Beachfront holiday rentals in La Caletta

We really enjoyed our stay at Margherita’s house. It’s very cozy, well equipped, comfy beds, and perfect location. We loved our walk to San Teodoro (up the hill) which we did almost daily, and of course the beach which is a stone throw away. Also well located to go to some other nice beaches, only a 15 min drive. Gianfranco was super friendly and helpful, he was playing with our 2 year old and he was calling him “grandpa” and laughing all the time so he loved him too! We will definitely be returning :).

Amazing host. Always present and caring. Gave us lots of recommendations. If you are looking for some beach vacations, this place is the right choice.

Wir hatten schöne Urlaubstage , der Pinienwald und die Nähe zum Meer hat uns besonders gefallen. Wir konnten uns gut erholen und Marco ist ein äußerst aufmerksamer Gastgeber.

We visited in low season so the whole area was really quiet, Giorgio and Elizabetta were great to communicate with for the few times we needed to chat as the house was perfect. We were met and given a lovely tour on checkin when Elizabetta explained everything, the apartment is very clean and we would certainly be back! The terrace is bigger than it looks in the pictures, enjoying sun late into the evening! Our dog loved it too as and the whole terrace is secure. Thanks again for the lovely holiday!

Super Gastgeberin! Tollen Lage! Wir waren Anfang Mai dort und wir waren gefühlt die einzigen auf den Hügel. Strand ist in 3min zu Fuß zu erreichen. Unterkunft ist ok für den Preis. Allerdings lädt diese nicht zum verweilen ein. Es reicht fuer die Nacht aber es ist ungemütlich. Das Bett ist sehr alt und es gibt keine Möglichkeit zu heizen wenn es bisschen kälter wird. Also warme Klamotten für kalte Nächte mitnehmen. Die Lage ist dafür umso schöner und die Aussicht ist super!

Eine Traum mitten in der Natur! Wir hatten Glück und konnten die ersten Tage fast alleine auf dem kleinen Anwesen verbringen. Das war wirklich wunderschön. Wenn alle Appartements belegt sind ist es etwas voller und lauter. Aber die Lage entschädigt für alles. Urlaub mit 1,5 Jahre altem Kind hat hier super funktioniert. Spielplatz ist in der Nähe und der Garten lädt zum Entdecken ein!

Wir haben super Ferien mit der Familie (2 Kinder) und Freunden (in unterer Wohnung) verbracht. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet und Anna sehr unkompliert und zuvorkommend! Weil keine Nachmieter kamen, durften wir sogar Zeit lassen mit dem Auschecken, was uns sehr geholfen hat!

Wir haben uns in der Anlage sehr wohl gefühlt. Wenn wir Fragen hatten oder etwas benötigten, hat Paola sofort reagiert und alles blitzschnell veranlasst! Obwohl der Pool erst Anfang April befüllt wird, hat Paola dafür gesorgt, dass wir ihn schon im März zur Verfügung hatten. Der Strand und der davor liegende Pinienwald sind sehr schön! Vielen Dank für den schönen Urlaub! :-)

Wir waren 10 Tage in Olbia und es war ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt. Die Dachterasse ist wirklich ein absolutes Highlight. Das Appartement hat eine schöne Küche und war in einem makellosen Zustand. Die Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin ist sehr freundlich und einwandfrei. Auf jeden Fall einen Besuch wert-Dankeschön!

Chiara was so friendly and helpful. When I needed help, a delivery sent, or changes made to the reservation she was so responsive and kind. I had tons of questions and she didn't mind at all. The area is truly beautiful. I was there off season and it was quiet and empty (definitely needed a car for groceries) but every beach I wanted to go to was walkable. The house had everything I needed and the garden was lovely. Was a perfect month and a great price. Thank you Chiara!!!!!

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung liegt in einer wunderschönen Gegend. Die Ausstattung war super. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Wir fanden es sehr schön, dass zahlreiche Spiele für die Kinder vorhanden waren. So kam auch an Regentagen keine Langeweile auf.

This apartment is PERFECT for your stay in Costa Smeralda. The apartment itself is very spacious, updated and comfortable. The balcony was perfect for apero and coffee in the morning, it’s perfectly located to walk along the pedestrian paths to the port which great restaurant options. Christina was incredibly helpful and very responsive - she gave great recommendations, was quick to answer with any questions and was very flexible. The free parking was great to have with needing a rental car in Sardinia. Porto Rotondo was the perfect location for proximity to amazing beaches in Cala Di Volpe and only 45min drive to the Archipelago Maddalena for a day trip. We loved coming back to a quant and peaceful town that still have plenty of restaurant and evening activities and only a 20-25 minute drive to the airport. I would recommend staying here 10/10 and hope to return one day!

Federica je úžasná , přátelská, ochotná vždy pomoci. Nádherne prostředí plně kvetin, velmi příjemny, vkusně zařízeny apartmán s božskou teresou s pohodlnou posteli. Citila jsem se jako doma. Velice krásný a přátelský přístup i k mému čtyřnohému společníkovi. 🙂 Mile bylo po příjezdu na mne čekala láhev vychlazené vody v lednici. obchod pár kroků. Federica mi doporučila i kde koupit vybornou zmrzlinu. Toto ubytování vřele doporucuji. Doufám,že se do této oázy klidu s milými lidmi zase vrátím. Srdecne zdravím🌸

Serenas Wohnung ist liebevoll eingerichtet und sauber mit einem schönen, modernen Bad. Sie liegt in einer sehr schönen und gepflegten Gartenanlage. Leider hat sich die Öffnung des Pools wegen Reinigungsarbeiten verzögert, dafür konnte Serena aber natürlich nichts. Sie war immer erreichbar und hat bei aufkommenden Fragen schnell reagiert. Wir konnten früher einchecken und durften auch später auschecken, um den Pool wenigstens noch am Abreisetag nutzen zu können. Wir hatten insgesamt eine tolle Zeit, allerdings empfehle ich aufgrund der Lage ein Auto. Man sollte auch eine Grundausstattung an Nahrungsmitteln mitbringen, da aufgrund der italienischen Bestimmungen zu Ferienunterkünften auch grundsätzliche Dinge wie Salz/Pfeffer, Öl und dergleichen fehlen, was wir nicht wussten. Die Küche ist von den Geräten her aber sehr gut ausgestattet (sogar ein großes Tiefkühlfach und ein richtiger Backofen sind vorhanden). Wir haben nur eine Spülmaschine vermisst. Wir können die Unterkunft empfehlen!

Die Lage der Wohnung ist traumhaft und der Ausblick unvergesslich. Terrasse ist fast größer als die Wohnung selbst. Die Wohnung war sauber und man hat alles was man braucht, allerdings sollte mal wieder renoviert werden und ein paar Teile ausgewechselt werden.

We stayed here in the Easter holidays with our son (2,5 years old). Very cosy and well equipped accomodation! There was a babybed and -seat for our son and plenty of room to play outside on the terrace. Location is absolutely stunning and enough to do in the surroundings. Would definitely recommend!

This was our first time in Golfo Di Aranci and we made the best decision staying at this airbnb. The place itself is clean, spacious and the view is absolutely unbeatable. It’s located steps away from a beautiful beach where you can rent chairs (as well as a restaurant with food and drinks) or just hang out on the sand. It’s also a short walk from a market, take away food place and one of the best pizza restaurants I’ve ever had. I highly recommend renting a car (there is a garage parking spot included) to drive to nearby pristine beaches or other areas of Sardinia. The best part by far was the responsiveness and helpfulness from the two fantastic hosts Luigi and Duke. They provided every recommendation you could possibly need for an amazing trip. Thank you for everything and we will be back one day!

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub. Unsere Gastgeberin vor Ort hat uns herzlich empfangen und uns alles gut erklärt. Wir haben uns in der Unterkunft sehr wohl gefühlt. Sauber und alles da, um direkt in den Urlaub zu starten. Wir haben unseren Hausstrand sehr genossen, das Wasser ist wunderschön klar und es gibt viele Fische, ideal zum schnorcheln. New, modern apartment, good shower and comfy bed. Loved having the balcony and appreciated having a cool bag provided. Cala Gonone is a lovely spot to explore the coast. We also hiked to the canyon at Gorropu . Some earlier comments said that check in was tricky but Margarita gave us very clear instructions with photos which were easy to follow. Parking was easy near the apartment

We loved the location of the apartment and it's stunning views. Sandra was super helpful explaining everything we needed to know. Great place for a vacation, definitely recommend!

Our family of four (including 4 and 6 year old) had a really lovely week at Lory's apartment. It was a perfect set-up for younger children, with plenty of inside and outside space and a 30-second walk to a beautiful beach. The beach in particular was a highlight, a small bay with interesting rocks to climb, calm, clear waters and soft sand. We explored others beaches in the local area and it was our favourite overall! We slept well as the apartment is cool and the shutters keep the light out. There were several restaurants/beach cafes within walking distance and a nice artisanal gelateria a short drive away (with a mobile van which visits a nearby beach in the afternoons!). There is an interesting cave and historical town for family-friendly trips out nearby. I would not hesitate to recommend Lory's place.

Such a beautiful location. We were met in person , and shown around the apartment. It was very comfortable, we were given welcoming drinks and cake. The best feature is the spacious balcony, where we spent a lot of time enjoying the view. We would definitely recommend this apartment

Booked Daniela apartment for my mums 60th birthday surprise holiday and we had the best time The apartment was amazing, clean bigger than we expected, bedrooms were a lovely size and the shower and bathroom was lovely. The view was spectacular and we had the best time sitting out enjoying the sea in the mornings and before bed. Daniela and her co host elena were so responsive and quick to reply with any help that we needed, very friendly with check in and out and were more than happy to accommodate a later check in and out We would definitely recommend to friends and family and anyone else we had the best time and would very much so visit again ❤️

Wir waren mit der Kommunikation und mit der Sauberkeit und der hochwertigen Ausstattung des Hauses sehr zufrieden! Der Blick in den Hafen hat Flair und ist spannend. Der Fluglärm hat uns nicht so gefallen. Maria Maddalena ist sehr herzlich!
