Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Kuala Lumpur City Centre

This is my second time booking this homestay – the house is super spacious and very clean. We had a birthday event this time, and everything was provided – tables, chairs, all complete. Really recommended! The owner is friendly and easy to talk to. Such a beautiful home… I love it!

I had a fantastic stay at this place. The apart is just like the pictures and it has all you need for a comfortable stay. Definitely worth the money to stay here. The location is excellent, with Bukit Bintanh at walking distance.

The Luxury Cozy Home was a wonderful place for our group. It comfortably accommodated six adults and three children during our short stay before returning to the States. The amenities provided were excellent, and the home’s convenient location near the mall and dining options added to our enjoyable experience. While the surrounding homes gave us a slight feeling of unease, the presence of security cameras provided reassurance regarding our safety. Overall, this is a lovely home that is well-suited for families looking to relax in the heart of a bustling city like Subang. We appreciate the effort put into making our stay comfortable and look forward to returning!

We had a wonderful stay at this homestay! The place was clean, comfortable and just nice for my family. The kitchen had all the basic items I needed, which made things a lot easier, especially since I was travelling with my 10mo baby. There were enough power points around the house, which is convenient. The host was friendly and responsive. p/s I accidentally left behind my favourite thermos and its carry bag - totally my fault! Overall, our family had a lovely stay and a good rest while attending a wedding nearby. Recommended.

Afiq has been accommodating to our requests and needs around flexible guests and check in times and has reassured us that his place could host many guests especially as we're using it as a landing ground for our bridal party for our wedding day. Many amenities are provided including a large water dispenser, large fridge and freezer, and not to mention various spaces for guests to interact and relax. The porch is large enough to fit 3-4 cars depending on the size and if you're lucky a couple of street parking as well. Highly recommend this place if you have a larger crowd and are looking for a well furnished and fitted house.

Had a great stay! Prime location and very comfortable. The apartment space is thoughtfully designed, making the overall experience feel homey :) The hosts were really kind. I needed an international adapter, and got me one right away which was really thoughtful. Would definitely recommend!

We had a very pleasant stay at Farhi’s place. The house looks exactly like the photos, and everything matched the description provided. LRT Jelatek is just a 10-minute walk away, and the free car park was a great convenience. We stayed for 3 nights and truly felt at home. Highly recommended! And , there are a lot of information and reminders in the house too. We use those info provided in the house to get access to the places we want. Thanks Farhi! Will come back again!

A haven in a busy city! And can watch the busy city rushing by from above. All mod cons but homey and comfy as well. Pool and facilities are icing on the cool cake. Very detailed instructions - daunting at first but friendly and clear.

Very nice place and definitely will visit again or recommend friends, just carpark and residential tower isn’t the same ( have link bridge on certain floor) but quite confusing for elderly cause my 60 years old got lost😂 Very nearly malls and eateries too so definitely worth the five stars.

Ping’s place was almost perfect — clean, well-equipped, and in a fantastic location within walking distance to major malls. Ping was very responsive and quick to resolve any issues. The only downside was the building’s lift situation. During Malaysia’s school holidays, we had to wait up to 30 minutes for an elevator, which was frustrating but obviously out of her control. Outside peak times, this likely wouldn’t be a problem. Overall, a spacious and comfortable apartment that’s great for families.

5 days 4 nights here was quite comfortable, felt like home, the only thing missing was a microwave and the door lock was a bit difficult to remove if you want to remove it, the rest was okay, the view from the balcony of the trx tower and it's very beautiful at night.

The first Airbnb I truly enjoyed. My partner and I needed a place to stay in Malaysia - and Mont Kiara is perfect. It's safe, quiet, community here is amazing, and in these 2 months I've meet so many good and kind people that I'll miss. Shopping is easy, there is a gym, pools, everything I needed. And this area was a great place for taking late night runs, it's so quiet and safe - very nice. And there is a local running community I always see them while I'm on my runs. The Airbnb listing mentioned “light cooking,” but honestly, the kitchen was better equipped than my own home. Cooking here was AMAZING, the space was clean, easy to use, equipped and just very pretty. Living here was effortless. Small things, like the easy-to-use washing machine, made a big difference for someone like me who works long hours. I had a lot of extra time to create memories here and I couldn't be more grateful to Yau for this amazing place, and Malaysia for offering this. 100% coming back when I visit!

I HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend this place! It was clean and beautiful! There was an incredible view from the balcony. The rooftop pool was one of my favourite pools I have ever stayed at because it overlooked the entire city. I felt very safe and comfortable staying here. Great central location. The staff was very understanding and accommodating. 10/10 experience!

The place is very convenient. Walking distance from monorail station. Even if we dont bring car, we can still move around. The unit is very clean and comfy. Smooth communication with the hosts. Shira & Nicole are very helpful. No hassle when checked out even during wee hours. Will definitely book with them again.

Great location and unit. We came with a few families, so we had a private kitchenette, and all rooms had an en-suite bathroom. There are two separate common areas for everyone to hang out! The location is right outside Pavilion, and it’s a quick Grab ride to TRX Mall. No need for GrabFood—there are many late-night restaurants open nearby! The staff were helpful! We forgot one of our bags, and the staff handled it quickly. We were so grateful for their help.

Stayed for two months and had a great time. This is a rare case where the actual apartment is better than the pictures online. The view over the golf course and towards the KLCC skyline is incredible! Everything was super clean and functional, the apartment is very spacious. There is a huge pool that I used often. Minor annoyances: As the building is on a main street, there are loud motorcycles passing at night, so keep that in mind if you are a very light sleeper. Also the building is not particularly well reachable by foot, one has to walk about hundred meters on the side of the road without a sidewalk (usually not a big problem either though). The hosts are exceptionally helpful and sometimes literally answered within seconds. All in all I can wholeheartedly recommend the apartment for short and long term stays in KLCC. It may not be the cheapest, but in contrast to many other options you really get a lot of value in this case.

Great host very friendly and flexible. I have no doubt that he will be quick to respond to any issues. A strategically close place in Bukit Bintang. The safety of the place is guaranteed. I will come again.

Best Airbnb I've tried on KL so far. place was clean and conveniently located. Host Yolin was very responsive and super helpful.. did her best to accomodated an early check-in for us too! Much appreciated! Would definitely re-book for my next visit!! 10/10
