Holiday rentals with a sauna in Kupa

We loved our stay so much!!! Beautiful, very peaceful location. Perfect sauna. Love the touch of wood and character everywhere!! Zasip is an adorable Slovenian town. If you have a car, this is a great place to base your Slovenian adventures — close to the National park. So many things to do and so much nature to uncover! We loved the view of the castle as well and the WiFi, amenities, etc were amazing. Had good home cooked meals and nice meals out nearby!

We had great stay at Davor’s apartment. Everything was as it was described and Davor was responsibe to our questions. The apartment is well equped and it is very close to the city center. What is important is that it gas a safe parking place right in front of the entrance. This was really nice experience - thank you Davor when we come next time to Zagreb we will definetelly choes again your place. Lidija

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Maruša's apartment! The little details made it feel like a home away from home. Both Maruša and her mum were very friendly and helpful. The sauna was just what we needed after a day out in the cold. We looked forward to returning to the apartment every day to relax and recharge.

We had a wonderful stay here! The apartment is exactly as described, extremely comfortable, with a great shower and beds, and beautiful views. We found it to be the perfect location, offering calm and serenity in the mornings and evenings, while we would then venture out in the car for day trips to sites such as Piran, Postojna, Ljubljana and Vipava. Further, I booked with my mother’s accessibility issues in mind (she has a wheelchair and walking stick) and it was perfect for her, as parking was on the same level as our apartment, and the shower was walk-in. Andreja also kindly provided a shower stool for us on request. We also enjoyed the thoughtful touch of arrival bubbles and local honey, with an incredible Slovenian bee hive located nearby!

It's a nice apartment where you can relax. You can easily go around from there and visit different places. Tadeja is very nice and accommodating. She is very proactive and gives a lot of information.

The stay at Lukas Apartment was absolutely amazing! The apartment is perfectly located close to all important spots and the sea in Rijeka. Everything was clean and lovely, it felt at least like a 4 star hotel. The infrared sauna was top of the notch.

The accommodation was very nice, from the large roof terrace you have a great view of the city and Mate and Martina were very friendly and helpful! The hot tub was already filled and preheated upon arrival, and there was also a welcome plate. So we felt completely comfortable.

Great place, close to the lake within walking distance, great host, clear instructions

We really enjoyed this lovely spot situated on Lake Bled. The location was amazing with a lot of accessible things to do including restaurants, grocery stores, and attractions. The property was as described, clean, spacious, and well equipped. The views were outstanding! Our hosts were responsive and helpful. It is definitely a place that I would recommend to others!

We booked the place for several nights and were very satisfied. The place was clean and modernly furnished. There was everything we needed in terms of amenities. We also liked the wellness area and the layout in the 2-hour slots worked smoothly. The location is simply fantastic - you can be in the hiking area within a few minutes. Those who want to travel here for this reason, among other things, are in the right place. A supermarket and a few restaurants are also within walking distance. In the quiet location of the accommodation, we and our dog felt very comfortable. If we plan to travel to Slovenia again, we would definitely come back. The only drawback: Due to the open shower in the bathroom, you put half the bathroom under water when showering. This might be a little better resolved. Otherwise, everything was great! Communication with the administration was also very good. Thanks also to Katja! :)

We found this conveniently near to Bled Jezero station, but for walking there from the station it is best to find the shortcut up some steps in a garden. It is better to have a car for shopping and eating out. We would love to have tried the sauna and hot tub but didn't have time. Very pleasant compact apartment with all essentials.

We had a fantastic stay! Filip was always available and very helpful, which made our stay very comfortable. The space was comfortable and well appointed. Particularly impressive was the stunning view from the pool – a real highlight! The older gentleman, Filip's father, was just as incredibly friendly and accommodating. We felt completely comfortable and were able to fully enjoy our stay. Filip even left us a little longer in the apartment on the day of departure and showed us all the apartments. A really great place – we'd love to come back!

Leopold and his wife are just great hosts. They are extremely helpful and go the extra mile to help you and show you around the areas as well. I love cycling and leopold took me out on a day of cycling around the whole area while both the wives were going around as well and then they showed us an amazing local place to swim. Overall, they were very helpful and hospitable and we will definitely go there again!

The property was better than the description and photographs suggested. The terrace was lovely with amazing views. The property was spotlessly clean. There was also a vast array of welcome drinks which was greatly appreciated. Alenka was easy to contact and answered questions swiftly. Great place and lovely stay.

Michael is a super responsive and helpful host, the accommodation fully reflected the description and the lake view was superb, I think we'll be back. Also for those who love skiing it is very close to the cable car and a 5-minute walk there is a skating rink and a nature reserve for those who love bird watching with beautiful specimens. The only suggestion I would like to give to Michael is about the bedroom doors that are made of transparent glass and are not the best for privacy, maybe a nice shutter could help. We had a wonderful time in the house and Cvijeta and Ivan were always there for our needs!

A hidden gem close to the lakes. We felt right at home when we arrived. The house is located in the country side, so you have a feeling of being surrounded by nature, while still being close enough to some small towns that have restaurants. It was around 40min drive to the lakes. We loved the jacuzzi and the sauna overlooking the winery, it was great to spend the evenings there. One small remark: the stairs are very small, so if you have any difficulties it might be challenging to go upstairs, but for us this was perfectly fine. I would definitely recommend this place!

The wellness retreat was a real getaway in Slovenia! The place was spotless and surrounded by beautiful nature. The little town had a supermarket with everything you need. The house was beautiful and had a lot of facilities. We made good use of the big and well-equipped kitchen, indoors and outdoors. A BBQ and outdoor stone oven to make real summer meals! The saunas were a real addition to our holiday. Igor always replied really fast to our questions and text and was a very welcoming person.

We had an absolutely wonderfull time at the magnificent house. We are definetly planning to come back as our entire family had a great time. The view from all rooms, as well as the great outdoors facilities made this stay at no time boring. Thank you once again for a great time.... and thank you Aurora for all help while we were there!

The place was great. Contact was very good. Check-in/check-out hassle-free. The location is great, 1 min to the sea with beautiful clear water. Minor “issues” were resolved right away. For example, the gas bottle for grilling was empty, we immediately got a new one the next day. Great! It was a pity that the awning was missing on the terrace, so it was very warm there during the day, so we put an umbrella from the pool on the terrace. It was also a pity that (as I think) the cleaning ladies really dispose of everything or take it with them. As a result, the kitchen is completely empty. No spices, no oil/vinegar, no pepper/salt….. Normally, I am used to the kitchen having a small basic equipment, or unused food from the previous owner remaining in the apartment. No reason to deduct a star for that :)! Maybe a suggestion for improvement for the future. Still 10/10. Thank you!

We had a wonderful relaxing holiday. We really enjoyed our time there on site. The house is designed with love and super tidy and also spotless. Kitchen is super equipped for a stay. Check-in was great and fast. The spa area is of course the highlight. Perfect for spending time for two and just switching off. The host also asked if everything was right or if something should be changed or cleaned. We did not use this as there were so many towels on site that were enough. Nearby about 10 min drive there is also a small free shopping center and Kaufland, Lidl, etc. So this is also perfect. The house was also easy to find, but currently the path is occupied with pebbles and stones. But this is also possible with slow driving. Overall, we had a wonderful time and would definitely come back.

We loved every minute here! The photos do not do it justice – – it’s far more beautiful in person. The views over trees and the water are spell – binding. We would sit and watch as the sky and the water as the light changed. It was very easy to hike up on the Napoleonic way or down to the seaside. The kitchen was great and it was fun to cook with fresh Italian ingredients. I enjoyed a few swims even in cooler weather. But it was particularly a good place for us to hole up and reboot, take a break and get work done. We hope to make this an annual retreat. Petra and Ivan were particularly helpful, and went out of their way to support our stay and even extend it. We are very grateful!

Mariana’s place was perfect for our trip to Plitvice National Park. She greeted us warmly upon arrival with her lovely hospitality. Their property is fresh, up to date, clean and beautifully decorated with interesting touches. Their pride for their town, their home and their guests was evident. We loved the views, the large yard and enjoyed eating outdoors in the patio. She recommended a wonderful restaurant in town. An absolutely wonderful experience, everything you could ask for in a vacation rental. Thank you!! I can’t say enough about how much we loved this place and our hostess.
