Farmhouse close to town, fishing and golf

Here you live in your own apartment on a farm, in the middle of a natural area with nice walking paths. 100 m to fishing, 3 km to golf, 500 m to bus that takes you to the city center in Malmö (15 min) and in the other direction to magical Bokskogen (15 min ) By bike you can reach Malmö city center in 40 minutes. There is a bike path all the way to Malmö and Bokskogen. It is easy to turn off the E6 to continue the day after on the target. Amazing nature right on the corner but still close to the city! Wonderful simply!

Annex building with fresh apartment suitable for 2 people. The apartment has a combined kitchen/living room and a separate sleeping area with a double bed (180 cm). The kitchen has two hotplates, fridge with freezer compartment and microwave. Coffee machine available. The apartment is equipped with what you need for easier cooking. Sheets and towels are provided, just come and stay comfortably. Train station is about 1 km away by train to Malmö/Lund/Helsingborg and Ystad/Simrishamn. Bus stop to Malmö is near the house.

En rymlig studio på 24 kvm där du kan koppla av ensam eller i par i detta fridfulla och väl utrustade boende. Funkar också alldeles utmärkt när man är på resande fot med närhet till stan på 25 min med kollektivtrafik ( 7 min gång till bussen). Ni har hela huset för er själva med egen ingång, eget sovrum, badrum samt minikök med stolar och bord. För att få en bra start på dagen så bjuder vi på kaffe och te samt dricksvatten, vattenkokare och kaffekokare finns på plats i huset.

Peaceful&Full Equipped Retreat

Kick back and relax in this peaceful, comfortable space In the area, there are good transport links and proximity to shops as well as Jägersro Center. Bus line 5 that takes you all the way into Malmö Centrum (15-26 minutes). but also to Rosengård Tågstation (8 minutes) which takes you to Hylliestation and famous Emporia in 15 minutes and also to Malmö Central Station in 17 minutes.
