Holiday rentals with a patio in Kyrgyzstan

I liked everything, the location, the residential complex, the apartment itself. Neighbors are quiet. I recommend and will definitely come back here in the summer.

It was a nice and clean apartment

This place had only 1 guest review when I booked, so I was kind of nervous. My partner and I stayed here for 3 weeks, and it turned out to be one of the best Airbnb's in Bishkek. The view towards the city is absolutely incredible, seeing Manas statue and Kyrgyz National Bank from the 8th floor. We even got to see the whole drone show on their celebration day on May 9th. Everything's provided in the apt and furniture is new. Bathroom is comfortable, everything is super clean. Narodniy market is 10 mins wallk distance. The only issue I had in the apt was the chair. I work on my laptop from home, so I spent hours on a very uncomfortable chair that still hurts my back. Maybe I should've asked the host for a replacement. Anyway, the host is very friendly, very responsive to messages. We accidentally took their iron hangers thinking it's ours. We gave it back at the checkout, but I'm still ashamed of that. All in all, this is a top-level Airbnb experience, and I'd recommend it to anyone.

Very good service Best location

We stayed for 4 days at the end of April 2025 and were impressed by the apartment. It was spacious, lots of light, comfortable, clean, and well equipped kitchen. The internet was fast and great for working online. We liked the location and everything that was nearby. Kunduzai was a kind host and did her best to ensure a good stay. We had two issues that were outside of the control of the hosts but affected our stay. One was construction happening on the apartment next door. They seem to be doing a complete renovation of the apartment and the noise during the day on Friday was unbearable. They did not work over the weekend so the rest of our stay was unaffected. The other issue was being woken up by a group of voices in another apartment around 4am on Sunday. They were talking, no music or anything, but their voices carried right into our bedroom and woke us up and kept us up for the next hour. But on the other nights we had no issues and slept well.

convenient check-in, the host is in touch and provided detailed instructions, there is no elevator in the house and a little remote from the center, but it was not a surprise and definitely not a problem for the host. In general, the experience is positive

Overall it was a pleasant stay and a very nice experience. Positives: Great guesthouse with clean beds. Clean bathroom. Access to fresh water directly from the waterfall. Calming environment for people looking to relax away from the city noise. Very nice owner he treated us very well and treated us to food and gave us presents. Will come again in the future. Negatives: Overall not so many negatives but the biggest issue for us was the lack of supermarkets nearby that you cannot access if you go by foot. The closest markets are 15 mins away by car. Some bugs in the first day which was expected because of the environment of the place.

Wonderful house for 1 person or couple! The studio is very warm and inviting; the sweetest kitchen. On the street there is a wonderful lawn, silence, birds sing in the morning. There is a terrace with a dining table for warm weather. I highly recommend it to anyone who fits the size. To the center - a few minutes by car; on foot - 15 minutes. Richard and his representative Erkin are always available. Great place to stay!

Own small house on eco farm compound (splendid fruit garden, a few farm animals & secure premises) - delightful Kyrgyz experience with a local family at lake IssykKul. We are delighted to express our utmost satisfaction with our recent experience here. The hospitality & assistance provided by Adelya & her family were truly exceptional. The rooms in our own small house exceeded our expectations. Spacious, very clean & cosy (much better than in the fotos) & WLAN for a movie online to chill inside. The breakfast offered was truly remarkable, containing fresh, locally-sourced foods. Tasty, delicious, plentiful. The location of the house is perfect. The eco-farm provided a super enjoyable experience for our children. Lake Issyk Kul is in sight with a picturesque sandy beach, few people & a gentle incline into the water. Super for bathing, playing, enjoying. As we came without an own car we agreed with Adelya's father for transport whenever the need arose. Very highly recommended!

This place is extremely clean, with excellent views of mountains and gardens. Each room has its own shower and bathroom. The hosts offer home-cooked meals and they will ask what the guests' dietary preferences are. The hosts live on the premises (through a separate entrance) and are available 24/7. We did not cook for ourselves, but access to the kitchen is available. My kids enjoyed an easy walk to the mountains and fields on the edge of the village. There is also a river about 15-20 minutes walk away from the house for a serene family picnic. Make sure to bring along comfortable hiking shoes and outfits as most of the rural streets are not paved. Overall, an excellent location for a few days away from all the urban noise and heat. We highly recommend this place!

The house was clean, neat, stylish, cozy, I don’t even know if Kesha could describe it all, everything was super. The hostess gave us a souvenir as a keepsake; it was so nice; she answered our questions about local traditions. it was very surprising. I was so happy about my stay in this house. The house was really not far from the mountains where we went for walks in ecologically clean areas. The owners found us very kind horses and we rode through the mountains. It was unforgettable . Once again I want to thank you for your hospitality. I have never regretted choosing this Terrabella house. Asel :)

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this brand new one-bedroom condo, and it exceeded all my expectations! Located in the tallest new building in the city, the high floor offers incredible and unobstructed views that are simply breathtaking. The condo is situated right in the city center, making it incredibly convenient to explore. It’s just a short walk to Erkindik Boulevard and Ala-Too Square, as well as various city landmarks, malls, and restaurants. The easy access to public transit made getting around a breeze. The interior of the condo is modern and well-appointed, with all the amenities you could need for a comfortable stay. The host was also very responsive and helpful, ensuring that my stay was smooth and enjoyable. Overall, I highly recommend this condo for anyone looking to experience the best of the city with stunning views and a prime location.

Jamilya's apartment was a great place to stay in Bishkek! She was a great host, meeting us personally to assist at checkin and checkout, and was extremely friendly and helpful. She was very understanding and fair to work with in resolving an issue of lost keys (entirely my fault). The apartment itself was well furnished and comfortable with great furnishings and a spacious kitchen. The view of the mountains was absolutely awesome. Location was fantastic as well, centrally located within the city and with groceries, coffee, and restaurants all walkable. Apartment is easy to access either on foot or by car, with a huge private parking area behind the building - we never had to park more than a 2 minute walk from the apartment gates. Wifi was absolutely outstanding - stable and high speed (usually 80-100 Mb/s). No issues whatsoever with hot water. Would absolutely return!
