The house is fully in line with the description and photos - everything is beautiful, convenient and functional. Everything you need for a comfortable stay is available. There were four of us in the apartment. Three adults and a child. A rare and pleasant thing: we were asked in advance how many blankets we wanted and were given one each, including the child. Often, hosts prefer to give double blankets without asking. And sometimes even one double for two adults and a child. I liked a lot of things in the apartment, although we did not have time to use all the amenities. A cabin with three full rooms in a closed residential village. Nearby lake, pools and additional "water possibilities". For car travel, the convenient location for hiking in Grikorievsky and Semyonovsky Gorge. Overall, I liked everything. It was a pleasure to stay. Thank you for your hospitality. A couple of times we needed help and the hostess readily helped us. For example, we arrived late and were looking for some kind of outdoor cafe. It was after 8 and we couldn't find anything ourselves.

Wonderful house for 1 person or couple! The studio is very warm and inviting; the sweetest kitchen. On the street there is a wonderful lawn, silence, birds sing in the morning. There is a terrace with a dining table for warm weather. I highly recommend it to anyone who fits the size. To the center - a few minutes by car; on foot - 15 minutes. Richard and his representative Erkin are always available. Great place to stay!

Fresh styling, new appliances. Quick walk to the beach. Security at the entrance of Paris, safe community. If you're looking for a destination that has nice beaches, safe community, and up-to-date interior design, this is a great destination. I suggest bringing supplies for cooking, as at the time we went, local accommodations within walking distance weren't up to standard. There are a couple mini-marts within walking distance. Point being, it's the perfect destination for those looking for the lake, modern accommodations, and looking to grill out at the house.

I had a wonderful stay in this beautiful apartment! Everything was spotless, truly pristine and the view was absolutely breathtaking. Janara was incredibly helpful and kind, even allowing me an extra hour before checkout, which I really appreciated. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommended and would love to come back again!

Ot was a perfect place to stay in your Bishkek visit. Place was quite private and the Svetlana & her son was always helpfull for our requests. Even though we arrived quite early in the morning, they gave us a oppurtunity to leave our bags to the place so we were able to visit the city & national park without heavy bags. Flat was also quite clean and the bathroom & kitchen had everything needed. Will prefer to stay there if I visit Bishkek again!

Super nice place in the center of Bishkek. Basic, but very spacious. Contacting the host was top notch.

Ksenia is a great host, she let us in hours in advance, and was always responsive with our requests. The apartment has all necessary amenities one may need during a stay. The location is from walkable distance to many sites and nice restaurants. Overall, would recommend this place without hesitation!

Loved the apartment and an amazing view from the balcony. Aruna was very helpful and we had a flexible check out which was very kind of her. It’s near to shops and restaurants. Definitely worth staying here.

Our stay at the apartment managed by Hotel Solutel was wonderful overall. The apartment itself was extremely well-maintained, clean, and equipped with all the necessary facilities, making our stay very comfortable. The location was also great, just a 10-minute walk from Ala-Too Square. However, one thing to note is that the check-in is at the hotel, which is about 300 meters away from the apartment, so we had to walk that distance with our luggage. Additionally, there was some confusion during the checkout process. Despite confirming our checkout time and arrangements to hand over the key, no one arrived as agreed. After multiple calls with no response, we had to leave the key with the security guard. Despite this, we had a lovely stay and would recommend the apartment for its cleanliness and great location.

Stayed there for a few nights, helpful at very late check-in, helpful and responsive during stay. Place is in the center of town, very convenient, and very cozy. Just great 👍😊😌

Everything about this property was excellent. The location is right by Ala Too square which makes sightseeing easy, and there are many good restaurants in the area. The apartment was perfect, and we appreciated the access to a kitchen and a washing machine. Host was responsive and super helpful. We will definitely stay at this place the next time we come to Bishkek.

Meder is a fantastic host, very helpful and welcoming. The flat is incredibly cozy and despite of being located in the city center is extremely peaceful, the park is right next door. Will definitely opt for this flat in the future

Iskender is a great host, attentive, kind, and always available. The apartment is nice, clean, really well furnished and conveniently located in the best area of Bishkek, near caffès and restaurants. Highly recommended!
