Holiday rentals with a patio in Kukljica

The place was lovely! Elena Papa welcomed us warmly and we were delighted with the Apartment and the incredibly beautiful balcony! The nearby beach is a concrete beach, which was unfavorable for us with three children, but nearby, a 3-minute drive away, was the next coarse gravel beach. I highly recommend the accommodation!

A cozy place, perfect for a short rest. Everything as described, contact with the host quick and hassle-free. Great location – close to shops and public transport. I definitely recommend it!

Top location and quality/price ratio

A very nice penthouse with a beautiful view of the sea. Nicely decorated and comes with a very enjoyable jacuzzi and sauna. Within walking distance to the beach for swimming. Monika is an excellent host and responds very quickly if you have questions.

A great place to unwind. The apartment actually looks even better than in the photos. Unimaginable cleanliness, you can even eat off the floor ;) Lots of space, comfortable. The owner and her parents are very nice! I have already recommended this place to my friends :)

We felt very comfortable! The apartment is so perfectly furnished and equipped! There was absolutely nothing missing. We've never seen such a well-equipped kitchen. Several coffee machines, all the basics, just everything in sufficient quantity and totally beautiful and new. We have been to Zadar a few times before, in the future we will always be with Andelka! Very nice and friendly and accommodating!

Fantastic location and spectacular views of old town Zadar!! Top floor with a lovely kitchen and expansive balcony. 110 stairs up to the top floor are quite a challenge but well worth the effort. Really a nice apartment. Parking is a bit of a challenge though.

We stayed there for only one night stopover. But everything was great and the bed was very comfortable. I must also emphasize the importance of communication.

A group of 5 friends and I found Margita's home for our end-of-exams holiday and it was everything we could have hoped for and more! Leading up to and during our stay Margita was proactive, providing recommendations, excursions, and an eagerness to assist with any issues we might have. The villa was stunning, cosy and with a lovely interior and the three double-bedrooms we stayed in were comfortable and very pretty. The pool and grounds were also GREAT, large, spacious, and very peaceful. The pictures do not do Margita's house justice as we thought it looked better in real life! As for Sukosan, it was a beautiful and quaint little town a short walk from the villa, with lovely restaurants and a very wholesome atmosphere. Zadar is also only a ~12 euro uber away, which split between 6 friends was great value! Croatia is a beautiful country worth visiting, and I can firmly say Margita's villa will provide you with a brilliant home and area to stay in. Thank you Margita ❤️

Ana and her husband were very nice from the beginning. The house was beautiful, especially the whirlpool did it for us. The location is great, you walk 5 min to the supermarket and 10 min to the beach and also have a great bus connection to Zadar. Overall, it was a really great trip!

Lidia is really a great host, very kind and helpful all the time. we only miss a little shop or a bar in the neighbourhood

Beautiful tiny house in Preko with a small garden and two terraces. You will enjoy it there. Highly recommended.

The house is in a very nice location, facing the sea and close to the village which includes several restaurants and mini market (2-minute walk). It is very comfortable, functional and has 2 mini gardens on each side of the house. Depending on the time, you can choose the one that suits you best! The hosting by Emil was very warm.

We were allowed to spend four days in this beautiful accommodation and felt incredibly comfortable. The location is somewhat remote and wonderfully quiet - yet you are only half an hour from Zadar, surrounded by fantastic olive groves. The terrace with the large grill gives the evenings that certain something. The accommodation is spacious and equipped with everything you need for a pleasant, even longer stay. Goran and his family have done a great job - you rarely experience such friendly and helpful hosts. We were looking for something special, and Goran used all his connections to find it. On the day of departure, he surprised us completely unexpectedly - and ended our search. 😊 Wow... We were speechless and thrilled by the whole family's dedication! ❤️ A wonderful place to enjoy evenings at the grill, go shopping near Zadar or take walks through the olive groves. We'd come back in a heartbeat! THX

We had a wonderful stay at Martin's place! On the first day, we were warmly greeted with an etagere full of meat, ham, cheese, fresh bread and donuts - a great gesture that immediately made us feel welcome. The entire complex is very large and perfect for a stay with four people. We especially liked the opportunity to cook in one room and eat in the other, which gave us an incredibly homely feeling. For barbecue fans, there is also an outdoor barbecue, which we were happy to use. Shopping is very easy in the neighboring town of Benkovac, which makes the stay even more pleasant. In addition, we had plenty of opportunities to keep ourselves busy on the grounds in the afternoon, because there is a small mini golf course, a dartboard, a table football table and a refreshing pool, which provided a lot of fun and variety. Overall, we can only recommend Martin's accommodation!

The apartment is very well located, there is an amazing view from the balcony, everything is quite new and clean. The host is very responsive and helpful. The village is super cute. I highly recommend.

Spacious apartment with a view. The rooms where cozy and clean. the kitchen has all the amenities you need, and the host left some drinks for our first stay. The location is very beautiful, 20-30 mins walk to the city center, right at the sea side. There is a small grocery store right on the corner and a tasty pizzeria 10 mins away. The host was friendly and gave us some local tips on what to visit. Very responsive. I would come back again!

The view of the water is beautiful, and there is a great way to go into the water in peace. The apartment was clean, well equipped and very comfortable. The host was extremely friendly, helpful and responsive at all times. The surroundings offer lots of peace and nature. The restaurant right next door did not bother us. A clear recommendation!

Staying at Kristina's apartment in Bibinje was great. A beachfront home. Contact with Kristina is sensational and immediate. My wife and I were there for a week and it was great. Shops nearby, bars and restaurants. The beach is clean. Hassle-free accommodation and check-in. The apartment was very clean. There was everything you needed and more. A great surprise from host Kristina is delicious pralines and tincture that were waiting for us in the apartment when we arrived. We'll definitely be back!
