Newly renovated and renovated 2 room basement apartment in the countryside. The apartment is in the district of Höferänger and offers a perfect starting point for hikes/snow tours/ski tours in the Franconian Forest and Fichtelgebirge. Parking is available free of charge, parking for bicycles is also available. The bike path is right in front of the grounds. Kulmbach center is about 5 km away. The cities of Bayreuth and Kronach are in 30 and 20 minutes, respectively. Travel time.

I had a wonderful stay at Nadine and her family’s place. They were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home. The location is calm and peaceful, beautifully surrounded by nature—perfect for a relaxing getaway. A very great little cottage furnished with a lot of love and super clean, small cottage. The location is quiet and perfect as a starting point for excursions of any kind. Everything was as described and the check in/out due to the uncomplicated communication with Josef extremely easy and flexible. Absolutely recommended!

We were here for the third time and look forward to the next time! Cozy, functional and everything you need is available. The location is unique and even in bad weather you can comfortably get under the canopy and start the grill. I would be happy to come back.

Great well-kept one-room apartment with separate bathroom. Very beautiful and tastefully divided and furnished. Everything very clean and modern. Own entrance with seating in front of the house for breakfast, etc. Very nice landlords. In the countryside, in a great location. Small village with felt like 15 /20 houses. Nearest place / shopping easily accessible but car necessary. And and our son ( 5 ) loved it and he wants to go right back on his birthday 😅
