Un apartamento limpio y acogedor, que tenía todo lo que necesité, a pocos minutos del Malecón, restaurantes y bares, muy céntrico. Comunicación excelente!

Rio San Juan es un pueblo muy tranquilo y colorido. El departamento esta muy cerca de la Laguna Grigri y la Playa los Mino, muy agradable para caminar temprano del dia o por la tarde despues de comer en un restaurante de los que estan alrededor. El baño es muy pequeño pero tiene todo lo necesario, la terraza es un buen lugar para sentarse y ver las aves y recibir aire fresco. Fue lindo estar en un sitio que se sentia seguro, Gilberto nos dio mucha confianza al llegar, nos topamos con el y nos recibio, aunque la entrada es independiente.

I felt safe and secure. Very neat and clean place. If you are looking for a top quality place to stay in San Francisco de Macorís this is the best one to rent. The flexibility to check in was greatly appreciated. The greatest communication skills and response to all my questions.

Este lugar es increible! de verdad tienen un 10/10. Se siente muy privado y seguro. El vecindario donde está tiene control de acceso. El lugar en si es único, por su naturaleza, decoración y locación. Para mi es muy importante la ducha y la cama, y las 2 estaban 10/10. Muy cerca del centro, puedes ir hasta caminando, tienes un supermercado cerca a 7 minutos caminando. Tiene agua caliente y el patio que tiene es buenisimo. 100% recomendado.

Simplemente perfecto! El alojamiento superó todas mis expectativas. Todo estaba tal como se describe (o incluso mejor): limpio, bien equipado, cómodo y en una excelente ubicación. La comunicación con el anfitrión fue rápida. Además, el precio fue más que justo para la calidad del lugar. Sin duda, volvería a hospedarme aquí y lo recomiendo totalmente a cualquiera que busque una estancia sin sorpresas y muy agradable.

Our stay here was absolutely perfect. The place is exactly as pictured, so clean, beautiful, and spacious, with all the amenities we needed. The location is excellent and walkable to shops and restaurants and a gorgeous beach just a two minute walk away. The pool is huge and the whole property is just stunning. We are already planning to come back! Truly a luxurious stay.

Excellent servicios. Me sentí como en casa, el apartamento es MAs lindo en persona que en las fotos, super amplio muy seguro para las personas que tenemos Niños. La señora Esther es excelente super agradable y muy atenta y servicial…. será mi lugar nunero 1 en Tenares 👏💕💜. We had such a great stay at Oron’s place! Right on Kitebeach, perfect for our group! The spot and the view is exceptional. The condo is clean, comfortable and all renovated. Communication with Oron was easy and quick. Hermania, the woman who did maintenance is super sweet and brought us fresh mangos from her mango tree. We absolutely loved our stay and we highly recommend this accommodation!

This place is amazing with all the items you may need. I appreciate the fact there were plenty of towels and toilet paper lol. I said this because most places only supply 1 roll of paper. The only thing we had to purchase was food and there were more than enough dishes and pots and pans to cook whatever we wanted

We could not have asked for a better week. You really feel a sense of community staying here. Everyone that we encountered was so friendly and engaging. The condo itself was perfect. Walkable to two restaurants right on the beach in either direction and an easy drive down to the main grocery. This is my third time in Cabarete in less than a year and this has honestly been my favorite place that I have stayed. Alexander is awesome! Helpful and responsive right when you need him! I will definitely be back!

This is our second visit to the same complex. This unit in particular is large and very well appointed with a beautiful balcony and lots of natural air flow. Virginie was very responsive during the reservation process and during our stay. We had a special request before arriving and she accommodated that request. It made our stay that much more comfortable. It is with mixed feelings that we rate this property and owner with such high marks because it may actually make it more difficult for us to find it available in the future. We would not hesitate for one second to return to Virginie and Julien's beautiful property.

¡Estancia maravillosa en Cabarete! Éramos 7 adultos y 2 niños, y la vivienda fue simplemente perfecta. Ubicada directamente en la playa de Cabarete, pudimos disfrutar de vistas increíbles, del sonido del mar y de una brisa espectacular todo el día. La casa estaba impecable: limpia, moderna, muy cómoda y equipada con absolutamente todo lo necesario. Cada detalle fue pensado con cuidado, y nos sentimos como en casa desde el primer momento. A pesar de ser un grupo grande, tuvimos espacio suficiente y los niños también lo pasaron genial. La ubicación no puede ser mejor, y la comunicación con los anfitriones fue siempre rápida, amable y muy atenta. ¡Una experiencia inolvidable que recomendamos al 100 %! ¡Gracias por todo!

Un alojamiento demasiado agradable y si buscas desconectar un poco en pareja, esta es la tranquilidad y espacio que necesitas si estás en sfm. Te sientes como en casa 🥰
