Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in La Asunción

Leonardo and Pablo were both extremely helpful and very quick to respond. The view on a sunny day in the pool was definitely the highlight of the entire stay. I highly recommend this Airbnb and would stay again! All the puppies in the immediate area were also a huge highlight for us! Thank you for sharing your home with us! Also, highly recommend visiting Container Platz for delicious variety of food trucks and a great date night/family night out atmosphere. Something for everyone there!

The wonderful view it has! The peace and tranquility of the building is amazing! The host is super friendly, the entrance to the building is too fast! Everything is very comfortable and tidy, and there is everything to do in the kitchen! I would definitely return to this beautiful apartment.

Very central, clean, tidy place. The kitchen has everything you need to cook, the bed mattress is nice, I felt at home.

Had a great stay here

You don't need to pack a lot, because here you'll find everything new and ready to use. The laundry center works perfectly, the air conditioning cools wonderfully and the bed along with the bedding are of excellent quality. There are two TVs, a large desk for working and access to coworking, ideal for those of us who work while traveling. The bathroom was spotless and well equipped with towels, soap, shampoo, conditioner and paper. The kitchen is new. The most important thing for me: the place was super clean and smelled great, without those strong aromatizers that are sometimes a downside! I always read the reviews before booking, so I wanted to leave this one as detailed as possible to help others. This will undoubtedly be my favorite place in Heredia for future visits.

A great place to stay near the airport for large groups.

Jorge is an amazing host. He checked in several times throughout our stay to ensure everything was all good. House was very clean, it had everything we needed for our stay. Laura and Verny are wonderful hosts. We were very grateful that they opened their beautiful home to us. From the moment we walked into the house, we felt like we were walking into our own home. Laura had everything in her kitchen that I needed to cook and bake for my family. The views surrounding their home are breathtaking. I’m an expat living in the southern part of CR. I fly out of SJO 3 or 4 times a year, and usually stay at the Fairfield or the Courtyard because of their proximity to the airport. I decided to try something different this time and I’m so glad I did! Not only was it less than half the price of staying in a hotel, it was WAY nicer. It’s a safe, quiet neighborhood, walking distance to City Mall (3 minutes) and all of its shops and restaurants, and only $6 Uber to the airport. Carolina is very quick to respond to any messages, and you can tell she cares about your experience. I especially loved that there was an ice maker in the door of the fridge (super rare in bnb’s in CR) and the snacks and water provided. The apartment practically sparkled it was so clean! Full-sized washer and dryer, 2 bathrooms with showers, comfortable bed and sofa… this was absolutely the best value of any stay I’ve experienced in CR. I will DEFINITELY be back!
