Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Kumbor

Great stay ! We loved our time at Nensi's. She was very helpful and friendly. The apartment had all the amenities that any traveller could ask for and more ! We loved the luxury of having a washing machine, Nespresso machine and a cosy living space after a long time on the road. Added bonus of having a private parking space for the car and also that it's a super short 5 minutes walk to the old town. There is a shopping mall nearby should you need anything from the supermarket or pharmacy. The common terrace just off the living room was heavenly and perfect for breakfast before exploring the town.. Would recommend to everyone from a couple to a family for a stay. And we will be back again Nensi!!

A beautiful property. Boštjan was very helpful and checked in occasionally to see if there was anything we needed. The free beer and wine provided on arrival was a nice touch after a day of travel.

Fantastisch verblijf op een unieke plek aan de Montenegrijnse kust! Wij verbleven hier begin juni met ons gezin (2 volwassenen, een kleuter en een baby) en het was werkelijk een droomplek om onze vakantie te starten. Het huis ligt op een rustige heuvel met uitzicht over de natuur en ligt strategisch tussen Tivat, Kotor en de mooie stranden van Luštica. Het huis zelf is sfeervol, goed uitgerust en erg schoon. Alles was aanwezig voor een comfortabel verblijf – van keukenapparatuur tot handdoeken. Onze host had alles duidelijk gecommuniceerd en Rosa stond bij aankomst klaar om ons welkom te heten. Heel prettig na een lange reis! Wat voor ons echt het verschil maakte: • De rust en ruimte rondom het huis • Mooie stranden (zoals Plavi Horizonti en Zanjice) op korte rijafstand • Goede uitvalsbasis voor dagtrips naar Kotor, Tivat en Herceg Novi Zeker een aanrader voor gezinnen die Montenegro willen ontdekken in een authentieke en ontspannen omgeving. Its a nice little spotless studio flat. Perfect for couples and couples with a kid. Host is friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend.

Dank voor het geweldige verblijf! Het uitzicht is subliem. De locatie is centraal; verschillende leuke plekken zijn (per bus) goed te bereiken. Eetplekjes dichtbij, supermarkt voor het hoognodige in de buurt. Vooral de gastvrijheid van Jelena en Nikolai was de kers op de taart. Het begon al met een warm welkom. Je kan voor al je vragen en tips terecht, maar ook voor een gewoon gezellig praatje. We mochten proeven van de eigen gemaakte ‘womens’ en uiteindelijk ‘stronger’ likeur en hier werd uitgebreid over gedeeld. Vonden wij een erg leuke aanvulling op ons verblijf. Al met al echt een aanrader voor een leuke, ontspannen en gezellige plek! Dank!

Perast is the most magical place we have been and the stone house adds to that. For a group it is well equipped, has lots of different spaces to hang out and relax and has amazing views. It is a very short walk into the village. We hope to be back one day to enjoy it for longer!

Alex harika biri. Evin konumu Old Town a 10 dk yürüme mesafesinde. Evin garajı olması büyük ayrıcalık. Ev gayet temiz ve konumunu beğendik. Civarında market yemek yerleri vardı. Hepsinin dışında Alex her konuda yardımcı oldu bize, gezilecek yerleri anlatıyor bir sıkıntınız olunca ilgileniyor çok memnun kaldık herşey için teşekkürler Alex.

Aneta was an incredible host she personally came to pick us up from the airport, which was such a thoughtful gesture. The house was absolutely stunning, exactly as described but even better in person. It offered breathtaking views of the sea, and we enjoyed a couple of swims during our stay. The place was spotless, beautifully maintained, and equipped with every amenity we could need. Aneta was extremely helpful throughout our visit, and I would highly recommend staying here.

firstly, the apartment was pristine. Goranas parents were so lovely and welcoming and bought us lots of lovely treats in the form of delicious food and drink over the course of our stay. As well as this they were just lovely hosts and really made us feel at home straight away. The pier by the beach is so so peaceful and relaxing and the water was beautiful. the apartment is within walking distance of two lovely restaurants that are on the water as well as a lovely village and the roman mosaics. I would recommend a hire car if you are visiting as it allowed us the freedom to go and visit places outside of Risan. Risan and Montenegro are very beautiful and unlike any place I have visited before. 1000% recommend.

We had an amazing 3 week stay here :) you can walk 10 paces and jump in the water, it’s amazing. We were working while we were here, and the wifi was strong and the balcony was a perfect workspace with an amazing view. We would definitely come stay again :)

Die Unterkunft in Orahovac ist ein absoluter Traum! Super ausgestattet, makellos sauber und die Aussicht ist einfach spektakulär. Die Kommunikation mit Jan-Simon war super unkompliziert und total freundlich, er hat sich auch nach uns erkundigt und die Tipps von Olga waren Gold wert. Der Pool ist schön groß, man muss nur ein bisschen auf die (total harmlosen und sehr friedlichen) Bienen aufpassen, da nebenan viele Bienenstöcke stehen. Ich würde diese Unterkunft jedem empfehlen, der an der Kotor Bay Urlaub machen möchte und jederzeit selbst wiederkommen.

We had a wonderful stay, the apartment is beautiful. We were given clear instructions on collecting the key and the apartment was spotlessly clean. Great location, loads of lovely restaurants in walking distance of the apartment. We hired a car and there are plenty of places to visit. Apartment had everything we needed, very spacious and had the most amazing views . The host checked in with us making sure all was ok. We would highly recommend staying at this apartment.

We had a wonderful stay. The view from this apartment is breathtaking. It’s out of town enough to be quiet and not too hectic, but an easy stroll away, saving you from fighting through traffic and parking hassles as Kotor Main Street is very busy. The apartment was well appointed and had everything we need, plus lots of extra touches (coffee pods, toiletries, washing powder etc). The washer and dryer was such a blessing and the private parking space made for an stress-free arrival. Friendly and responsive host, great communication and helped straight away when we had an issue. Would highly recommend.

Un petit coin de paradis très bien situé, au calme et avec un magnifique petit ponton privé pour se baigner (ce qui est le véritable atout de cet appartement). Le cadre est idyllique. Beaucoup de restaurants ainsi qu’une supérette juste à côté. Tout était très propre. Les hôtes sont très accueillants et serviables. Nous avons adoré pouvoir bénéficier d’un parking privé pour la voiture ce qui était très important pour nous et indispensable dans cette région. Nous avons passé un magnifique séjour et recommanderions ce lieu sans hésitation à n’importe lequel de nos amis !

Rooftop avec vue imprenable. Il vaut mieux descendre en voiture pour rejoindre le sentier côtier bordé de restaurants. Bonne continuation à vous deux 👋

What a charming, thoughtfully furnished, equipped and well located flat in Perast. Nikola was incredibly helpful and very responsive to my questions. The stone walls of this lovely flat keep it nice and cool during these hot & sunny days (and there is a/c if needed). Everything is as described and shown in the photos and the central location is fantastic and just steps from the ferries to go to the nearby islands. Thank you so much for a very relaxing, effortless stay!

Parfait. Un peu loin de kotor à pied. Mais nous avions la voiture. Un peu tout terrain mais ensuite c’est parfait. L’appartement est top. Merci.

Harika bir 3 gün geçirdik ailem ile birlikte. Mükemmel konumda her yere yarım saatlik araba mesafesi hem de tam ortada bir konumda. Temiz bir evdi. Biz cok memnun kaldık. Ilıja bizimle son ana kadar ilgilendi. Herkese tavsiye ederim. :)

Irena is an incredible host. She provided so much support and information, and made us feel like friends. She shared valuable information on places to see and nice beaches. She went above and beyond! We highly recommend her place!

Wunderschöner Aufenthalt mit traumhafter Aussicht Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in der Unterkunft! Die Aussicht von Terrasse und Balkon auf das Meer und den Pool war atemberaubend – wirklich ein Highlight. Morinj ist perfekt für einen entspannten Urlaub mit Kindern: Es gibt einen Stadtstrand mit Liegen für 5 €, aber auch einen ruhigeren Luxusstrand mit Bar und komfortableren Liegen für 20 €. Zwei schöne Cafés sind ebenfalls fußläufig erreichbar – besonders zu empfehlen ist das Café direkt am Wasser: leckeres Essen, toller Kaffee und eine entspannte Atmosphäre. Alles, was man braucht, ist vor Ort: ein Supermarkt, ein kleiner Kiosk und zahlreiche Möglichkeiten zur Freizeitgestaltung. Am Strand kann man Kajaks, SUPs oder Boote mieten – ideal für kleine Abenteuer auf dem Wasser. Das Essen war überall frisch und lecker. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und können den Aufenthalt absolut empfehlen!

Absolutely an amazing place. Well presented and kept, like in the description. Close amenities, walkable, friendly and great cuisine at a short distance. The view from the penthouse is stunning. We've just had an amazing stay at Jovana's. The apartment is decorated beautifully and was extremely clean. The highlight though was the terrace which has the most beautiful view across the bay, I could've sat there all day watching the world go by! We managed to find the apartment relatively easily and it was perfect having the parking garage to park our rental car. It's an easy and quick walk to Kotor old town which is stunning and has so many restaurants/shops. Though of course with the apartment being uphill, the walk back was tougher, but still not too bad! Jovana was extremely pleasant to communicate with and very accommodating with our schedule. Overall, a perfect stay and would recommend to all! 🙂
