“Charlie is an awesome host! He has three properties and we have stayed at two of them now. Both have been amazing! Great location, right between Wilmington and Wrightsville Beach! Charlie is very responsive to both the initial booking, any questions and thought the check in and check out process. His properties are always clean and well maintained and it’s almost like we’re at our second home when we stay at his properties. I’d highly recommend his properties and I will definitely be back to stay here again!”

“Lisa's place was beautiful! Incredibly clean, beautifully styled, kept very cool and comfortable and had so many beautiful additions that made it feel like home (some great book options, some basic food in the fridge for making sandwiches, lots of towels, beach chairs... Lisa even offered us a Boogie Board when going to the beach!). I stayed on the patio in the morning and since the house is located up some stairs, it honestly felt a bit like a treehouse. Truly a beautiful place with an incredibly kind, generous, and hospitable host. Honestly... when can I move in?!”
