Holiday rentals with a sauna in Kupa

We loved our stay so much!!! Beautiful, very peaceful location. Perfect sauna. Love the touch of wood and character everywhere!! Zasip is an adorable Slovenian town. If you have a car, this is a great place to base your Slovenian adventures — close to the National park. So many things to do and so much nature to uncover! We loved the view of the castle as well and the WiFi, amenities, etc were amazing. Had good home cooked meals and nice meals out nearby!

We had great stay at Davor’s apartment. Everything was as it was described and Davor was responsibe to our questions. The apartment is well equped and it is very close to the city center. What is important is that it gas a safe parking place right in front of the entrance. This was really nice experience - thank you Davor when we come next time to Zagreb we will definetelly choes again your place. Lidija

Wir haben wunderschöne Tage in Marušas Wohnung verbracht. Leider konnten wir Maruša nicht persönlich treffen, aber ihr Vater war jederzeit für uns da. Die Wohnung ist sehr gemütlich und komfortabel. Vor allem die Sauna haben wir häufig genutzt. Die Gegend ist sehr idyllisch und ruhig. Sie lädt zu herrlichen Spaziergängen ein. In den Nachbarorten sind einige gute Restaurants, besonders in Bled lässt es sich gut verweilen. Wir geben definitiv 5 ⭐️!

We had a wonderful stay here! The apartment is exactly as described, extremely comfortable, with a great shower and beds, and beautiful views. We found it to be the perfect location, offering calm and serenity in the mornings and evenings, while we would then venture out in the car for day trips to sites such as Piran, Postojna, Ljubljana and Vipava. Further, I booked with my mother’s accessibility issues in mind (she has a wheelchair and walking stick) and it was perfect for her, as parking was on the same level as our apartment, and the shower was walk-in. Andreja also kindly provided a shower stool for us on request. We also enjoyed the thoughtful touch of arrival bubbles and local honey, with an incredible Slovenian bee hive located nearby!

It's a nice apartment where you can relax. You can easily go around from there and visit different places. Tadeja is very nice and accommodating. She is very proactive and gives a lot of information.

The stay at Lukas Apartment was absolutely amazing! The apartment is perfectly located close to all important spots and the sea in Rijeka. Everything was clean and lovely, it felt at least like a 4 star hotel. The infrared sauna was top of the notch.

Die Unterkunft war sehr schön, von der großen Dachterrasse hat man einen tollen Blick auf die Stadt und Mate und Martina waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit! Whirlpool war schon bei der Ankunft befüllt und vorgeheizt, außerdem gab es eine Begrüßungsplatte. Wir haben uns also voll und ganz wohlgefühlt.

Nagyon meg voltunk elégedve mindennel. Könnyű volt a bejutás,minden úgy volt ahogy le volt írva. Ágota mindig gyorsan válaszolt és segített mindenben. Ha erre járunk biztos ide fogunk jönni.

We really enjoyed this lovely spot situated on Lake Bled. The location was amazing with a lot of accessible things to do including restaurants, grocery stores, and attractions. The property was as described, clean, spacious, and well equipped. The views were outstanding! Our hosts were responsive and helpful. It is definitely a place that I would recommend to others!

Wir haben die Unterkunft für mehrere Nächte gebucht und waren sehr zufrieden. Der Unterkunft war sauber und modern eingerichtet. An Ausstattung war dort alles vorhanden, was wir benötigt haben. Der Wellness-Bereich hat uns ebenfalls gefallen und die Aufteilung in den 2-Stunden Slots hat problemlos funktioniert. Die Lage ist einfach traumhaft - man ist innerhalb weniger Minuten im Wandergebiet. Wer u. a. aus diesem Grund hier hier reisen möchte, ist genau richtig. Ein Supermarkt und ein paar Restaurants sind ebenfalls fußläufig erreichbar. In der ruhigen Lage der Unterkunft haben wir und unser Hund uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Sollten wir nochmal planen, nach Slowenien zu reisen, würden wir definitiv wiederkommen. Das Einzige Manko: Durch die offene Dusche im Badezimmer setzt man beim duschen das halbe Bad unter Wasser. Dies könnte eventuell ein wenig besser gelöst sein. Ansonsten war alles Top! Die Kommunikation mit der Verwaltung war ebenfalls sehr gut. Danke auch an Katja! :)

We found this conveniently near to Bled Jezero station, but for walking there from the station it is best to find the shortcut up some steps in a garden. It is better to have a car for shopping and eating out. We would love to have tried the sauna and hot tub but didn't have time. Very pleasant compact apartment with all essentials.

Wir hatten einen fantastischen Aufenthalt! Filip war immer erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit, was unseren Aufenthalt sehr angenehm gemacht hat. Die Unterkunft war komfortabel und gut ausgestattet. Besonders beeindruckend war die atemberaubende Aussicht vom Pool – ein echtes Highlight! Der ältere Herr, Filip’s Vater, war ebenso unglaublich freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt und konnten unseren Aufenthalt in vollen Zügen genießen. Filip hat uns sogar am Abreisetag etwas länger im Apartment gelassen und uns alle Apartments gezeigt.Eine wirklich tolle Unterkunft – wir kommen gerne wieder!

Leopold and his wife are just great hosts. They are extremely helpful and go the extra mile to help you and show you around the areas as well. I love cycling and leopold took me out on a day of cycling around the whole area while both the wives were going around as well and then they showed us an amazing local place to swim. Overall, they were very helpful and hospitable and we will definitely go there again!

The property was better than the description and photographs suggested. The terrace was lovely with amazing views. The property was spotlessly clean. There was also a vast array of welcome drinks which was greatly appreciated. Alenka was easy to contact and answered questions swiftly. Great place and lovely stay.

Michael è un host super reattivo e disponibile l’alloggio rispecchiava pienamente la descrizione e la vista sul lago era superba penso ritorneremo . Inoltre per chi ama sciare è vicinissimo all’ovovia e a 5 min a piedi c’è una pista di pattinaggio e una riserva naturale per chi ama il bird watch con bellissimi esemplari . L’unico suggerimento che vorrei dare a Michael riguarda le porte delle stanze da letto che sono in vetro trasparente e non sono il massimo per la privacy magari una tapparella carina potrebbe aiutare . Comunque grazie di tutto e a presto .

We had a wonderful time in the house and Cvijeta and Ivan were always there for our needs!

A hidden gem close to the lakes. We felt right at home when we arrived. The house is located in the country side, so you have a feeling of being surrounded by nature, while still being close enough to some small towns that have restaurants. It was around 40min drive to the lakes. We loved the jacuzzi and the sauna overlooking the winery, it was great to spend the evenings there. One small remark: the stairs are very small, so if you have any difficulties it might be challenging to go upstairs, but for us this was perfectly fine. I would definitely recommend this place!

The wellness retreat was a real getaway in Slovenia! The place was spotless and surrounded by beautiful nature. The little town had a supermarket with everything you need. The house was beautiful and had a lot of facilities. We made good use of the big and well-equipped kitchen, indoors and outdoors. A BBQ and outdoor stone oven to make real summer meals! The saunas were a real addition to our holiday. Igor always replied really fast to our questions and text and was a very welcoming person.

We had an absolutely wonderfull time at the magnificent house. We are definetly planning to come back as our entire family had a great time. The view from all rooms, as well as the great outdoors facilities made this stay at no time boring. Thank you once again for a great time.... and thank you Aurora for all help while we were there!

Die Unterkunft war super. Kontakt war sehr gut. Check-in/Check-out problemlos. Die Lage ist toll, 1min zum Meer mit wunderschönen klaren Wasser. Kleine „Probleme“ wurden sofort behoben. Beispielsweise war die Gasflasche zum Grillen leer, wir haben sofort am nächsten Tag eine neue bekommen. Top! Etwas schade war, dass das Sonnensegel auf der Terrasse gefehlt hat, dadurch war es dort am Tag sehr warm, darum haben wir einen Schirm vom Pool auf die Terrasse gestellt. Auch etwas Schade war, dass (wie ich denke) die Putzfrauen wirklich alles entsorgen oder mitnehmen. Dadurch ist die Küche komplett leer. Keine Gewürze, kein Öl/Essig, kein Pfeffer/Salz….. Normalerweise bin ich gewohnt, dass die Küche eine kleine Grundausstattung hat, oder nicht verbrauchte Lebensmittel vom Vorbesitzer in der Wohnung bleiben. Kein Grund deswegen einen Stern abzuziehen :)! Vielleicht ein Verbesserungsvorschlag für die Zukunft. Trotzdem 10/10. Danke!

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen erholsamen Urlaub. Wir haben die Zeit dort vor Ort sehr genossen. Das Haus ist mit Liebe gestaltet und super ordentlich und auch makellos. Die Küche ist super ausgestattet für einen Aufenthalt. Check in verlief super und schnell. Der Spa-Bereich ist natürlich das Highlight. Perfekt um Zeit zu zweit zu verbringen und einfach mal abzuschalten. Die Gastgeberin hat auch erfragt ob alles passt oder ob etwas gewechselt oder geputzt werden soll. Wir haben dies nicht in Gebrauch genommen, da so viele Handtücher vor Ort waren, die gereicht haben. In der Nähe ca. 10 min Autofahrt gibt es auch ein kleines freies Einkaufszentrum und Kaufland, Lidl etc. Also auch dies ist perfekt. Das Haus war auch einfach zu finden, nur aktuell ist der Weg mit Kies und Steinen belegt. Mit langsamen fahren geht dies aber auch. Im großen und Ganzen hatten wir eine wundervolle Zeit und würden aufjedenfall wieder kommen.

We loved every minute here! The photos do not do it justice – – it’s far more beautiful in person. The views over trees and the water are spell – binding. We would sit and watch as the sky and the water as the light changed. It was very easy to hike up on the Napoleonic way or down to the seaside. The kitchen was great and it was fun to cook with fresh Italian ingredients. I enjoyed a few swims even in cooler weather. But it was particularly a good place for us to hole up and reboot, take a break and get work done. We hope to make this an annual retreat. Petra and Ivan were particularly helpful, and went out of their way to support our stay and even extend it. We are very grateful!

Mariana’s place was perfect for our trip to Plitvice National Park. She greeted us warmly upon arrival with her lovely hospitality. Their property is fresh, up to date, clean and beautifully decorated with interesting touches. Their pride for their town, their home and their guests was evident. We loved the views, the large yard and enjoyed eating outdoors in the patio. She recommended a wonderful restaurant in town. An absolutely wonderful experience, everything you could ask for in a vacation rental. Thank you!! I can’t say enough about how much we loved this place and our hostess.
