Marijana was an excellent host and we had a great time with our little baby. She was very accommodating and gave us lots of helpful tips and was very responsive. We also really appreciated Marijana providing a travel cot to avoid us having to bring one with us on our holidays. The amenities in the house are great and the welcome pack was very kind. The location is a bit out of the way, past some dirt roads and an industrial estate but the house makes up for it definitely and great for family time by the pool and outside oven. Ubers to old town were only €7 so handy enough

This place and Darko, the host, exceeded all our expectations. Great location outside the city of Split but easy to get into the city. The pool is a great size and the gym/pool table area a real bonus for those who can’t sit still for long! Darko treated us to a bbq and a wonderful cake as the holiday was my husbands 60th present. Best host we have ever had !

Wir hatten eine wirklich tolle Zeit in dieser Unterkunft! Von Anfang an hat sich Kristian, der Sohn der Gastgeberin, sehr herzlich um uns gekümmert. Er hat uns alles ausführlich und genau erklärt, war jederzeit hilfsbereit, gastfreundlich und hat uns das Gefühl gegeben, wie zu Hause zu sein. Die Atmosphäre war wunderbar – ruhig, privat und entspannt. Wir konnten den Aufenthalt in vollen Zügen genießen, ganz ungestört und für uns allein. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und bestens ausgestattet – es war alles da, was man als Reisender braucht. Das absolute Highlight war natürlich der Pool und der schöne Außenbereich, wo man perfekt entspannen konnte. Ob am Morgen oder am Abend – die Umgebung war einfach traumhaft. Wir sind sehr froh, dass wir dieses Pool-Haus gebucht haben. Es war ein unvergesslicher Urlaub, den wir jederzeit wiederholen würden. Vielen Dank für alles!

I have just visited this accommodation with 12 friends and couldn’t recommend it enough. The villa was clean, with beautiful outside area. The hosts were amazing. The view was spectacular. Would definitely return!

We had the most wonderful time staying at Patria Suite. The accommodation was perfect - luxurious, spotlessly clean and equipped with everything you need. The private terrace and roof top pool are really special. However, even better than this were the hosts. We wish we could give more than 5* for this! All so warm, friendly and welcoming (but never intruding on our privacy - you would never know that they live on the lower floors, other than they are there to help when ever you need anything). They provided everything we needed for our 7 month old baby (even buying a new mattress for the cot, baby bath and toys especially for him!). The fresh fruit and vegetables from Damira’s garden are spectacular. It was such a special place to stay. The care and attention to detail from the family made this THE best Air BnB we have ever stayed in.

Wow! A lovely villa, with spectacular views. Inside it is modern, well equipped and very comfortable. The outside area is incredible, with a beautiful pool and lots of space to enjoy the sun. There are views of the sea on one side, and mountains on the other. A very quiet, peaceful and secluded location that is not overlooked. Only the mountain goats can see! A perfect place for couples looking for privacy. Valentino was a wonderful host. Very quick to answer any questions, provide recommendations, and always keen to make sure we enjoyed our holiday. He visited a couple of times to tend to the pool and check we were happy with everything. The only drawback to this place is also the main benefit - its location. It's good to be away from everyone and have great views, but that requires a 10-minute drive along a narrow winding road to get to and from the nearest town. You soon get used to it, and after a couple of days you can tackle it like a local! Highly recommended!

Wow! I really think this could be one of the most breathtaking views we have ever had on holiday, it’s just amazing. The house is beautiful. Plenty of space for a family of four and it is equipped with everything we needed. We didn’t spend much time inside though because the outside area is just so lovely. The heated pool was fantastic for the children and the summer kitchen is just brilliant. We have never stayed in such a perfect place. The local area is beautiful. We went hiking and Petar also recommended a rafting company that we went out with and had a brilliant time. Both trips were great ways to explore. We also went to some beaches that Petar recommended and spent a day around Mostar which was also incredible. A fantastic holiday all round. Thank you

Natürlich! Hier ist die ergänzte Version: ⸻ We had a fantastic week at Villa Mirella! The villa was spotless, beautifully furnished, and equipped with everything we needed. The outdoor space with the pool und lounge area was a highlight. A beautiful, quiet beach is just a short walk away, which made our stay even more relaxing. Communication with the hosts was smooth and friendly—they were always helpful and responsive. Highly recommended for a peaceful and comfortable stay in Croatia!

We hebben een fantastische tijd gehad in dit huis. Het ligt op 5 kwartier lopen van het centrum, dus dat is wel veel. Je kan de bus pakken voor 2,5 pp of een uber busje vanaf 12 euro totaal. Was top. 5 minuten ervandaan is een grote supermarkt. Echt alles wat beschreven stond was aanwezig. Er zijn af en toe kleine gebreken, zoals 2 douches die niet goed werkte bij ons, maar de volgende dag kwam hij meteen om het te maken. Toen we aankwamen stonden er ook wat welkomstdrankjes en hapjes in de koelkast. Ook had hij voor een jarige een fles drank, een taart en een kaartje gebracht. Superlief allemaal.

This place is beautiful. The view from the terrace is absolutely stunning. We saw the stars and heard owls at night. Has everything you need to make breakfast and do some basic cooking if you can be bothered, but there's lots of places to eat in the likes of Bol, with quite a few still open in the shoulder season. It is next to another kind of boutique hotel/airbnb thing but you're still afforded relative privacy from the terrace. Marijan gave us solid instructions on how to get there, but we still drove past the turn off so better to get there in daylight if you can. You will need a car. All in all such an amazing stay, the island of Brač has so much to offer, and this is a particularly idyllic spot. Thank you!

SHE House was as advertised. We quickly called her home feeling acclimated & comfortable. Our GPS sent us some terrible way initially but the locals were very friendly offering us assistance. Our host was patient & accommodating showing us how many ways to reach the house ("all roads lead to SHE House"). We really enjoyed how centrally located the home was to all things on Brac Island. We realized our visit was a bit early for the weather & the season when our original ferry from Makarska was cancelled due to bad weather but no worries we just had to go to Split. The wind was so strong it actually blew open the latched front door one afternoon. The soft throws in the basket were nice & cozy-really appreciated. Some of our favorite meals were at Pumparela Restaurant & Taverna Riva in Bol; Konoba Kopacina & Restaurant Ziza in Donji Humac; Gastro Diva in Makarska. Driving in Croatia is NOT for the faint of heart but if you happen to be on the D8 stop for coffee at Strada.

Wir wurden sehr nett empfangen, uns wurde die Unterkunft gezeigt und alles erklärt, es war alles sehr pflegeleicht und die Unterkunft war sehr sauber. Aufgrund der Lage hat man recht viele Käfer und Falter am und über nacht dann auch im Pool, was aber kein großes Problem war da man für den Pool einen Kescher hat. Die Gastgeberin ist sehr auf Kundenzufriedenheit aus und zu jeder Zeit erreichbar. Ein unvergesslicher Urlaub und ich und meine freunde kommen gerne wieder.

The house is exactly as described, two houses with sleeping areas and bathrooms in both allowing for privacy and space. The pool and eating area were lovely and there is a barbecue area. All in all a fantastic place. The house also has a convenient exit to the seashore. Mario is very attentive, checking in with us every few days. He even welcomed us with some drinks in the fridge (we arrived late). He also allowed us to store our bags after we checked out. He is an excellent host. Restaurants are a 15-25 walk away, so well worth using Uber, only €8-12 into Split. Thank you Mario for a great stay.

5 of use stayed at Borna’s place in split for 3 days and had a wonderful time. The house is cosy with a beautiful view of the bay, located in the national park it is peaceful and refreshing. Borna was very friendly and helpful, check in & out was super easy and I would highly recommend this house to anyone considering! Hope to come back again soon.

Ich versuche mich kurz zu halten obwohl ich wirklich viel (positives) schreiben könnte! Das Haus liegt etwas abseits von Split aber unproblematisch zu erreichen und wunderschön und ruhig gelegen. Supermärkte, Restaurants und die Autobahnauffahrt sind schnell zu erreichen. Das Haus selbst ist modern und top ausgestattet (Kaffeevollautomat, Weinkühlschrank, Eismaschine). Das Highlight ist ein Jacuzzi mit Blick auf die Berge. Alles war gepflegt und super sauber! Der Garten und der Pool sind ebenfalls traumhaft, Liegen, Schirme, Loungemöbel und Gasgrill, alles vorhanden! Zuletzt möchte ich noch unserer Gastgeberin Tina danken. Sie hat uns herzlich empfangen und immer zuverlässig, zuvorkommend und rücksichtsvoll betreut und mit allen wichtigen Informationen versorgt die man sich wünscht! Herzlichen Dank Tina! Ich kann dieses Haus nur wärmsteins empfehlen, wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt und hoffen bald wieder zu kommen!

We had the most wonderful experience staying at Milena and Mirko’s villa. From the moment we arrived, Milena made us feel incredibly welcome. She was warm, thoughtful, and went out of her way to ensure we had everything we needed. Her hospitality was truly above and beyond – always available, kind, generous and full of advice and local secrets.  Mirko was equally lovely – a kind-hearted host who regularly checked on the villa to make sure everything was perfect. He even brought us thoughtful little gifts during our stay, which made us feel extra special. The villa itself is immaculately maintained. The pool and hot tub are outstanding, and the outdoor summer kitchen is a dream come true – perfect for cooking and relaxing in the stunning surroundings. The view from the villa gave us a true sense of peace and escape. We can't recommend this place enough. It’s clear that Milena and Mirko put their hearts into hosting this villa. We would definitely return.

Sehr modernes und großes Haus. Alles sauber und gut eingerichtet. Würde jederzeit wieder dort hin. Bonus - Uber ist verfügbar und man kann einfach und günstig an den Strand und nach Split. Lediglich die Grünfläche wie auf den Bildern ist so nicht vorhanden sonder im Ort aufgenommen.

Un appartement au top : hyper propre , au calme tout en étant proche des grands axes routiers ou du bus, literie très confortable. Et un accueil très chaleureux de Sandra et ses parents qui vivent à côté. Le logement est très bien équipé, est resté frais malgré la chaleur de la semaine, la terrasse couverte est parfaite. Sandra s’est montrée très arrangeante sur les horaires. Je recommande à 100% .

Helt fantastisk beliggenhed i rolige omgivelser. Absolut værd at besøge hvis man skal mange afsted sammen. Dejligt med mange værelser og badeværelser. Perfekt hvis man vandre da der er mulighed direkte fra huset. Gode shoppingmuligheder og gode museer og kulturseværdigheder. - der er noget for enhver smag. Let at køre til ca. 20 min fra lufthavnen i Split. Perfekt sted hvis man har børn eller teenagere med på rejsen. Gode parkeringsmuligheder

Perfect stay at 17A! The villa is in beautiful surroundings and so peaceful - don’t be put off by the entry road - it isn’t sealed with tarmac as it probably would be in the UK but the villa is worth it when you get there. Car is a must as it says in the villa information on Airbnb - roads are not suitable to walk along. Flew to Split - 45mins/1hr transfer and about 30mins to Split city centre. Eldar was there to greet us and allowed us an earlier check in time. He gave us some local info regarding supermarkets and restaurants which was very useful. The villa was exactly as described and very clean. Beautiful views from the terrace and swimming pool. Outdoor kitchen area was great for bbq. Gym was well equipped and we made good use of it. Omiš is the closest town - plenty of restaurants/activities to book/couple of supermarkets. Eldar was very responsive during our stay if needed and on departure arrived early for us to check out due to early flight time. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Home from home feeling, clean and tidy and the hosts were great, we were lucky enough to let us check in early!

great peaceful home which is decorated with love. the surrounding somehow felt magical when looking on one side to the ocean and the other to the mountains. we had some cats as guests which really made it special. hiking is a great recommendation when staying. dubrovka was very friendly and responsive. we absolutely enjoyed our stay. ✨🐱

great hosts nothing a problem . very helpful , attended to the small amount of queries we made . That family meal they cooked for us on our last night , really lovely

The place is about a 10 minute walk from the beach/ bus stop to split. Very clean room with a balcony to sit. Tanja and her family were very nice. Highly recommend.
