Living room with sofa bed suitable for one adult or 2 children. TV and broadband. The kitchen is equipped with the essentials for cooking and dining for 6 people. Garden with lawn small patio with smaller barbecue.

When you stay here you will have the house for yourselves. A few rooms are private though. It IS included: Floor 2: Bedroom & bathroom, travel bed available. Floor 1: Large living room with fireplace, dining table & TV, kitchen & bathroom. Basement: 150 cm wide sofa bed & extra bed. Washing Machine, Clothes dryer, iron, toilet, shower. Hot tub & sauna costs 50 SEK per occasion. Patio (approx. 7x3.5m) with tables, chairs, umbrella & grill. 600m to Oxie station, 2 stops to Triangeln. 200m to city bus stop 1.

Funkar också alldeles utmärkt när man är på resande fot med närhet till stan på 25 min med kollektivtrafik ( 7 min gång till bussen). Ni har hela huset för er själva med egen ingång, eget sovrum, badrum samt minikök med stolar och bord. För att få en bra start på dagen så bjuder vi på kaffe och te samt dricksvatten, vattenkokare och kaffekokare finns på plats i huset.

Highway is 5 min away and free parking in front of the house is available. There is one queen-size bed for two persons and on the second floor there is two single beds. Longer terms staying guests will have access to laundry room.

Välkomna till vårt gästhus i vacker miljö på landet bara 15 min utanför Malmö centrum. Fridfullt men nära stad, skog, stränder och många av Skånes sevärdheter. Huset är ca 25 m2, nybyggt och modernt. Välutrustat med kök/matrum, badrum, sovrum och sovloft. I anslutning har vi byggt ett orangeri där du kan njuta måltider eller bara koppla av. Vi har en 4x8 m uppvärmd pool som du är välkommen att nyttja. Välkommen!
