Flawless accommodation. Apartment very well located to get to the national park. Maximum 10 minutes by car. The surroundings are otherwise rather quiet. The communication was very good. Clean accommodation and everything you need as shown in the pictures.

We had a great time in this beautiful house in Croatia! Everything was just like in the photos – clean, modern and furnished with great attention to detail. The location was perfect: quiet and right by the sea. We particularly liked the well-kept garden - ideal for relaxing. The hostess was super friendly and easy to reach. Absolutely recommended! The garden and direct access to the sea are a dream, inviting you to swim and walk (or jog) by the water. Everything was very clean and the linens and sofa cushions smelled particularly fresh. Dubravka is warm and uncomplicated. With the passenger ferry you can visit Zadar and other islands. With the car ferry you can visit national parks on the mainland, but the island also gives you enough options to relax, eat and hike. You definitely need a car. We had a great vacation!

I stayed for a week with my family. Husbands and two sons age 13 and 9. We were warmly welcomed by the hosts. My children particularly enjoyed the garden activities. The football, volleyball/badminton, darts, table tennis and of course the lovely big pool. We enjoyed walking down the lane behind the house to look for snakes, lizards and wild tortoises. The house was absolutely spotless when we arrived and had everything we needed for our stay. We enjoyed cooking on the outside grill and watching the swallows in the evening. We found the house was well situated for visiting local beaches, Nin, Zadar, Zrmanja River canyon and the national parks. Thank you so much for a lovely holiday.

Beautiful, modern, exclusive, spacious apartment, perfectly located on the water next to the promenade. Very well-equipped, smart tv in each bedroom, clean towels, good linens, nice tableware, available chemistry, washing machine, sun loungers all made the stay more enjoyable. Great communication and lovely Mr. Josip, who brought his private hdmi cable on Christmas day, I appreciate and thank you. Close to grocery store, peace and quiet. Recommended

Quiet and peaceful location with almost private lagoon. Place is modern, equipped with everything you will ever need for your vacation. Overall, a very pleasant experience… can’t really complain about anything.

The apartment is just like in the photos, spacious, clean and has rich amenities. The sea is really very close, 1-minute walk. Within 3 minutes the shores have shallow water with sand beneath that make it a great fit for families with small children. I would come back anytime to the apartment and the surroundings too. Our host was also very kind and responsive, she made sure that we can occupy the apartment as soon as possible - in fact we could get the keys 4.5 hours before the previously settled time.

Wonderful flat for our trip to Krka National Park. Very nice, clean and near the town. We loved it!
