and charming place to return home to at the end of each day. Johan’s place is clean, stylish, architecturally interesting and full of beautiful art pieces and lovely details - he clearly is a man with great taste! The house is very well equipped with high quality inventory and appliances for those who like to do a bit of cooking on holiday like us! The location was ideal with - quiet but with all the essentials nearby and very quick access by bus to the centre of town. Odile was wonderful - so welcoming, helpful and friendly when we arrived and supremely responsive/flexible when we told her we would arrive earlier than expected. Odile also provided excellent support during our stay when we had questions! Overall it was the best few days and we cannot wait to return to Johan’s place and to Nantes! Thank you Johan and Odile!!!

Très bel appartement, au calme - idéal pour nous qui venions a un événement sur exponantes, on est même allé à pied par les bords de la rivière. Super équipé, avec un vrai feeling à la maison, et pas juste fait pour airbnb avec ikea-

Randy est un super hôte réactif, courtois, aimable, accueillant. Le logement est au dernier étage d'un immeuble très calme et bien situé que nous recommandons bien entendu ...

Spacious renovated apartment with sunny verandah in a quiet location. Fully equipped with everything you need to cook meals or make coffee! Also very convenient to public transport - bus stop at the corner. We enjoyed our stay very much would stay there again if in Nantes.
