It is a very generous space with everything you need for your stay, perfect cleanliness and the kindness of the super staff, the common areas are beautiful and everything can be booked and paid from the application, such as the parasols on the beach and the Jacuzzi. Recommendations: bring everything you need. The nearest supermarket is one kilometer away, although you can get home delivery. We were there a few days when there were many mosquitoes in the common areas. It is important to bring repellent. A highly recommended place 🤩

We were family plan 3 adults and my son, the stay was quite well, the apartment complied with everything promised and Sandra was a very kind host who explained everything very well when entering so much so that we did not have to communicate for anything in our time in the apartment. The apartment is super comfortable, luxurious, clean and has everything you need, it is located in a wonderful complex with two pools, two restaurants, direct access to the beach. The host María Paula is too friendly, she gave us precise instructions and recommendations that served us a lot to have a wonderful stay, completely recommended.

Place is very beautiful, and DO take advantage of the nearby beach - it's hard to spot but it's really easy to get to and is only a 10 min walk. Cons: the stone staircase leading to the house might be hard for some people with disabilities to climb - it was no problem for us, but if you are physically disabled, I suggest mentioning it to the host so that they can prepare a solution. I also felt a bit overwhelmed with the volume of daily messages from host, but on the flip side, they were always available for questions and would reply almost immediately. Overall the place is exactly how it looks on the pictures and the cook Katia was fabulous. We ran out of food on our last day and Katia's husband graciously offered to shop for us, which was a very nice surprise and greatly appreciated. 10/10 would come back.

Very nice apartment, just like the photos , very quiet, we loved coming back without a doubt, accessible transport to go to any tourist place and the beach super nice since you have direct access from the building.

I did super well with the accommodation. The place was very comfortable, all clean and in a good location. I felt calm and communication with Santiago was very easy, so I recommend it without thinking about it. I would definitely come back in another time.

My family and I had an excellent experience. Sandra was super responsive at all times answering any question we had very quickly. Sandra got us someone to help with cooking/cleaning who was very reliable, polite and very helpful!! Access to pool and beach was great.

I had a wonderful experience staying at their apartment . From the first moment, the attention was excellent, Harry and Monica were very friendly, always willing to help and make sure everything was perfect during my stay. The accommodation is comfortable, very clean and tastefully decorated, which makes it feel like a real home away from home, It has a great beach view and an excellent wet area. In addition, it is well located, in a quiet area but with easy access to the main points of interest, shops and restaurants. I would definitely recommend your place to anyone looking for a pleasant, comfortable stay with an excellent treatment. I hope to be back soon!

Condo is located in a private beachfront community with excellent security, beautiful landscapes & refreshing pool. The unit was spacious, clean and very comfortable. Internet speed was fast, had hot water, cold A/C and large balcony to watch amazing sunsets. Building staff was friendly even with the language barrier just use a translation app. The beach has soft black sand and a great little restaurante at the hotel 3 banderas which is about a 10 min walk from the condo. Used Rappi app for food/grocery delivery and Uber to get to the walled city which took about 25 minutes. Owner was very responsive and I would stay here again.

This place is perfect if you’ve visited Cartagena before, meaning it’s off the main strip and it’s an away from the crowds of Getsemani and in a perfect spot walking distance to everything you need. The space was spotless and we felt comfortable . The only criticism I could give is to put the word “bondo building” in the google map so its easier to find I was dropped off at the wrong spot and had to find the location by foot, even after following the pin from the Airbnb app. I still had an amazing stay , Thank you

The apartment was definitely a very good alternative for our days at the beach. The location and communication with Sebastián was very good. The apartment is practically new with all the necessary things for a pleasant stay, and without a doubt the view of the sea and the sunsets are like a magazine. Thank you very much for the service and we will return as soon as possible. To be able to be on the beach with the umbrella and chairs, you have to make a reservation through the condominium platform. Excellent apartment without a doubt.

It was our first time in Columbia and Alejandro made sure that it was not our last. His home is beautiful, exactly like the photos … better than the photos. The building is quiet, large but manageable, and the pools were amazing. Lots of little outdoor spaces to sit and find a peaceful quiet spot. The beach is so close you could throw a stone at it and the locals take great care of you on the beach as well it was everything we could’ve hoped for and more. Thank you so much, Alejandro. We stayed at this place for a family weekend and the experience was excellent. The sea view from the kitchen, living room and master bedroom is really beautiful!! All rooms have air conditioning and TV, which made our stay even more comfortable. The building's facilities are in perfect condition, everything is very well cared for and clean. The staff in the common areas were always friendly and cordial. The pools were also impeccable, perfect for relaxing. A big plus is that the beach is very close and access is direct from the building, which makes things much easier. In addition, the reservation system for the parasol is very practical, as it allows for organization and comfort in the beach area. The cost per day is $20,000 per reservation, and we thought it was totally reasonable. Definitely a place to stay again.
