Holiday rentals with beach access in La Boquilla

Excellent stay. The apartment was super clean, nice, privileged location, the view is just as it looks in the photos. It's very easy to get transportation to the city. It has several shops nearby. The apartment has all the elements for total comfort. The host was very attentive, leaving us several essential items, and was very attentive to any concerns.

The accommodation is excellent. We made the reservation to stay and attend a congress in the convention center of the Americas, which is very close, about three blocks walking from the accommodation. Everything is very clean, with good explanations of the nearby places, restaurants, drugstores, etc. It has two parking lots, one covered and the other outside with excellent security. Access to the apartment is by crossing the avenue on a pedestrian bridge (playa azul). Very quiet in the season we went. The building has everything you need to wash your feet, etc. The accommodation has an excellent climate, it is cool, its air conditioners work excellent. You can wash your clothes and close it instantly. And it is very quiet to rest. Everything is very clean and impeccable and the host is always attentive and willing to help in everything necessary. It is very close to the airport, only 7 minutes by car. I recommend it 100%

The apartment met all expectations, it is very clean, the view is beautiful, the furniture and fixtures are in very good condition; in general, the apartment and the location are excellent.

We spent a full month at Julian’s place and everything was just perfect. The apartment is clean and spacious, 3 bathrooms and an amazing balcony providing shade until about 2pm, perfect for having lunch outside and watching the sunset at night from the hammocks. Great view of the sea from the balcony. The Spiaggia building also offers amazing amenities with a huge beautiful pool, jacuzzis and a gym. Beach just down the building. It’s the perfect location to spend time in Cartagena, only 10 minutes from the old city in a quiet and safe area. Julian was always responsive and Aura was always there to help with anything we needed. Will definitely return. Highly recommended.

Communication was agile, response in a few minutes, clear and detailed instructions, The apartment is in an exclusive and very safe area. The reception staff are very nice and attentive. They guided us regarding transportation, food delivery and shopping at a small grocery store and drinks a few steps away. the view of the apartment as the beautiful advertising, everything in very good condition and comfortable, in toilet I give 10 points totally satisfied, we spent a pleasant few days as a family, without a doubt a nice place to return. we appreciate the coffee (our flight arrived at dawn) Thank you for everything Sara, we have a nice memory of Cartagena

The comfortable beds, the pool was nice, everything was clean, large kitchen! the place, truly recommending it, Mateo is a great host , very friendly and willing to complacent to all his guests! We pass it phenomenal-. My Wife contract’ a Paola ... thank you Mateo pir recommend it... Paola is friendly and a great Cook ! We eat Delicious and there is what. Loved the stay here. This house was actually better in person than the photos. I loved the layout too. It gave a great historical feel but with great modern amenities. The jacuzzi was great and loved the TV's and speaker in the living room area. I would definitely book again. The location in Centro is easy to find and close to so many restaurants and nightlife. A great stay with good memories.

We were family plan 3 adults and my son, the stay was quite well, the apartment complied with everything promised and Sandra was a very kind host who explained everything very well when entering so much so that we did not have to communicate for anything in our time in the apartment. The apartment is very comfortable and fully equipped for a pleasant stay. The pools are excellent and the sea view is simply spectacular. What's more, the proximity to the beach is unbeatable. An experience to repeat!

Resort-style amenities: The complex has outdoor swimming pools, a jacuzzi, a sauna, a gym, a children's play area and access to a beach 3. The cleanliness, the comfort of the facilities is incredible, perfect for going as a family a safe place I will return.

Jorge’s place is very nice and spacious, all of the bedrooms have AC and private bathroom. Only downside is that the common area of the apartment doesn’t have AC. The building has 4 pools, a great view from all of them, the beach is nice and clean. They are plenty of mini markets around the area. The communication with Jorge was great since day 1, he was always willing to help us. Absolutely recommend his place and for sure will love to go back.

Nice spot, there a few small store next door wich make it easy to gather stuff to drink and eat.
