Landhaus Marga 1887

With attention to detail, we have completely renovated this house, which is over 100 years old. We reused as much of the old materials as possible or worked with natural materials, such as clay plaster, furniture made of wood in our own construction, the sink was hand-potted by me and mounted on an old sewing machine frame. So we tried to give this house its very own charm and character. Living space: approx. 120 square meters Property approx. 600 sqm

At the foot of Walberla in Franconian Switzerland you will find our apartment. We are located in the triangle between Nuremberg, Bamberg and Bayreuth, each about 35 km away. Ideal starting point for excursions, hikes and bike rides with direct connection of cycling and hiking trails at your doorstep. 300m away is the train station (hourly hourly). An electric gas station is about 200 m away. Shopping is nearby. Bakery, butcher about 500 m.

Our lovingly furnished apartment is located in a quiet residential area on the outskirts of Kirchehrenbach. The apartment is 38 square meters and is located in the basement of a detached house. It has a separate entrance and outdoor seating. There is space for 2 people. The kitchen-living room is a walk-through room from the bedroom to the bathroom. The apartment is fully furnished. A parking space is available in front of the property.

The apartment is located at the entrance to Franconian Switzerland. There are many attractions such as the castle ruin Neideck, the Walberla, numerous caves and viewpoints. There is also the possibility for climbing, archery, boat tours, motor and gliding.

Quiet studio, 10 minutes to the center (U1)

A former attic in a charming old building was converted into a studio with attention to detail in 2016. There is hardly anything in it that can be bought like this. A small roof exit overlooks the rooftops of Nuremberg. In the cozy and unique room you feel right at home and can enjoy the tranquility. Centrally located yet very quiet, the center of Nuremberg can be reached in 10 minutes by U-Bahn [subway].

Our apartment in the attic, on a farm, is located at the gateway to Franconian Switzerland between Forchheim, Erlangen and Bayreuth. The apartment has a lot of comfort.
