Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Kukljica

We had a great stay! The apartment was spotless. You really can’t beat the location, right in the heart of Zadar, with everything from cafes to historic sites just a short walk away. While the outside of the building might not win any beauty contests, the interior is modern, cozy, and well taken care of.

Lovely apartment, nice and clean and just as shown in the photos. We were left with everything we could need (e.g. hairdryers and straighteners, toothbrush etc). The apartment was well situated, only a 10-15 minute walk to Kolovore beach and a 20-30 minute walk to the old town. A interspar supermarket is 10 minutes walk as is Zadar bus station (ideal for day trips). Vlaho was a great host with very prompt communication, and very helpful with anything we needed. Couldn’t recommend more :)

Staying at Andreja’s place was an absolute delight! She is truly an exceptional host, going above and beyond to ensure a perfect stay. From the moment we arrived, Andreja provided us with wonderful recommendations for local activities and dining, which made our experience even more enjoyable. The accommodation itself was beautiful, spotless, and equipped with everything we could possibly need. It’s clear that a lot of thought and care went into every detail of the space, making it both comfortable and stylish. What truly set this stay apart was the incredible welcome package that Andreja provided. I highly recommend staying at Andreja’s place to anyone visiting the area. You won’t be disappointed!

Extremely great view, Josep picked us up from the Airport and was very nice and responsive as well, giving us restaurant recommendations all around the city. The owner of Belmont Realty is also extremely responsive and ensures a great stay! 10/10 can recommend

L'appartement est génial, tout est très soigné, avec une propreté remarquable. Un appartement luxueux où on s'y sent bien. L'équipement est complet. Le lieu est calme, vous dormirez bien, grand placard dans la chambre. Cuisine bien équipée, balcon spacieux, le salon est agréable, belle salle de bain, le seul inconvénient est la douche, faible pente pour l'écoulement, l'eau ne se vide pas assez vite et elle peut envahir très vite la pièce. Vielen lieben Dank! Wir haben uns in der Villa sehr wohl gefühlt und es hat an Nichts gefehlt! Um zum Strand zu kommen braucht man allerdings ein Fahrrad oder Auto. Auch sollte man verschiedene Strände in der Umgebung ausprobieren, um für sich den „Richtigen“ (z.B. Sand, Stein, Café, Sportangebote…) zu finden.

We had such a wonderful stay at Villa Fiore. Katarina and Predrag could not have been more hospitable, friendly and helpful. The villa was spacious, modern, immaculately clean, the en-suites from every bedroom made life much easier for us and the kitchen was very well equipped. The pool and outdoor space was amazing and the sunsets stunning. In terms of location, the villa was ideal for us - we hired a car and Zadar city centre was easily accessible in 20 minutes. We reached Plitvice Lakes within 2 hours and visited beaches nearby too. There was a well-stocked Tommy supermarket and bakery within 5km and there was a fantastic mall within 15 minutes drive (called Supernova), which was great for souvenirs etc. I must mention the BQQ - Predrag is an expert and his offer is not to be missed! Diese Wohnung hat alles was man braucht. Wir waren mehr als zufrieden und glücklich unseren Urlaub da verbringen zu dürfen. :-) Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich, gut erreichbar und haben uns super nett empfangen. Ana was super friendly and went above and beyond as a great host. I felt very much looked after, super accommodating, the place was perfect and a great start to my holiday. Great place with everything you could want for a relaxing holiday. Hosts were super helpful and even provided a travel cot and highchair for our little one. Would recommend having a car to get to town but can easily/cheaply park to get into the old town. Ubers were also very available and good value.

Goran and his wife Nikolina were truly exceptional hosts. From the moment we arrived, they made us feel completely at home. Their warmth, hospitality, and attention to detail made our stay incredibly comfortable and memorable. It’s rare to meet people who go above and beyond with such genuine care — they didn’t just host us, they welcomed us like family. Thank you both for creating such a wonderful experience — we’ll carry the memories with us for a long time! The property is top notch with private garden and jacuzzi! Worth each penny!

Ottima esperienza, l’appartamento corrisponde perfettamente alla descrizione, tutto è curato e pulito. A pochi passi dal mare (spiaggia in cemento) e da una spiaggia di sabbia. Il paese con alimentari e ristoranti si raggiunge con una passeggiata di 15 minuti. Gentilissima e disponibile la famiglia host. Consigliato al 100%!

The communication with the host was excellent during my 3 months in Zadar, and he was very attentive and understanding throughout my stay and all the situations. The apartment is beautifully decorated and has everything I needed. The balcony is even larger than it appeared in the photos. I highly recommend this place and Marko as a host.

The accommodation is great and looks exactly like the photos, the check-in was flexible which was very convenient for us. Communication was super nice and quick and Šime gave us some tips for our stay!

Die Unterkunft liegt genau richtig! In der Altstadt dennoch sehr ruhig. Die Wohnung liegt auf der 4. Etage eines Mehrfamilienhauses ohne Aufzug, jedoch war das für uns kein Problem. Die Gastgeberin ist sehr freundlich und hat uns persönlich empfangen und unsere Fragen beantwortet. Wir konnten Kleinigkeiten kochen, ohne Einschränkungen. Das, was mich persönlich besonders gefallen hat, ist das saubere große Badezimmer. Die Unterkunft ist sehr zu empfehlen!

The host made us feel very welcome when checking in. The apartment is located in a peaceful neighborhood, only a 10 minute walk from the centre. It’s furnished beautifully and was completely spotless. We had a lovely stay and would definitely recommend this place to anyone who wants a relaxing vacation or is looking to explore the town of Zadar.

This brand new villa was the perfect stay for us with 4 young children. Maja was an extremely responsive host at all times and was very kind. The Villa had ample parking for two cars and was easily accessed. The space itself is just like in the photos with everything you could need for your stay! We had a car so drove to the old town where parking was easy enough everywhere. I would definitely recommend Majas villa to others. Thanks for the gorgeous stay!
