Holiday rentals with a patio in Kuala Lumpur City Centre

My partner and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The studio was clean, spacious and had come amenities. The location was also walking distance to a lot of places in Kuala Lumpur.

We really enjoyed our stay! The apartment is in a great location—just a short walk to nearby shops, cafes, and a shopping mall. It was super convenient and made exploring the area so easy. The neighborhood felt safe and lively. Would definitely recommend!

The location was super convenient, with plenty of eateries nearby and a grocery store right downstairs in the lobby. Everything we needed was just a few steps away. I always prefer airbnb more than hotels. This stay is one of the best stay I've ever had! The interior design, the view, the accessibilities are incredible! Upon check in, they even on all airconds for us which we dont feel hot when entering the unit. The unit space is incredible spacious and comfortable! I loved it! Recommended to others! P/s: Theres a convenient store nearby with 2 min walking distance too!

This was my second time in Elisa’s apartment and it more than lived up to the already high expectations after the first time. Everything was quite simply, great. Incredible location, very central with all major spots walking distance but also in a quants road. The facilities were outstanding with the infamous infinity pool—I also make good use of the gym on the 50th floor and the ping pong table on the lower levels. The apartment is the best one I’ve stayed in here. It’s a little more homey, nicely furnished, has a stunning view of Petronas towers from the bed and living rooms. It’s very clean, with really nice amenities, and to top it off, and amazing host in Elisa, who’s incredibly kind and always responsive. Highly recommend!

It was a nice and relaxing stay for the time we were there. The place was big enough for us, and we enjoyed spending time in the airbnb. The balcony had a great view for us to look at when it came to sitting around and hanging out.

Place is exactly as listed. Excellent location. At unit, all amenities work well with thoughtful additions like clothes dryer, and we had a very comfortable and homely stay. The kitchen is well equipped to make simple food. Beds comfy, fans and AC work well. Ours is an outlier experience but with our unexpected late check in , we had trouble finding the right tower for parking (interconnected towers, very confusing for first timers). Access to the unit from the parking spot is not intuitive and we were hopelessly lost and had to call host who did guide us. Best to take the help of caretaker, which we could not do as it was late and we felt awkward. Also to note that exiting the car park was tense through the narrow winding slope, esp if you have a big car. Not sure if you can do it often, we usually drive to KL and do cabs locally. Note that access to building & lift is only with card (guests get 2); (not intuitive for seniors who need to be accompanied always) .

This is my second time booking this homestay – the house is super spacious and very clean. We had a birthday event this time, and everything was provided – tables, chairs, all complete. Really recommended! The owner is friendly and easy to talk to. Such a beautiful home… I love it!

Suhanna's place is at the prime area and its so accessible to the main centres without much hassle. The house was perfect with a quiet neighbourhood. Will definitely come back again and recommend as well.

The place was extremely clean, exactly like the pictures. Location is right in the city centre of all the popular malls! But driving will be a hassle because of the jam. Overall, the experience was very good. Entire apartment is very well maintained. If I were to come back, I’ll book this apartment again!

Afiq has been accommodating to our requests and needs around flexible guests and check in times and has reassured us that his place could host many guests especially as we're using it as a landing ground for our bridal party for our wedding day. Many amenities are provided including a large water dispenser, large fridge and freezer, and not to mention various spaces for guests to interact and relax. The porch is large enough to fit 3-4 cars depending on the size and if you're lucky a couple of street parking as well. Highly recommend this place if you have a larger crowd and are looking for a well furnished and fitted house.

The place offers excellent connection to the Sunway Velocity mall as well as the local transport with MRT. Futhermore, the area is safe and lots of local shops were present that satisfied our needs. Overall an excellent stay and we would love to come back again at this stay when we come back again in Kuala Lumpur!

Stayed here for 3 days and 2 nights. Excellent communication, quite spot but only a 5 minute walk away from all the bars, parties and restaurants. Nice building and facilities. Would come again next time when visiting KL.

Great stay overall! The location is fantastic — right next to plenty of local food spots and within walking distance to the Petronas Towers, which made exploring the city super convenient. The apartment had a beautiful pool view that really added to the experience. A couple of small things to note: the shower setup tends to get the toilet seat wet, and the elevator can be a bit slow at times, but neither were major issues. Would definitely recommend for anyone looking for a central and scenic place to stay in KL!

In my opinion, the property is located in the best spot in downtown KL. Excellent transport connections and shopping opportunities nearby. The unit is on a suitably high floor, offering great views of the surroundings, and the building's pools and other amenities are excellent. The apartment was clean and had ample space for two adults and two teenage children. I will definitely choose this place again when I visit KL in the future.
