The property is just as shown in the photos—beautifully located by the lakeside. It was quite clean overall, though a few areas could use a bit of maintenance. Mr. Aneesh, the property manager, was very helpful and quick to respond to all our needs. It would be even better if the food menu included more local cuisine options.

From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm hospitality and exceptional service by Vinod and his team that made us feel right at home. The highlight of our stay was undoubtedly the food. Every meal was a delightful culinary experience, with fresh, locally-sourced ingredients and beautifully prepared dishes that catered to all tastes. The view from the property is simply breathtaking. Overlooking a large lake, it provided a perfect backdrop for relaxation and unwinding. The place is incredibly calming. The peaceful surroundings, combined with the thoughtful interior design, created an oasis of tranquility. Overall, this Airbnb exceeded all our expectations. Lovely property♥️, perfect for a group of five. The indoor pool in the Naalukett and the interiors deserve special mention. The night sky looked magical. Homely food (only vegetarian) was delicious. We’d go again in a heartbeat.

I'd booked the place for my friends to stay for my engagement function. Everything was amazing and the house was also pretty great! The management took care of all concerns we had and it was an amazing stay.

It was great stay overall. The place was exactly like the pictures. We had a amazing stay. The stay was totally private. There are helpers in the next compound. The view is totally amazing and the pool was cleaned daily. The cleaner helped a lot. if you prefer cooking they have utensils. Limited restaurant choice if you prefer to order food. Perfect for both family and group. We had a great time and recommend everyone to try this place.

We had to book an urgent stay due to a flight delay, and Sathy’s place was an absolute godsend! They went above and beyond to accommodate us, arranging the keys late at night within hours of our booking. The villa was clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described, with all the necessary amenities. Though there were unexpected power cuts due to heavy rains, the helper kindly ensured we had water in the morning, which was greatly appreciated. Sathy’s coordination and responsiveness were outstanding—truly a fantastic host! Thank you for making our unplanned stay so smooth and comfortable. We look forward to staying again (hopefully on a better-planned trip next time 😃). Highly recommended!

It’s a beautiful villa right near the highways which made sightseeing much easier. And it was so spacious we couldn’t find time to explore everything within the house. There are less restaurants nearby on Swiggy but still we can order food. Local attractions like boating, beach and railway station are all 10-15 mins away. Host is responsive and within a call away when needed.

We stayed at Hari’s place for a night. Hari was very detailed and helpful in ensuring we reached the location safely and how to use all the amenities in the house. He went above and beyond with requests we made. The house was very clean and spacious with all amenities you might need. The location is a quaint little village, with cute little paddy fields enroute to the house. The house is right beside a train track with trains passing by every hour or so. We didnt find the noise disturbing but might affect light sleepers. The kid had fun watching the trains pass by from the balcony and the train enthusiast in me enjoyed watching the trains as well. We will remember this night fondly! :)

We had a truly wonderful stay! The location was incredibly serene and peaceful, perfect for a relaxing getaway. The property was beautiful, clean, and well-maintained. The beds were super comfortable, and the kitchen had all the essentials for cooking. A special highlight was the adorable dog, Kittu, who added so much charm to our stay. We were a family group and thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Manu's Villa. The location is perfect—just a short walk from the famous Sree Krishna temple and a Devi temple in Thiruvarppu. Walking to the temple at dawn was a truly divine and calming experience. Thiruvarppu itself is a charming village, peacefully tucked away from the hustle and bustle of city life. The villa itself was very clean—the rooms, linens, bathrooms, and kitchen were all very well maintained. The villa felt like a true home away from home. Manu was incredibly friendly, accommodating, and always just a phone call away. His warm hospitality made us feel well taken care of. We are definitely planning to make this our regular spot whenever we visit again. For longer stays, it would be great to have a caretaker drop by daily to clean, but that’s just a suggestion to make an already wonderful place even better. Overall, it was an exceptional stay that exceeded our expectations. Looking forward to our next visit.

The stay was really good. The host has proactively helped us while we where on the property. The caretaker was there for all our needs. The location was peaceful and beautiful.

The inclusive breakfast was plentiful and filled me up all day and cooked to my personal vegan tastes..nothing was too much trouble for Lili .. Helpful advice from Sreekumar on where to go and how to get there … Will definitely return again.

Beautiful property. The beach is very close to the property and you can really enjoy a private time there with your family. Shamil was really helpful and responsive. He arranged an early checkin for us and was throughout very responsive to all the queries. The caretaker Varghese was very sweet and helpful and arranged whatever we needed during the stay. The nearby restaurants also delivers to the location and Swiggy was also available. Would recommend this if you need to live by beach side and want to have a peaceful time.

The place was as seen in the pictures. Check-in was smooth. Jesso was kind enough to pick us up and drop us off in his car. The rooms are spacious. Kitchen had all the necessary cutlery and appliances. The house is located in a peaceful neighbourhood.

Located in an incredible part of town, literally walking distance to everything if you want to explore, yet very clean and private for a relaxing holiday. Lovely apartment with a homely feel, beautifully furnished and detailed for best comfort. Spacious rooms & living areas, comes with everything you need for long stays, especially the well equipped kitchen and laundry facilities. Our host Mr. John was quick to respond and helpful with accurate communication. He is very accommodating, kind and friendly. Overall one of the nicest guy I've met. 10/10: Want to stay here again and will recommend highly.
