Beachfront holiday rentals in La Boquilla

It is a very generous space with everything you need for your stay, perfect cleanliness and the kindness of the super staff, the common areas are beautiful and everything can be booked and paid from the application, such as the parasols on the beach and the Jacuzzi. Recommendations: bring everything you need. The nearest supermarket is one kilometer away, although you can get home delivery. We were there a few days when there were many mosquitoes in the common areas. It is important to bring repellent. A highly recommended place 🤩

We had a great stay! The place was comfortable, spacious, and had everything we needed. The amenities were excellent—TVs in every bedroom, a well-stocked kitchen, and direct access to the beach made it even better. We weren’t missing a thing. I’ll definitely be looking to stay here again on my next trip.

7 of us stayed for a week (including 4 older adults, one preschooler). The apt and building amenities are exactly as pictured/described. The hosts respond within minutes. We appreciated having grocery shopping and pharmacy very close by (late hours and easy delivery) We also highly recommend hiring Ms. Nuris or Ms. Cele to cook for the group and letting them do grocery shopping and build a menu for you. They both made egg-stuffed fried arepas and carimañolas for breakfast. Ms. Cele cooked robalo in coconut sauce with fresh robalo she brought from the canoes that morning. Ms Nuris cooked Posta Cartagenera. They can also do light cleaning or wash clothes while they are at the apt cooking (but probably not both since the cooking is so involved). Our daily routine was breakfast, beach, lunch, and for the afternoon either pool/jacuzzi in the bldg or a visit to the historic town/getsemani (15-20 min away by cab). Bring cash or nequi to rent a tent in the beach, and buy from vendors.

Jorge’s place is very nice and spacious, all of the bedrooms have AC and private bathroom. Only downside is that the common area of the apartment doesn’t have AC. The building has 4 pools, a great view from all of them, the beach is nice and clean. They are plenty of mini markets around the area. The communication with Jorge was great since day 1, he was always willing to help us. Absolutely recommend his place and for sure will love to go back.

The apartment is super comfortable, luxurious, clean and has everything you need, it is located in a wonderful complex with two pools, two restaurants, direct access to the beach. The host María Paula is too friendly, she gave us precise instructions and recommendations that served us a lot to have a wonderful stay, completely recommended.

We spent a full month at Julian’s place and everything was just perfect. The apartment is clean and spacious, 3 bathrooms and an amazing balcony providing shade until about 2pm, perfect for having lunch outside and watching the sunset at night from the hammocks. Great view of the sea from the balcony. The Spiaggia building also offers amazing amenities with a huge beautiful pool, jacuzzis and a gym. Beach just down the building. It’s the perfect location to spend time in Cartagena, only 10 minutes from the old city in a quiet and safe area. Julian was always responsive and Aura was always there to help with anything we needed. Will definitely return. Highly recommended.

The place is as it appears in the photos: clean, comfortable and well located. We traveled with our dog and it was perfect to be with him, without any inconvenience. The only thing to keep in mind is the parking lot: access is through a vehicle elevator that takes cars to the second floor, and when it rains it can malfunction. On one occasion, we had to wait about half an hour to be able to leave. If you're driving, it's something worth considering. Overall, a very good experience!

My family and I had an excellent experience. Sandra was super responsive at all times answering any question we had very quickly. Sandra got us someone to help with cooking/cleaning who was very reliable, polite and very helpful!! Access to pool and beach was great.

I had a wonderful experience staying at their apartment . From the first moment, the attention was excellent, Harry and Monica were very friendly, always willing to help and make sure everything was perfect during my stay. The accommodation is comfortable, very clean and tastefully decorated, which makes it feel like a real home away from home, It has a great beach view and an excellent wet area. In addition, it is well located, in a quiet area but with easy access to the main points of interest, shops and restaurants. I would definitely recommend your place to anyone looking for a pleasant, comfortable stay with an excellent treatment. I hope to be back soon!

This was one of my fav Airbnb experiences. The place is so beautifully designed, it looks exactly like the photos. The host was amazing too, very responsive and helpful with recommendations. Having 24/7 building security made me feel safe at all times. 10/10, highly recommend and would def stay there again!

We stayed at this place for a family weekend and the experience was excellent. The sea view from the kitchen, living room and master bedroom is really beautiful!! All rooms have air conditioning and TV, which made our stay even more comfortable. The building's facilities are in perfect condition, everything is very well cared for and clean. The staff in the common areas were always friendly and cordial. The pools were also impeccable, perfect for relaxing. A big plus is that the beach is very close and access is direct from the building, which makes things much easier. In addition, the reservation system for the parasol is very practical, as it allows for organization and comfort in the beach area. The cost per day is $20,000 per reservation, and we thought it was totally reasonable. Definitely a place to stay again.

Nich was a great host very responsive, respectful, and the place was peaceful and beautiful. The staff downstairs was respectful and helpful. The only problem was there wasn’t any hot water and the water didn’t work for a few hours to the building administrators fixing and building things but as far as everything else, it was great and Nicholas was very kind and compromising. I will definitely book here several times!
