Beach house holiday rentals in Ksamil

The beach house is the perfect beach house in an idyllic setting. The accommodation is spotless and well appointed. Xanthi also provides all the extras you would want for the beach towels kids toys and even sea kyaks and a paddle board. We had already stayed in Xanthis Corfu town apartment and before we left she had given us lots of info on the area which is a 5 min drive from Kassiopi with lots of tavernas and shops. You can also walk 20 mins to the town With the beautiful gardens and seating in and out of the sun you might find you never want to move further than the garden and the water outside your gate! I doubt you could find a nicer place to stay in Corfu. The house is a family holiday home and it feels well loved. Everything is there to enjoy time together, lovely lawn area for games, right on a lovely beach, meals on the generous balcony, very functional kitchen. And a 10 min drive to Kassiopi for lots of good restaurants. I would definitely get a car, the walk to the town is 20 mins. Thanks to Caroline for all your help.

Rei is pretty nice and easy to talk to. He and his family are friendly and welcoming. He recommended us a local restaurant where we enjoyed a lot. The place is very clean and location is awesome cuz a view of sea is available and the beach is 3 minutes away by walk. Enjoyed our time here a lot.

Excellent stay! The host and her mother were incredibly kind and responsive to all our needs. Also you can’t beat the location- close to boardwalk and the port. Highly recommended

Ari es muy amable y muy servicial. Tiene llegada flexible y está pendiente. Es una persona simpática. El apartamento tiene una cocina que te permite cocinar porque tiene todo lo necesario. El piso es caluroso pero te deja dos ventiladores. Entra mucha luz de fuera, no tiene persianas. El barrio es sencillo, las calles son muy estrechas y empinadas. Pero el apartamento es muy limpio.

Great apt in an ideal location, beach and cafes and shops all within walking distance. Free street parking. Very responsive host and super kind mother who helped with our laundry. Great spot!

Nous avons passé un séjour inoubliable à Corfou, et l’appartement de la villa de Georgios y a grandement contribué. La vue depuis la terrasse était splendide (de ma vie je n’ai rien vu de si époustouflant), surtout au coucher du soleil. A environ 45mn en voiture, nous avons adoré explorer la baie de Paleokastritsa en paddle et la baie de Benitses en bateau. La proximité du mont Pantokrator de la villa était grandiose. L’accueil de Georgios a été chaleureux, tout était parfaitement propre et confortable — nous nous sommes sentis chez nous dès le premier jour. Merci pour toutes les petites attentions et les conseils/le guide de Corfou qui nous ont permis de découvrir des coins magnifiques (et des restaurants supers, à quelques pas de la villa, avec vue sur mer). Nous repartons avec des souvenirs plein la tête (et de légers coups de soleil 😄). Merci encore pour tout !

Our holiday was everything we imagined and hoped for. We arrived and found the villa to be beautiful, quiet and peaceful, set in lovely gardens. We literally put our bags down, got into our swimsuits and into the pool. Every morning we woke to sunshine, beautiful views, and had coffee on the balcony. We spent most of the day in the sea, swimming with the fish. The water is so clear. We loved the pool, had fantastic family BBQs outside. The taverna next door is friendly, has fabulous local food - you need to book. There are loads of things to do for all budgets. Lisa, the concierge is fantastic. She treated us as if our holiday was the most important one, she was friendly, informative and made us feel very welcome. She booked trips for us, nothing was too much trouble. There was fresh fruit and water, wine and bread and a selection of local food waiting for us, a wonderful welcome gift from Katerina. We can’t recommend Avlaki beach Villa highly enough and we hope to return often.

Leigh’s villa is incredible! The outside of the villa exceeded all expectations, the view was stunning. The outdoor kitchen and eating area is fab. We had a very generous welcome pack on arrival with a fridge full of goodies. Gianni greeted us at the house and showed us everything we needed to know, and when we had a small ice machine malfunction he was on site within 10 minutes to help us. The house was very clean and roomy. Wifi works really well. It’s a great private location and a 10 minute walk down to the beach. Only constructive feedback would be that two of the rooms are two single beds pushed close to each other, but because of the bedposts you can’t push them together. The single beds we found rather uncomfortable and small so may need a thicker mattress? However those of us that stayed in the double rooms were very comfortable and slept well every night! Thank you Leigh for a holiday to remember!

A wonderfully peaceful stay at Villa Persephone. The villa had everything we needed and was super comfortable and homely. The pool area and view were outstanding and such a lovely place to just relax and unwind. Beaches, restaurants and shops all very walkable. Nataliya was a great host and responded to any queries quickly and cheerfully! Thank you for a superb stay!

My family stayed at Villa Eccles in Corfu for just over a week in September and had an outstanding experience. The Villa has picture-postcard views and everything on site that you could wish for. The property host, Julia, and property manager, Lefteris were incredibly helpful and responsive with any questions or concerns. We will be recommending Villa Euclea as an outstanding holiday destination to family and friends upon our return home.

Had a wonderful 4 days at Kladji’s villa. It was spotless and the small pool was nice. Good views from the terrace. Lots of good restaurants in the town, 5 mins walk. Beaches are fine and the sea water is lovely to swim in. Would book again.

Amazing stay - Erini was so helpful and super quick with communication. The villa had everything we needed including a welcome hamper with wine and bread! The location is gorgeous and walkable to the beach and restaurants (25 minutes downhill by foot). Nisaki is super beautiful and our stay was perfect. Would highly recommend to anyone wanting to be close enough to enjoy good food but far away enough for a lot of a peace and quiet !

We stayed 10days at the house . Everything was perfect! Communication easy and quick. The house was well equipped even for three little children! We got cribs and towels was changed every two days! The location is super but I would recommend to have your car to be able to explore the area. The tiny little village has a great restaurant and only 5min walk and other one. The welcome box was fantastic and a huge surprise! Thank you for making our holiday so memorable.

We had a really good stay in Saranda at the apartment, it is close to many restaurants and beaches. Everything looked just like the photos and the view was amazing. Thoma was such a nice host and really helpful. When we needed to check out a bit late he was very accommodating. Would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

We had a wonderful stay at Giannis. We were lucky enough to be there over Easter weekend. Irene helped us navigate our way into Old Town so we could take advantage of all that the Corfu celebrations had to offer. The church next door to our apartment also celebrated. They even had fireworks at midnight on Saturday! The beach is super simple to reach by foot. And the nearby bakery and restaurants gave us everything we needed within easy reach. We would definitely stay at Giannis again. The beds and sheets were high quality. The shower pressure was perfect. And the view is unbeatable!

Eleftheria’s place is absolutely lovely- it has everything you need, in particular the garden is beautiful. It’s quiet, but also perfectly located close to beaches and shops. The private parking space is also a big plus so definitely recommend as having a car is very helpful. Eleftheria was incredibly helpful, and gave us some great recommendations for places to go. Can’t recommend this place more for a stay in Albania, thank you!

What a difference a proactive, responsive host makes in a guest's experience. Host Ana was amazing. I took 2 buses - Gjirokaster to Saranda, Saranda to Ksamil. Ana followed my progress, told me where to exit the bus, and her father was waiting (with a smile) to drive me (and my heavy suitcase) to the beautiful apartment which was very close! So kind, so kind. The studio was private, easy ground-floor walk-in, with a nice little porch to sit and have morning coffee. Inside it was very clean with all the necessities for the kitchen and bathroom. This was the first time I used an open shower without a wall and I loved it! Super efficient! Plenty of hot water. Location: Extremely walkable location, perfect because it was away from the crowds (tourist season); however, I could easily reach all the beaches and restaurants by foot. Ana recommended a more private beach with less people (thank you). I was very happy with my stay and I would definitely stay here again.
