We spent 6 nights here and they where lovely. wonderful bathroom and shower. kitchen was perfect for what we wanted and bed was comfy with extra bedding and pillows as needed. It feels very safe right next to the hosts home. There's access to a beautiful garden and walk able to a lovely beach. Danijela is a wonderful host, very attentive.

Wir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt. Man benötigt aber definitiv ein Auto. Die Unterkunft war makellos sauber. Die Küche war auch super ausgestattet. Das Bett super bequem und hat toll geduftet. Der Pool hat eine entspannte Größe und war auch top sauber. Alles in allem war es ein wunderschöner Aufenthalt und kommen gerne wieder 🥰

Very calm and cozy place. The bed was really comfortable, and overall we had a pleasant stay. We did find that the dishes weren’t clean enough to use, and there was no soap in the bathroom. But aside from that, everything else was great. I’d recommend it!

Ana und ihr Mann waren sehr nett von Beginn an. Das Haus war wunderschön, besonders der Whirlpool hat es uns angetan. Die Lage ist super, man läuft 5 min zum Supermarkt und 10min zum Strand und hat auch eine tolle Busanbindung nach Zadar. Insgesamt war es ein richtig toller Trip !

Super lokalizacja, przy samym morzu,blisko piekarnia i restauracje, w mieszkaniu wszystko co potrzebne. Spokojna okolica

Lídia nagyon kedves házigazda, mindenben segített, nagyon-nagyon jól éreztük magunkat. A környezet szép és csendes, a tenger két perc sétával elérhető. A ház felszereltsége kifogástalan.

Wir durften vier Tage in dieser wunderschönen Unterkunft verbringen und haben uns unglaublich wohlgefühlt. Die Lage ist etwas abgelegen und wunderbar ruhig – dennoch ist man in nur einer halben Stunde in Zadar, umgeben von traumhaften Olivenhainen. Die Terrasse mit dem großen Grill verleiht den Abenden das gewisse Etwas. Die Unterkunft ist geräumig und mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen angenehmen, auch längeren Aufenthalt braucht. Goran und seine Familie haben ganze Arbeit geleistet – so freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeber erlebt man selten. Wir suchten etwas Besonderes, und Goran hat dafür all seine Verbindungen genutzt. Am Abreisetag hat er uns völlig unerwartet überrascht – und unsere Suche damit beendet. 😊 Wow... Wir waren sprachlos und begeistert vom Einsatz der ganzen Familie! ❤️ Ein wunderbarer Ort, um Abende am Grill zu geniessen, in der Nähe von Zadar shoppen zu gehen oder Spaziergänge durch die Olivenhaine zu machen. Wir würden sofort wiederkommen! DANKE

We had such a wonderful stay at Villa Fiore. Katarina and Predrag could not have been more hospitable, friendly and helpful. The villa was spacious, modern, immaculately clean, the en-suites from every bedroom made life much easier for us and the kitchen was very well equipped. The pool and outdoor space was amazing and the sunsets stunning. In terms of location, the villa was ideal for us - we hired a car and Zadar city centre was easily accessible in 20 minutes. We reached Plitvice Lakes within 2 hours and visited beaches nearby too. There was a well-stocked Tommy supermarket and bakery within 5km and there was a fantastic mall within 15 minutes drive (called Supernova), which was great for souvenirs etc. I must mention the BQQ - Predrag is an expert and his offer is not to be missed! Wir hatten einen super Aufenthalt in der Unterkunft. Es war alles top sauber,alles vorhanden und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.Die Lage und Aussicht waren toll.Nicht direkt im Trubel und dennoch alles super zu Fuß erreichbar. Bars,Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe. Für 6 Personen genügend Platz.

Matija was an exemplary host. Everything was superb from start to finish. We loved the quiet location but with such easy access to old Zadar. The pool was perfect, beautiful villa, super clean, everything provided. Sad to leave. Highly recommended

Wir hatten eine großartige Zeit in der Unterkunft - alles war perfekt und wie auf den Bildern und der Beschreibung dargestellt. Super modern, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und das Haus hat alles, was man braucht. Mirjana war immer erreichbar und sehr flexibel beim Checkin und Checkout, einfach toll. Vielen Dank noch einmal für alles!

Thankyou Ana for the stay in your lovely apartment in Bibinje. We cannot recommend this host and place more. Very kind and helpful and the location it literally on the doorstep of the harbour and beach, shops and bars. Very reasonable and easy to get to Zadar by taxi or bus. But there’s also everything you need here. Clean apartment, a good size and a lovely little pool with your own private sitting space. We are already looking forward to coming back soon. A first class host! 👌

Das Cottage entspricht zu 100% den gemachten Angaben und Fotos. Ein sehr schöner Rückzugsort, wenn man nicht inmitten des Treibens von z. B. Zadar sein möchte. Die Unterkunft war absolut sauber und sehr gut eingerichtet und ausgestattet. Sanja hat uns als Gastgeberin persönlich in Empfang genommen und uns alles gezeigt. Die Küche hat eigentlich alles, was man für den täglichen Bedarf benötigt. Waschmaschine sowie Bügeleisen sorgen dafür, dass man auch zwischendurch mal etwas reinigen kann. Durch das eingezäunte Grundstück super mit Hund, da er sich frei bewegen konnte. Betten sehr bequem, Pool auch von der Größe her absolut ausreichend. Es muss einem bewusst sein, dass man hier immer ein Auto braucht, um einzukaufen oder auswärts essen zu gehen. Die Altstadt von Zadar ist in 20 Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar und absolut sehenswert. Gute Restaurants, sehr freundliche und tierliebe Menschen. Generell sehr gute Verkehrsanbindung in alle Richtungen. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

It is a beautiful and really well-equipped apartment, located in a quiet, cozy area. The exterior with a heated swimming pool (cleaned every early morning) and a gas-fuelled barbecue grill lets you relax and enjoy your holidays. The small playground for kids is also great, although it needs a little bit more shadow. There are 2 small markets in the area, a beach is located ~10 mins walk from the apartment (quite downhill), there are also local neighbours who can provide you fresh delicious vegetables and fruits - and some homemade Rakija too ;). The apartment's manager was helpful and available every time we needed his help. Overall, the apartment is definitely worth the price if you're looking for a quiet, sunny place to spend your vacation time.

Das Häuschen ist so, wie auf den Bildern dargestellt. Sehr gemütlich und perfekt für einen Urlaub. Das Grundstück ist riesig und bietet einen schönen Ausblick auf die Natur. Man ist ungestört und gelangt von dort mit dem Auto innerhalb von Max. 30 Minuten nach Zadar. Andrea war per immer schnell zu erreichen und sehr gastfreundlich. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Einfach empfehlenswert!! ☺️

Nasz wyjazd był bardzo udany. Idealne miejsce dla większej grupy osób, nas było 8. Duzy ogród zapewniał swobodę i sprawił dużo frajdy naszym dzieciom. Miejsce do grillowania spokojnie pomieściło nas wszystkich. Z czystym sumieniem mogę polecić dom i Jelene jako gospodynie.

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment near Zadar. The location is perfect—Sukošan is a beautiful and peaceful place, especially outside the busy season. The apartment was spotless, tidy, and just a short walk from the sea. We really enjoyed the beach—it’s perfect for sunbathing or a relaxing stroll. Our host, the lovely Marina, and her family were absolutely amazing. Marina was incredibly attentive, always quick to respond to our messages, and very thoughtful—she even offered us a late check-out before we had the chance to ask. She was so warm and welcoming throughout our stay. And we can’t forget her adorable dog, Alex—such a cutie! We’d definitely recommend Marina’s place to our friends and would love to come back ourselves.

Der Aufenthalt bei Marija war super schön und erholsam. Das Haus ist sehr gemütlich und liebevoll eingerichtet. Der Garten ist wunderschön, es gibt viele Feigen- und Olivenbäume unter denen Mann gemütlich sitzen kann. Der Pool im Garten war sehr erfrischend und hat für eine perfekte morgendliche Abkühlung gesorgt. Restaurants am Hafen sowie Badestellen sind innerhalb von wenigen Fußminuten zu erreichen und es gibt einen Parkplatz für ein Auto, falls der Rest der Insel erkundet werden will. Das einzige ist, dass das 5. Bett im Wohnzimmer/Küche ist, was das ausschlafen dort etwas schwierig gemacht hat. Alles in allem eine sehr sehr schöne Woche!! Wir werden wiederkommen!

La maison est très bien située, face à la mer et à proximité directe du village qui comprend plusieurs restaurants et mini market (à 2 minutes à pied). Elle est très confortable, fonctionnelle et elle dispose de 2 minis jardins de chaque coté de la maison. Selon l'heure, vous choisissez celle qui convient le mieux ! Ll'accueil par Emil a été très chaleureux.

Cornelis's apartment was so lovely! Very clean and comfortable. Perfect location as restaurants nearby and a short taxi ride from Zadar. Cornelis and Dina were great hosts and gave us lots of recommendations. I would definitely go back here!

Die Unterkunft sieht nicht top aus ,man kann auch super dort schlafen. Bett ist top, schöner Ausblick von der Terrasse ,Küche top ausgestattet. Man fühlt sich wie zuhause dank Slavka. Wir kommen definitiv wieder 🦆🦆

Beautiful place, great apartment, right on the waterfront, with a great view of the place of Sali. We felt like at home. And what can I say about the host Dinko. Always cheerful and smiling, and ready to help. I felt like we had known each other for years. I hope we will come again.

we had an amazing stay on ošljak! Absolutely beautiful quiet Island with amazing spots to go swimming or diving. The hosts were very friendly and helpful, Marco was even kind enough to pick us up from preko one time :)
