Wir begrüßen Sie herzlich im Weinort Theilheim. Näher kann man der Natur nicht sein. Die nahegelegene Barockstadt Würzburg ist über einen malerischen Radweg (ca. 10 km) zu erreichen. Die ca. 32 m2 große Einzimmer-Ferienwohnung wurde 2024 frisch renoviert (max. für 2 Personen). Zur umfangreichen Ausstattung gehören Backofen, Spülmaschine, 43 Zoll QLED Fernseher, Digitalradio, Föhn uvm. Bettwäsche und Handtücher werden während Ihres Aufenthaltes zur Verfügung gestellt. Brötchenservice optional.

Wir begrüßen gerne Gäste mit Kindern. Auch deinen Hund darfst du sehr gerne mitbringen! Wir warten auf dich direkt an der Mainschleife, sehr idyllisch und dennoch zentral. A70, A7 und A3 -jeweils 15 km, Würzburg, Kitzingen und Schweinfurt jeweils 23 km Unser sehr neugieriger, nicht kastrierter, verschmuster Golden Retriever, der mit uns den Rest des Hauses bewohnt, darf sich frei im Garten bewegen und wird euch öfters freudig begrüßen wollen! Wir freuen uns auf dich ;) ☆

Old village church

The former village church is located in a 1,600 square meter property in the middle of the village of Erbshausen-Sulzwiesen. Surrounded on all sides, it is an ideal retreat without being "out of this world." In the morning sun in front of the sacristy, on the church wall in the afternoon or in the evening under fruit trees. In the lower tower room on the couch, in the upper tower room – the former bell room – while watching the birds. There is always a nice place.

Beautiful apartment from the 16th century

The 500-year-old house was completely renovated in 2021. Enjoy a relaxing evening on the sofa under an elaborately restored stucco ceiling from the Baroque period, take a look at the historical details that can be found throughout the apartment and feel completely at home in the lovingly furnished apartment. Two bedrooms with double bed and separate bathroom, well-equipped kitchen and only 2 minutes' walk from the river bank with swimming bay.

The cozy shepherd's wagon is located in the old town of Margetshöchheim, right on the Main bike hiking trail, just a few steps away from the water. Shopping, a bakery, a swimming lake & the Rococo garden are also nearby. Somewhat hidden, the romantic retreat is a private refuge with a veranda, outdoor shower, herb corner & outdoor kitchen. Surrounded by old walls, cats, chickens & being offline, the ideal place to switch off!
