Todo estaba mucho más que limpio y ordenado, completamente impoluto. Es el mejor apartamento en el que he estado. Avelino siempre ha estado atento a todo, responde casi al instante. Es un apartamento equipado con todo lo necesario, no falta ni un solo detalle. Merece completamente la pena alojarse en el apartamento. Es imposible estar más satisfecha con la elección de este apartamento. Un 10 en todos los aspectos.

Limpio y acogedor, tiene lo necesario para pasar unos días, buena comunicación con avenidas principales y autovía.

Lugar muy acogedor y perfecto para viajar en familia. Yolanda disponible en todo momento para resolver rápidamente cualquier duda o incidencia. Muy recomendable

La ubicación es perfecta, junto a la playa de San Lorenzo y con multitud de oferta de todo tipo en los alrededores. La vivienda está nueva, sensación de estrenarla, con una decoración muy cuidada. La cama es muy cómoda y los aislamientos muy buenos, no se oye nada de ruido, se descansa muy bien. La comunicación es fácil, rápida, amable y flexible. Para repetir sin dudar

We spent a month in Ivan's apartment and we really enjoyed it. Firstly, it's convenience - it has an underground parking place (a bit small for a larger car but it's how it is in most of Spain), it has a proper desk and an office chair for work, the internet was reliable and we found everything needed to cook, organise our stuff, etc. Its location is great, especially if you have a dog. There is a park a few steps away, another park 15 minutes away, the beach is 25 minutes walking. There are at least a few groceries shops nearby. The apartment itself was clean, nicely organised and decorated, we felt like at home. Ivan was friendly and responsive, provided some tips and recommendations. I'd highly recommend this place.

Es war wieder ein toller Urlaub in Gijón. Wir waren sehr zufrieden in der Wohnung.

Amazing place in Gijon, with unbeatable location in front of the beach. Check in was super easy, and apartment was spot on, modern, quiet and with all the amenities needed. Wi-Fi to work was also good. Highly recommend to stay in Daniel’s place!!

La mejor manera de definir el alojamiento es que nos sentimos como en casa. Nos encontramos el piso limpísimo, está todo muy nuevo, ha sido un gusto estar allí para visitar Asturias, y Gijón en particular.

Right in the center of the old town, close to both beaches and a lot of food. Apartment was clean and spacious.

Fijne dagen in verrassend Gijón. Vanaf 5 hoog zie je dehondjes op het strand, de surfers in zee, het verveelt nooit. Leuke stad en het appartement ligt op een prima plek.

Departamento muy moderno, en impecable estado de limpieza, totalmente equipado tal cual como se muestra en las fotos. Excelente ubicación y muy silencioso para descansar. La atención de Luli y Jorge ( anfitriones) inmejorable!! Volveremos!!!!!!

Great location in the old town, full of bars and places to eat, with nightlife especially during the in the end of the week and weekends (until 1 or 2 am). The location can be a bit noisy if you're looking for peace and quiet at night. I recommend it for exploring the city, enjoying its bars and restaurants, and the surrounding beaches. I really enjoyed my stay here.

un lugar céntrico, bonito, ordenado , la zona súper tranquila .. acceso a la playa fácil y rápido , gracias alba

La casa está muy bien ubicada, cerca del centro, a 10 minutos andando del puerto. Está totalmente reformada, es idéntica a cómo se muestra en las fotos. Hay un supermercado justo al lado, una panadería.. El tener garaje es un alivio porque sería muy complicado poder aparcar en la calle.. A mí me ha gustado mucho y he estado muy agusto.

We had a very pleasant stay in Salinas and the appartement matched our expectations. It was generally clean, altough some areas could benefit from extra cleaning (e.g. shower, ventilation system). The kitchen was well equipped and the beds were comfortable. It is also very quiet in the building

We really enjoyed our stay at picabel. The location is quiet and has a beautiful view over the mountains. Perfect to relax. A car is necessary to get to the location, but it's perfect spot to depart from for different hikes in the neighborhood. Parking is also foreseen at the location. The jacuzzi is a nice addition to the airbnb. Our host was very responsive and welcoming.
