Holiday rentals with breakfast in La Chapelle-Saint-Mesmin

i have booked this place several times following business trips and will happily return if needed, impeccable accommodation with all the necessities!

Ideal accommodation for us who spent a night there for a break on the holiday road.

Thank you Christian for your hospitality, for your flexibility in terms of schedules, for your responsiveness in exchanges and for the very comfortable room. It was the first time I tried Airbnb, and I will have a very good memory of it.

We arrived after a visit to Chambord Castle located 10 minutes from the accommodation. Upon arrival, we were greeted by Geraldine who showed us the accommodation as well as a parking space giving direct access to the property. Very clean accommodation and as described. Everything was explained to us for the accommodation, and breakfast was included in the service. A real welcome by the hostess who also advised us on the surroundings (grocery store and restaurant). Four of us stayed one night (1 couple plus two children) and the accommodation was sufficient for this short stopover. Very quiet night (no traffic nearby) and we enjoyed the terrace in the evening. If you are in the area, do not hesitate, I recommend it for the hospitality and the value for money of the service.

Great like at home ,the real house of comfort

Comfortable and very clean cottage. Ideal for a family. The large garden allows children to play out safely. And eat out on the beautiful days! Evelyne, our host, is very welcoming and gives all the information necessary to make beautiful visits to the surroundings, including of course Chambord!

I only spent one night but I can guarantee that I was very well received by Brigitte and Sylvain functional practical room and good bedding Bathroom idem very convenient Their house is very well located in relation to the highway and this couple is very welcoming. I definitely recommend it!

It feels "like home" in Sebastien's atypical little house, housed at the bottom of a very quiet little courtyard. Accommodation also very quiet (double glazing?) Very appreciable parking space, not to mention the "must" in this heatwave period, air conditioning in living room and bedroom!!! Very nice garden for aperitif and breakfast "in the cool". 10-15 minutes from the city center, we were able to do everything on foot once our car was parked in a reserved place in the courtyard; tram stop right next door too. few shops except bakery (on the left when leaving, at the lights) quite mediocre. So plan your purchases beforehand. Ideal for us for a stay of 4 days/3 nights, to visit our daughter in Orleans, and discover the region and castles. Sébastien is very friendly and always available by SMS or phone. We highly recommend this accommodation, although unfortunately we understand that it will soon no longer be on AirBnB...

I cannot speak highly enough about this wonderful apartment and the kindest of hosts. We stayed here for four months and from the moment we arrived it felt like home. All the touches of a family home, spacious, full of character, all day light from windows , a wood fireplace. Every mod con. Induction stove, fridge with ice and water, coffee machine, all the plates, cutlery and cooking utensils you need. A laundry equipped with washing machine and dryer and stacked with cleaning materials. Top notch heating. The hosts? From the moment they collected us at the train station to the moment they delivered us back to the station, they could not have been more welcoming and generous in their responses to our requests. The location? Perfect. The magnificent church outside our window, the 10m walk across the wild Loire into the grandeur of the historic city. Fantastic theatre, art, sport, festivals. If you want to taste France, stay here and stay in this apartment. Thanks Alex and Sophie!

Arrived from Guadeloupe for 2 weeks This apartment is very well located, everything is done on foot, secure and well heated corresponds perfectly and even better to the descriptions. Everything you need on site, it feels like home . This is a quality home with very friendly and welcoming hosts, I thank them for everything. See you soon 🙂

We stayed here for 1 night during our trip along the Loire. Our 1.5 toddler was also there and this was definitely doable. Everything was neatly in order and Hélène was very hospitable. Only downside: we had to dispose of the recyclable waste, but unfortunately this was not clear where this should be. Nothing else to criticize!

This is a lovely well located and appointed apartment. The living room is spacious and provides wonderful views of the city. The location is good with only a short walk to the city centre. Stephanie was an exceptional host and helped us greatly. I would thoroughly recommend the apartment and host to other visitors.

Bright and quiet apartment. As described and photos. Quiet area close to shops and transport. Free parking at the bottom of the building. Very convenient for visiting Orleans and its surroundings.

Good welcome and very nice place for a romantic wk.

A very relaxing stop at Florence and Jean Pierre's during our "Loire by bike" trip. Spacious room, very comfortable bedding, very quiet environment, and exceptional breakfast, we recommend it 100%. We enjoyed being able to park our bikes in their small garden.

Very peaceful location and I enjoyed watching the sunset from the garden. Valerie was a very hospitable host and the room was clean and comfortable!

Ursula is great host. She is kind, sweet, caring and very very thoughtful. Breakfast was great with fresh ingredients and a lot of care prepared. The garden (very birdy!) and the pool were beautiful. The house was beautiful and we slept wonderfully here. The history and construction of the house is a very interesting story! If you are lucky, Ursula can tell the story accompanied with photos. We 100% recommend this location, although it is just to meet the welcoming Ursula. We would love to come back!

perfect stay, we regret that we only stayed one night. We feel at home, the room is very clean and there is everything you need. Edith is really very kind and did everything to make our stay very pleasant. The house and garden are full of charm. We slept like babies as the place calls for calm and relaxation

Very well restored independent accommodation, tastefully furnished and very functional. Its location at the end of a cul-de-sac ensures perfect calm. The included and hearty breakfast is a plus for cyclists. Highly recommended.
